Tried this place for the first time cause I was craving pho. This will probably be my go to spot whenever I am craving pho! I ordered the house special Pho Rib, it was one of the best I've ever had. The flavor was amazing and the meat falls right off the bone. I also love that they don't skimp out on meat here and the food is very fairly priced for what you get! I also like that they give you an empty plate with the ribs so you can eat it comfortably. I also had the grilled pork spring rolls and those were delicious as well. Plenty of parking and nice little mom and pop shop! Man with glasses was very kind, kudos to the chef!

I recently tried pho, pho the first time. This was the second place I went to with my boyfriend and I was amazed once again. The service was so good there was only one lady serving us and everyone else and she was so sweet. They had all the condiments you needed and utensils. We tired the filet mignon pho, the famous rib pho, and the eggs rolls and everything was so tasty. We will be coming back.

Met up with a friend for lunch and he suggested Pho Rib. I was originally skeptical because really good pho is usually not found outside Asian communities and in a strip mall but I was pleasantly surprised. Broth was delicious and meat portion on the rib combo is generous (see for yourself in the pic). Loved the addition of brisket and tendon as well but didn't get much filet, which is fine with me since I prefer the other meats anyway. Service was decent and typical of an Asian restaurant which is also fine with me. Means the food is more authentic :) Pro tip: get the bean sprouts pre cooked. Broth stays warm that way! Extra tip: not sure, but I think you have to go up to register to pay. We waited a bit for our check that didn't come and buddy suggested we walk up to register where we were promptly met.

First off the store is very clean and the staff are very welcoming. I always get the same thing when I go to Vietnamese food: veggie pho with beef broth a spring rolls. I didn't care for the mushrooms in it, they changed the whole flavor of the soup. Other than that it was good...not great. Spring rolls were so tasty and fresh. Hubby got brisket pho and said it was good too.

Some days you just need a bowl of pho that feels like a warm hug... and Pho Rib delivered exactly that. We ordered the pho ribs and the beef vermicelli, and both were seriously delicious. The pho ribs were incredibly tender and flavorful , the meat practically falling off the bone and soaking up that rich, comforting broth. Every spoonful was packed with flavor. The beef vermicelli was fresh, light, and perfectly balanced with savory beef, noodles, and I was just kissing the bok choy shown in the photos but when I asked they said it didn't come with it, which was strange lol the soup was good it hit the spot! Portions were generous, the food came out quickly, and the service was friendly and welcoming. It's the kind of spot where you finish your meal or not because the soup was so large lol, sit back happy and full, and immediately start planning your next visit!!!! We went back the following week! Haha! Safe to say... this place definitely satisfied the pho craving & those ribs omg sooooo good! Check it out!!!! Especially on a chilly day! Perfect meal!

Place still taste good but Ordering for pick up and noticed they purposely made the payment kiosk by default either 15% or 18% tip only by zooming in the screen. we ordered to go Tipping cultures getting out of hand.

When your daughter is a little under the weather and she requests pho, you get pho. A small little place with good food. I appreciate them letting us close the door since there was a little chill coming in. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls, egg rolls, and Pho Rib Combo (daughter just got noodles and broth). I don't care for tendon so I didn't eat that but the pho was really good. Was it the best I've had? No. But for something local, I'd absolutely come back though I would get a different flavor. The egg rolls were crispy and hot and the spring rolls were fresh and the dipping sauce was great.

I was excited to try this new Pho restaurant that opened just next to Starbucks and was not disappointed. Hands down the best pho restaurant I've been to with great service! The inside is clean and cozy. The pho filet mignon soup was huge and there was a good amount of tender meat. The broth was delicious and warming to the soul. The shrimp spring rolls were delicious too with the peanut sauce. I enjoyed the passion fruit drink too. Everything was so fresh and was perfect especially during a cold rainy day.

Pho Rib in Glendora is a solid spot for a bowl of pho along Route 66. The broth was rich and flavorful. The meat was tender and the noodles were cooked just right. Paired with their crispy egg rolls, which came out hot and golden with a great dipping sauce. The place is clean, modern, and welcoming. Staff was friendly and quick. Parking can be a bit tight with the nearby shops, but it's worth it. Portions are satisfying, and prices feel fair for the quality..

