I'm thrilled to have discovered this place! It took only 5 minutes for my grilled chicken Bun to be ready for my to go order despite my 6:30 arrival! Impressive! The restaurant was pretty good sized and was a bit less than half full. Very nice, but casual, relaxed atmosphere and surprisingly quiet. The quiet aspect is a huge plus for me as the Pho place I've been going to that's closer to my house is so loud I can only get food to go. I'd happily take out of town guests here! The Bun was very tasty and the chili paste condiment was firey hot. The Thai tea was the best I've ever had- not cloyingly sweet and the tea had an exceptional flavor. The fellow who took my order understood very little English, but in white white Salem that's not necessarily a minus! If you have lots of dietary restrictions type questions that might be challenging. 4 stars for now since I haven't eaten in yet. read more

Please go here, I recently just dined in and the experience was amazing!! The price to portion sizes is crazy good deal. I got a small pho house special and for $9 I will be full for hours! Their spring rolls are great as well, giant size to use up all the sauce. There is a bit of a language barrier but the servers and chefs try their best to communicate and are very friendly. Probably some of the best Pho I've ever had! Smooth and light tasting broth that only needed a bit of lime to complete it. Ordered a size large and it was enough to split with a friend, leaving us satisfied and not overly full (neither of us have huge appetites so keep that in mind). The restaurant did not skimp on the meat either. Service was quick and attentive as well. We were promptly given our food and the check was also brought out at the perfect time after we finished eating- none of that awkward trying to get the waiter's attention so they can bring you your check. The place is very clean and still observe Covid safety precautions. The decoration is beautiful. Plenty of parking. The veggie pho is good, plenty of fried tofu and vegetables. A little on the sweet side. The special pho has two different beefs, tendon and tripe. The broth is heavy on star anise. Small bowl is big enough to fill you. The service is good. They sat us down but never came back to take our order. 3 tables sat down after us and they took their orders but not ours. We sat there for over 10mins and no one came! Never going back. I ordered the B2 and Beef Bhami sandwich with order of beef eggrolls all takeout. Service was amazing, took 20 min made fresh and piping hot. I have never had something like this before and all the meat was amazing. The sandwich brought me back to my childhood, I remember enjoying those back in the day near my home where I grew up. This one did not disappoint and was made authentically just like I remembered and nicely priced. Crispy eggrolls were some of the best I have ever tried with sauce they came with was amazing over everything. Jasmine tea was average and good on the hot day it was. All in all 10/10 recommend if you want decent priced authentic, amazing food!! read more

I love their Pho broth! The bowls are big (even the small bowl), and I crave the egg roles frequently. My only complaint is that the eye round steak is alway way overcooked. Should be dropped into the broth raw, but it seems precooked to me. Still, very delicious, staff is great, place is clean, window seats are best. Hope they remain open for a long time. read more

I've lived in Oregon for the past 5 years Portland area. And I couldn't find any amazing pho places. I found some good places that I go to for a different noodle soup that I love(bon bo hue) . But as for pho I would say this is my number one. We live an hour away from this location we drive down for in n out. I didn't want any. I wanted pho and picked this place because it was the closest. I do not regret ! It's amazing I saved the soup to take home as I had some noodles at home. Now every time my bf wants to drive down for in n out I'll be coming out for pho !!! Very clean restaurant. The Beef Pho with flank steak was really good. Service was good, not great. Also had the Fresh Rolls, which was good, but not my favorite peanut sauce. On a dreary afternoon, our family came in to warm up with some delicious pho. Three various phos and two vermicellis. The place had a high ceiling so it wasn't a surprise that you couldn't feel the heater on. But the place is clean, new, and the guys were great. The broth was deep and clean without being overly greasy and the vermicelli bowls were full and flavorful. Though we are not locals, we highly recommend this place to stop by for a good bowl of pho. Had pho with tendon and steak. So good! Also had vegetarian soup. Vegetables were cooked the right amount, the broth was amazing, and the fried tofu had great texture. The pho is very good. Ingredients are fresh and good quality. They have a vegan pho as well, which my wife loved and is the reason for the fifth star. The large was too much for me. I would have been willing to pay for these. As it arrived, I found one lime quarter between two orders for the soup. That said, I will order again. It's difficult to find quality pho in the area.
