Probably the only Pho in town? We were grateful to have this option as we passed through Clovis. Called ahead to place order and was surprised they had a drive-thru. Hassle free pick-up! Our food was ready when we made it there to pay (But pay attention to where you turn in! We had to park by the bank and walk over as we'd missed the drive-thru entrance) My complaint is the food is either not cooked through (such as the pho noodles themselves) or overly cooked (like our BBQ pork chop, it had a ton of char marks on the very thin cut of meat) But I'm sure everything would've tasted better if there was a dine-in option (thanks to COVID!) I gotta give them kudos for the very good packaging though! Even included cute little tiny mini dipping sauce containers (Sriracha and Oyster sauce)

Great food, super easy to order over the phone. Very fairly priced. Quick service when we pulled up to the window. Definitely recommend the pork buns, egg rolls, and pork vermicelli. The jackfruit smoothie is also delicious!

Pho Le nailed it. The beef brisket phô was very bright, fresh and tasty. Extra chili and bbq on the side as well as a gang of fresh jalapeño for a little razzle dazzle. I ordered take out and the gentleman who took my order was very courteous and efficient. Full belly for $10. Ready within 10 minutes. You like those accents?

Really enjoyed the spring rolls & egg rolls. My fiancé ordered some pho, and he liked it. Unfortunately, I can't remember our waitress name. But, she was a very sweet young lady and gave us great customer service.

I have a habit of comparing food to that I have had living in California. It has set my expectations very high, with that being said I'm pretty impressed with the broth (flavorful) and the portion sizes(couldn't finish a large). Perhaps adding a chicken pho to the menu because not everyone eats red meat. We did ask for shrimp but they were kind of on the small size. And the side garnishes basil, sprouts & jalepeno etc. we had to ask for extra, there were 3 of us they only brought out enough for maybe 2. Overall the inside atmosphere could use a little more Vietnamese decor because it feels more like a mexican restaurant inside. The waitress was friendly and on top of service. Can't wait to go back!

Shrimp spring rolls were big, the paper wasn't dry, and the peanut sauce had that classic taste, but with a little something extra to it.

*March 2020*: Pho Le has a drive-thru window that is open for to-go orders. I ordered a Special Pho and springs rolls. Everything came very well packaged, with utensils and plenty of the usual sauces for the soup and spring rolls. For those previously concerned about uncooked meat, the meat I received in the to-go window was already cooked and ready to be added to the broth. ********************************************* First time coming here, after having driven by it in 21st. I was excited to see a dedicated pho restaurant in town. The only other nearby pho option I know of is at Thai City (I'll talk more on that later). The restaurant isn't much from the outside, but it has plenty of parking. If you are driving from east to west, you can almost drive right by it because it is obscured by trees. The inside was surprisingly nice! Dark woods, turquoise walls, intimate booths w/ red table cloths, and nice place mats. Totally a date spot! The menu is very basic, but I went with the classic Large Pho Special and an order of the Shrimp Spring Rolls. The spring rolls came out quickly and were quite large. The rice paper wasn't super dry and sticky. The peanut sauce was a little on the thinner/watery side, but still had a classic peanut sauce taste, but with a little extra flavor at the end that I enjoyed. At $3.50, they were a great price and easily shareable for two people. The Large pho was legit large. Heavy on the meatballs, lighter on the brisket, and the tripe was sliced thin and almost noodle like. The noodles themselves were plentiful! The total amount of meat wasn't a ton, but the amount of noodles helped make up for it. They provided a nice serving of bean sprouts, a couple jalepeno slices, and a small sliver of lime. I could have used a few more limes or jalepenos, but I didn't ask for them, so I'll just assume that they would have brought more if I had asked. I'm sure some people don't necessarily use them, so it would be a waste to just bring a bunch out up front. The pho was good, maybe not the best I've had, but I'm not a super huge pho fan anyway. I usually get the bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup) when I go to pho restaurants, but they didn't offer bun bo hue here. But the pho was tasty, and they offered up to good brands of sriracha and sauces. I thought it tasted a lot more traditional than the pho at Thai City, although I have come to weirdly als like TC's weird take on pho flavoring. One BIG PLUS was that the pho spoon was the kind with the hook on the end, so that it won't slide down into the bowl. Additionally, they provide legit plastic chopsticks (although sometimes the wooden ones make it easier to pick up the slippery noodles!). The service was really friendly. I spiced my pho up with a lot of sriracha and the two waitresses both passed by to refill my water. TO-GO ORDERS: There is a negative review on here from someone who found the raw meat in their to-go order to be disgusting. News flash: that's the way any decent pho place will package their to-go soups. The meat is meant to cook in the broth. If they serve it to-go, already in the broth, then you will wind up nuking it to rubber if you warm it up in the microwave. If you do get the pho to-go, I suggest microwaving the soup by itself to a good temperature, then put the meat in, and maybe nuke a final 30 seconds or so. This will keep the meat from getting rubbery. Same for the bean sprouts; throw them in last to the already piping hot soup. The bean sprouts are mainly meant to add body and a bonus crispy texture to the pho. Nuking them will destroy their crispness! LEFTOVERS: After eating the spring rolls, I definitely could not finish the large bowl of pho. The waitress was more than happy to bring me a to-go container for the remaining soup. Hint here: the easiest way to transfer from the bowl to the to-go container is to first transfer as much of the noodles and meat, before pouring in the remaining broth. Save yourself the splash zone by putting the to-go container on top of the pho plate before pouring. Bam! See the photos for more comments. I'll be back. I'd love to see the bun bo hue

The food is excellent. My most favorite is the wings appetizer. The fried rice varieties are all delicious. The spring rolls are perfect.

Love the pho here but there's not much of selection, they usually don't have bean sprouts. But I keep coming back for the pho.
