I recently tried Pho Lan and really enjoyed it! Not familiar with the menu I chose the waitresses favorite with grilled chicken, Pho noodles sprinkled with peanuts and an egg roll. The bottom of the bowl had yummy diced cucumbers as a delicious surprise. The choice was perfect. A very generous serving which left me satiated with plenty to take home for later! Tasty and healthy with fresh ingredients. This was a meal I felt good about eating . The staff is friendly. The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere calm. I highly recommend this establishment and will most definitely return soon. read more

Great pho in Loveland! I always get the same thing - large chicken pho - and have extra to take home for leftovers. The broth is flavorful and meat is always good quality, not fatty or dark meat. Got take away grilled chicken rice plate and chicken pad thai. The pad thai noodles were to come "stir fried with bean sprouts, carrots, and eggs". There were bean sprouts on the side but no carrots or egg. The grilled chicken comes with "steamed vegetables", but those were missing, only bean sprouts on the side. Neither dish was very good. this place was awesome, really clean and super fast. I started with summer rolls and they came right out. the waitress was always paying attention to my water and I never had to ask for anything. I ordered Pho with brisket and rare steak. I asked her for the steak on the side which she said absolutely a lot of people do it so they can heat a little themselves and not overcook. I was in and out of this place in 15 minutes lol.. which is awesome, I wanted to eat and leave since I was by myself. found a new place in Loveland that will soon to be on my regular list. Quality of food and service has gone downhill since waitresses were let go and restaurant went up for sale. Have frequented for years, and the one man show they are running with now isn't working. Restaurant has no ambiance especially front lobby. Made my last visit there yesterday. read more

Pho Lan is my favorite restaurant ever. My family has been coming here for years now & it is delicious. The best pho i've ever had, and i've tried a lot of pho. My personal favorite is the #12 pho which comes with brisket, the rare beef (which cooks in the hot soup), and meatball. You also get a whole plate of limes, bean sprouts, thai basil, and cilantro to put into your soup. The portion is huge and amazing for the price. They also have amazing spring rolls! I've never had a bad experience at Pho Lan & it will definitely continue to be my favorite restaurant!! read more

Yes!!! Finally a pho place We 100% enjoy whether for dine in or pick up. Flavor is excellent (we got the chicken pho) but for pick up, the dumplings and crab and cheese wontons were a little soggy (could be more crisp). However, not sure if that was a fluke because we don't live too far so the drive couldn't have been the issue there. Pho Lan is one of my "go to" take out places. I have them saved in my phone so I can call them on my drive home and pick up dinner. I have loved Vietnamese food for a long time, and have been eating at Pho Lan for years. The lamb noodle bowl with egg roll is my favorite item, but my kids love the coconut curry. Give them a try and become a regular like me. You will be glad you did. read more

The food was nasty and gross. Never ever will I eat at that place again. We walked in and no one was around. The service was not that great. It is not a restaurant that I would recommend to any one. Over all not my kind of food. the atmosphere was not good at all there was no music playing just a dull and boring place. PLEASE READ, Yesterday I came in with my 2 year old and pregnant wife to eat Pho after eating for a few minutes in my bowl was BROKEN GLASS from a glass cup floating in my pho!!! Keep in mind we are all eating Pho. Restaurant has 2 customers wasn't buy... I told the man there and he wanted to refund me $12.00.... I told him its wasn't about the money I have my family here and that is crazy to think that he was OK with serving us. He said this.. I didn't know there was glass there but clearly he scooped the cup out thought he got all the glass out then he served the same pot of PHO to everyone in the restaurant!!!!! I bet you there was Floating glass somewhere.. He refunded my credit card but I feel he didn't care about our safety can you Imagine what could have happen!!!! THE GLASS WAS AT LEAST 2"INCH WIDE. Horrible customer service I did an online order wanting just shrimp spring rolls once I get the order it was a pork order I called them back to see if I can get my original order and switch it out. They then started to complain that I was wrong and I said I wanted pork. What kind of customer service is that where they don't even want to switch it out for the correct order but berate me and tell me I'm wrong I thought the customer is always right all I wanted was to get them to switch it tour and I come again to give it another try and they give me crap about when I go pick it up not a very professional business out of the dozens of other pho places in town definitely choose another besides this very rude customer service and lackluster food read more

We come about once every couple of weeks. The rare beef pho is amazing. Well seasoned. We also get the Vietnamese egg rolls every time. Can't live without! My other regular go to is the noodle bowls. I would say the service isn't as quick as I'd like but the good definitely makes up for it. We love coming here! read more

Wow! I'm super impressed. I have been here once so far, with takeout. Trying a new-to-me-pho-place is both exciting and scary! I'm so happy Pho Lan had options for vegetarians like me. I ordered the large and I am happy to say I will have a portion for later too. The food was great! The broth was flavorful and the veggies were fresh. I feel very happy now that I stopped at Pho Lan. Coming in the door, the gal rushed up to greet me. I like a counter to pay at right up front so you don't get stuck just waiting around like an oaf. Everything was so quick and easy! Quick turnaround for lunch. I was seated immediately and my food arrived promptly. Tables were nice and clean. For $7.75 lunch special, the pork and vegetables, egg roll and wonton soup was a pretty good deal! I found the pork wasn't quite right. While it was flavorful, it seemed almost like it was boiled. Think the chef needs to turn up the heat a little! It was a little on the salty side as well. The wonton wrappers were chunky and had very little filling. My husband and I have been longtime customers. The noodle bowls continue to be delicious. However, there's been some recent changes that make our experience less enjoyable at Pho Lan. First, you have to order at the counter with the menu displayed on a tv screen mounted on the wall. The sit down service from the past was more welcoming and gave you the chance to go through the menu without feeling rushed by people waiting in line after you. Second, you can only get bottled sodas. No refillable fountain sodas. Third, the prices have gone up considerably. We paid $30 for 2 noodle bowls and 2 20 oz Diet Cokes. We used to pay $24 for the 2 noodle bowls plus refills of sodas which included more customer service. It's disappointing. read more