Rolled up craving pho and finally gave Pho Rib a try. First win: the place is spotless. However, parking can get a little tight w the neighboring shops. Started w the tofu spring rolls... fresh, light, and dunked in peanut sauce. Then came the main event: the Pho Rib Only. Two giant, beefy ribs plus filet mignon and brisket so tender it melted in my mouth. The broth was clean, comforting, and ready for chaos!! Pro tip: dump ALL the jalapeños in!!!! Don't be shy!!!! Turn that broth into a spicy sauna that will set your mouth on fire!! Every sip = delicious heat therapy!!! They also surprised me w a complimentary flan-ish custard dessert that totally reset my taste buds after a nice savory dinner. Big shoutout to Lauren & Ethan for being absolute champs and checking on me like I was a VIP guest. Great service. Great vibes. Great pho!!!

We were looking for few in the area and came across Pho Rib on our maps. The restaurant is located in a plaza and it is on the smaller size. The place is clean and tidy. The food, service, and attention were amazing even though we showed up about 1.5 hrs before closing. They will be having a grand opening soon as well. We both got pho and it was fantastic! We didn't really try anything else but will definitely be stopping by again and trying some of their drinks and desserts!

We had the chance to try it today and boy, it was better than we anticipated. The online menu looked great and the items we tried delivered. We tried the Pho Filet Mignon with Brisket and the Beef Satai sandwich. Both delicious. Service was outstanding. They serviced us as soon as we walked and food arrived in adequate time. We ordered drinks but they had a limited special free drink with a meal too, so that was nice. Ambiance was great, decorated for the holidays but with a warm feeling. We will definitely be back. The food is delicious we had the pho rib combo it comes with 2 beef ribs, filet mignon, and brisket. Broth is delicious and all the meat is super tender and flavorful. We even got little desserts of coconut flan with coffee liqueur pretty much crack so delightful. The service is extremely attentive. We are definitely coming back with the family. read more

Absolutely delicious! The pho broth (made with real bones and steeped for hours) is absolutely flavorful and substantial while the noodles are cooked to perfection: a little chewy and well-separated. Also, in addition to the giant beef shortrib bones, which are cooked to fall-off-the-bone tenderness, there's also brisket, tendon, and filet mignon pieces in the soup. At the end of my meal, I was also provided with a little cupful of flan. (Personally, flan is my happy food. I love flan! I much prefer it over cake and just about every other kind of dessert.) While the cupful of flan was a little small, it really hit the spot; after finishing the bowl of pho, I didn't have much room left for anything else--even flan. I should also note that this is a family-friendly restaurant. While I dined, there were two families with small children also present. The kids were making happy noises, as kids are wont to do, and no one minded. That said, if anyone is deadset against being around kids, this may not be the place for him/her.Aside from the kids' happy noises, I dined to a background of easy-listening music. I'm not sure if it was a streaming service or if the music was part of the music video that was on the screen along the back wall. Frankly, it was unobtrusive and I really didn't pay much attention to it. The serving staff are friendly and helpful. When I arrived, I was invited to pick my own table, where a staff member then came and handed me a menu. Since I had decided to come here because I saw pictures of the pho rib combo, I knew exactly what I wanted and ordered it. The pho and all its accouterments were brought out quickly. First out was the plate of bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil, etc. Next, the staff brought out a plate for me to place the rib bones. Finally (not even ten minutes after I placed my order), the staff brought out my bowl pf pho with the short ribs sticking out. Afterward, the serving staff came around several times during my meal to ask if I needed anything. Besides needing a top off on my beverage, I didn't really need anything. They work hard to make sure that diners enjoy their meal. All in all, this is a hidden gem and I look forward to coming back. (I already told some of my friends and family about it (in fact, I told them while I was eating!) and encouraged them to stop by.) The problem for me will be deciding whether to get the beef rib combo pho again or try something new. That'll be a tough call! While I am excited by the other delights their menu contains, that beef rib pho was excellent! read more

We had such a great experience here! The decor is cute and welcoming, and the restaurant feels very clean and comfortable. The food is absolutely delicious -- the spring rolls were fresh and flavorful, the bread on the bánh mì was so soft and perfectly fresh, and everything tasted homemade. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Before we left they let us sample their flan: excellent!! Very delicious pho bo. As their name suggests, the star of the show is the rib meat! Large rib meats that are very tender and easily extracted from the bone! I would definitely recommend getting the rib combo pho as it includes all of the delicious toppings! Unless you're not a fan of certain items such as tendons or something else. Only critique I might add is that they don't really give that much basil and culantro leaves on the vegetation plate, but I guess you can always ask for more. I would also highly recommend the sugar cane juice as it is very good! read more

