Really disappointed I have to give this place a 2 star. The pho was good. I enjoyed the flavorful broth. And unlike other places they still give you tripe. The spring rolls were great. The sauce is great. I didn't eat the lemongrass chicken but was told it was great. But unfortunately that was the only good thing about it, the rest of the experience was extremely frustrating. --- First. This is a restaurant that has been in business for many many years with atleast one other restaurant sharing the name. Why in 2026 do you not have a website or even utilize an easier online ordering system? The only options are things like DoorDash and grubhub which has an upcharge. It lists $20 for a medium. A joke. So instead of that. I called in for a pick up order. There's no menu so I used yelp photos and just said what I wanted. The person taking the order misheard me 3x. I asked to read back my order 3x. They were wrong each time. I had a pretty big order. 7 special pho. 2 pork and shrimp spring roll. 1 lemongrass chicken. He initially thought I said one of each. Then thought I said just pho. Then thought I said 3 pho. When we finally got the order right. He gave me an order number and hung up. I get there. I go to the counter. Give them the number I had. The cashier says few minutes. That's fine. Big order I expect wait time. He leaves. An older gentleman comes up. He presses the menu really fast and skips through the screen that shows what I order. He rings the total and says this is your total. No confirmation of what Im being charged for. I asked to go back to the prior screen to confirm my order. And he says "he already told you on phone" I asked nicely to go back to the last screen. He does a big humph and blows air like he's upset. I considered walking out cause this is some total crap. It is not that hard to click the back button and go to the last screen. It's not pulling teeth. He reluctantly did and let me view to confirm. I got my food and went home. Will I come back? Only if others I'm with chooses to come back. Why I enjoy the food. The terrible ordering and terrible customer service is despicable.

Service was slow. We sat at our table a good 20 minutes before they took our order. They took orders at tables that arrived after us. We had to flag a waiter down to say we were ready. Good size restaurant with plenty of seating. There was no line, but it still took them a while to seat us. Food was standard, nothing screamed over the top for me. I ordered the Vermicelli will grilled pork and eggroll, and I also ordered Shrimp spring rolls. Grilled pork was a little dry.

Needs a quick delicious pho restaurant for lunch. This place fulfills the requirements. The broth is clean and delicious. The service is quick if not a little gruff. But you can tell they try their best. The restaurant is clean and simple which is always reassuring. I'll definitely be back as the weather gets cooler

Food is so delicious. Service was fast for me and ambiance was peaceful even with the restaurant being half full. Very delicious!

Never really liked this place but we go here sometimes after the movies or Arden mall shopping. I always thought the food was okay but expensive. Today, it was confirmed. I ordered bun bo hue and it was just beef pho with round noodles and a little chilli oil. No lemongrass sate, hammock or pork of any kind. Even the vege toppings were just bean sprouts. It was $16 for large but more like med. Wife got grilled chicken vermicelli. That was okay but just mediocre. I'll give it 2 stars though because the service was okay. The young kid was friendly and brought refilled water and extra napkins. Not sure what happened this place.

We came to grab lunch on Saturday afternoon and the place was busy but the service was quick. Our orders were taken right away and food came out in less than 10 minutes. I do wish they would've brought appetizers out first but funny enough, our entrees arrived before the apps. Their menu is so big and have everything your basic Vietnamese restaurant offers. We shared the salt and pepper calamari and it was yummy! I ordered the shrimp chow fun and the portion was huge. It was practically family style. lol the noodles were a little too sweet for my liking. I think the oyster sauce was a bit overpowering. My husband had the pork and egg roll vermicelli and this portion was also large. He really enjoyed the flavor on the pork. It's a little more expensive here. Entrees are from $16-$20+ dollars. My shrimp chow fun was $18. . .the most I've ever paid for pan friend noodles. I'm assuming the high prices are due to the location.

    Thats the xxlarge number 12.

Food is always good. The portion of noodles is bigger compared to the broth. The reason why I gave 2 stars is because the last couple times I have come the service is terrible. The older employees maybe they are owners give attitude and walk away in the middle of you speaking. I asked for extra napkins and he walked off saying you have napkin. He was correct I had one piece of napkin. It was not enough. My previous visit I ordered the xxlarge pho and the lady didn't want to let me order it. It was frustrating because I will just take my left overs why do you care what I order? I am paying for it. As good as the food is, I will take my business elsewhere where they don't give attitude. I don't like leaving negative reviews but today really bothered me.

The shelving behind the kiosk has plants, bottles of Veuve and wine strategically placed. There's some nice Vietnam themed artwork throughout. A vibrant, colorful mural is painted on the wall near the entrance and more wall art towards the back. I was impressed to see they even serve Veuve here. That makes for a fun brunch! Our party of five were road tripping home from the weekend and passing through. We always stop at Quan Nem Ninh Hoa for lunch and get the House Special 2 DIY spring rolls with the grilled pork complete with veggies, their special sauce and those crispy sticks. I was also hungry for some Bun Cha Ca (fish soup) which has mackerel, fish cake, tomatoes, pineapple and cabbage. I enjoyed mine with egg noodles. So delicious- even on a hot day! This place can get packed, but they run a tight ship here cranking out the dishes and keeping water glasses full. I look forward to more delicious spring rolls and trying other dishes in the future! I'm glad to see they're thriving in their new fancy space also.

Pair it with a rich, flavorful bowl of Mi Quang, and you're in food heaven. Try their bun cha ca, vermicelli noodles w fish cake super light and excellent broth! I also like their banh xeo here, very crispy and the right amount of veggies. PRO-TIP YOU NEED TO TRY: Don't sleep on their appetizer menu! Stop by TK Noodles down the street first, grab some chicharrones to-go, and sprinkle them right on top of the Banh Beo here. Total game changer! Try something else besides pho, I love pho but Vietnamese cuisine has many distinct soup dishes when you factor in regional variations, unique broths, and different noodle types. If you look past phở, Vietnamese soups generally fall into a few massive, distinct categories based on how the broth is built and what kind of noodle is used.

We ordered the combo pho, and the broth was surprisingly bland & lacking the depth and richness you'd expect. The meat was tough, there was barely any tripe, and no tendon at all, which was disappointing for a "combo." I also requested less noodles, but that adjustment was mistakenly given to my husband's bowl instead. Not a huge issue on its own, but it added to the overall experience. That said, the menu offers a wide variety of broken rice dishes, so it seems like that might be more of their specialty. If I were to return, I'd probably try one of those instead of the pho.
