They were generous with the beef. The beef quality was pretty good, and the vegetables were unique enough to merit praise. If it were me, I would ramp up the taste quotient in either the marinade or sauce, eliminate 90% of the oil, as it's unnecessary, and add spice. It makes me sad since this was our solid Pho spot in Denver but I cannot support an establishment that is dishonest.
