This restaurant is really nice, I had the seafood Pho, the broth was delicious that's always the key to good Pho, they bring fresh veggies you can add and it was refreshing and filling, I got the small and had to take half of it home. *sigh* I have ordered to-go three times since the pandemic and sadly, realized this was the new norm. Their salad rolls no longer have a good weight to them. They are no longer chubby. When my husband asked how they were.. I said, "meh." Bring back the chubby salad rolls *throws fists in the air* Their egg rolls also got substantially skinnier. It felt like I was eating more of the wrapper than filling. What happened..? I also ordered a B1, the house vermicelli special, and that was still stellar. The price of the fresh rolls and spring rolls are also higher. So you get less than before but pay a dollar more (that rhymed, heh). I'm sure that's directly correlated to the pandemic. Verdict: I wished the rolls were the same. I like them fat and chubby. I literally wouldn't mind paying extra if they served the same amount pre-pandemic. read more

I came on vacation to Salem and decided to get pho. I had food delivered I had beef ball soup and shrimp spring roll. The soup was really good and portions were generous. The spring rolls were good. I would definitely eat here again. read more

Tonight the service really tanked. We watched as other tables got served their food even though they ordered after us. This was our first visit, and we will definitely return. The place is clean, the staff friendly, and the food was delicious. Neither of the two stir fried appetizers were greasy, and the fresh salad rolls were the best we've eaten. I had the Combo Vietnamese Seafood Noodle Soup, and, though they forgot the quail eggs, was fresh and most enjoyable. The addition of Chinese celery gave it an added layer of flavor. My wife had the House Special Beef Combo Soup. We've both eaten pho at a number of restaurants, and she said it was the best she's eaten. I took some of the broth home, and was given the quail eggs. We have been driving by for awhile and decided to try it. So fresh and delicious! We had the egg roll appetizer and the large bowls of Pho. The regular size would have been plenty. We loved the broth and noodles. Fresh chicken breast slices were cooked perfectly. The bean sprouts, basil and jalapeño sides were just liked they were picked today. Just came back into town. Heard this place was amazing. So I had to try it out myself and the result was superb! The area the restaurant is located is in a nice place. The exterior and interior of the restaurant is nicely designed. Customer service was top notch. I ordered pho of couse! And spring roll and bubble tea to go with my meal. And I got to say the spring roles were just right. Not too dry not too soggy. I got to stay there peanut sauce could use a little Improvement. The texture and the consistency was it a bit off. Now going to the pho, it was very good! The broth itself was very simple yet watery. What I wouldn't say is bad but just a little Improvement on it would improve. There is a lot of meat, so if you're ever hungry this is the place to go or if you are getting over a hangover. Last but not least the bubble tea. You can tell that the bubble tea is Powder made. We've sought out all the banh mi's in Salem and this was the best one yet - and huge too! We started out with the salad rolls, which were generously portioned (4 rolls for ~$4.00) and tasty to boot. Then a chicken banh mi and pork banh mi made their way to us. Delicious! Warm, refreshing, and tasty! We finished off the meal with two bubble teas to go. pho Keizer is a relatively new Vietnamese restaurant located in South Keizer. The food is prepared very well. Everything we've had, couldn't have been made with fresher ingredients. Our favorite is B1 which is fresh salad greens, egg rolls, grilled shrimp, chicken, and steak. Really tender and delicious. The amount of food is very generous which allows us to enjoy another meal. I've included pictures of B1. Also, beer and wine aren served. By the way, the menu is huge. I recommend Pho Keizer in hopes that you will enjoy it as much as we do. read more

Looking for something different with daughter in the New year..she chose this place Used to be the old Jade garden/Fusion i think. Entering it is really very nice well lit restaurant..very welcoming in these dark winter nights. I ordered the special Pho..daughter ordered the pho with round steak and meatballs..we ordered the "small" bowls..thank goodness if these were small i would have drowned in the "regular"! Started with egg rolls..OK..the dipping sauce was very good. Next table got the salad rolls and they looked wonderful, The pho broth was very nice , not too salty..just tasty. The meats and noodles both on point. Daughter got the mango boba..very very nice. The servers were excellent and friendly. LOved this place will go back and hopefully make it a 5 star! read more

We've gotten takeout from here twice now, and I'm really impressed! We tried them for the first time on a Saturday, and by Monday I was wanting to go there again. The food is fantastic, all perfectly seasoned, fresh, and delicious. Huge portions, too. I love being able to order by number or with their online ordering system, because it's easy and I can say "No pork" or "No bean sprouts", and the orders have all been correct.