We came for the Pho rib soup, and it hit the spot. I waited an hour after eating the pho to see if the MSG effects would kick in--happy to say I'm not feeling thirsty or sluggish like I do with other MSG-heavy broths. The noodles werent overcooked and the beef ribs were fall off the bone. We got to speaking with the owner, since we were the last customers and they just opened a few months ago. We arrived just before closing, and to our delight, they didn't turn us away. Our family was starving on a late Monday, and I'm so glad I found them! I had seen a picture of the big beef rib combo on Yelp, and let me tell you, it lived up to the hype. They proudly shared that their broth takes 24 to 27 hours to make, and it's evident that they put in a lot of love and effort into it. We ordered a few different pho options, including filet and brisket, brisket, and the bone rib combo. Each and every one of us raved about the flavor of their broth. I think I've found my new favorite pho spot near. read more

Grilled pork banh mi was surprisingly really good! I said surprisingly because most pho restaurants don't make good banh mis especially around this area. I've tried a few different spots and they were horrible, but this place makes it so good! The meat was tender and flavorful, even my toddler liked it (he's really picky!) PHO RIB IS AN ABSOLUTE GEM! I'm still daydreaming about that bowl. The pho is next-level: the broth is rich, fragrant, and simmered for what must be days because it's got that deep, soul-hugging flavor you only find in the very best spots. The noodles are perfectly springy, and the portions are insanely generous. But let's talk about the RIBS. Holy cow. Fall-off-the-bone tender, caramelized edges, smoky-sweet glaze that pairs ridiculously well with the pho broth when you dip them (pro tip: do it). I've never had ribs at a pho place before, and now I'm ruined for everywhere else. The real MVP though? The staff and the owner. From the second you walk in, you're treated like family. The owner came by the table twice just to check on us, gave us extra lime and chili on the house, and even shared a laugh when I completely inhaled my food like a starving raccoon. Warm, genuine, and so welcoming -- it's the kind of place you want to become a regular at immediately. If you're anywhere near Pho Rib, drop everything and go. This has officially become my new go-to pho spot, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The broth, which takes 27 hours to make, is absolutely phenomenal. We ordered four pho tái and one pho rib, and everyone rated it a perfect 10/10. The ambiance and service are truly exceptional--the kindness we experienced was a refreshing reminder of how welcoming people can be. I've tried most pho places in San Dimas area and I have to say pho rib is the best pho in the area they give very good portions of meat they do not skimp out at all. Tonkotsu Miso Ramen - This was ordered with level 3 spiciness and definitely had the kick I needed. The order included everything from chashu, green onions to soft boiled egg, bean sprouts, corn, etc. The portion size was big. Kaarage - This was not crispy as expected and was soft. Despite that, it was very juicy and delicious! Overall, it was decent!

While this often signals unwelcome adjustment for patrons accustomed to the manner in which an established restaurant's dishes are prepared, changes in recipes and/or ingredients being used, or just a plain old difference in overall taste or presentation, I'm happy to observe that, as a customer for decades, this wonderful little gem of a restaurant has maintained the key characteristics - both in food quality and service - that made our family fans so long ago. There have been some recent additions to the menu, in both dish selection and beverage variety, which actually align the restaurant better with contemporary tastes and dining trends. Traditionalists need not fear, however, as the old menu standards still remain and are as good as ever. (In fact, I didn't realize there had actually been a change in ownership until I directly asked our server after not seeing some of the usual staff over the last couple of visits; otherwise, I wouldn't have known.) In terms of ambiance, new booths were recently added (and are more comfortable), but the overall decor remains basically the same. Similarly, the service continues to be on point with dishes prepared upon order and delivered quickly, drinks refilled/refreshed regularly, and vacated tables cleared and cleaned in a timely manner. In summation, the Chopsticks House is as good as ever - and with a recently expanded menu, too. Portions are extremely generous, and they do not skimp on the proteins or quality of ingredients. Additionally, the popular lunch specials remain and continue to be a great value for early afternoon diners.
