The only part of this dish that even remotely resembled pad Thai were the noodles, and they were mooshy and disgusting. The final dish was the beef fried rice. Gray in color with shaved beef. Mooshy rice. No carrot. No green onion. No peas. Not even any fried egg. To top it all off it was $70. We planned on ordering extra for leftovers and couldn't even finish what we dished on our plates. Threw all of the food in the trash and went on a long walk trying not to throw up. Never again. We both just had a Tums. Never again!

After posting on Facebook group "Salem Eats", members of the group informed me that this is the same as Fresh Elements. They are using the name The Noodle Star on UberEats to fool people who have already had a bad experience with them. They should be shut down. Another member from the group sent me a video from this place of a roach on a potsticker. I recently had kidney transplant surgery and now I'm worried I might get sick from the food I tried tonight. Never giving them my business again! Wish I could give them zero starts. Don't be fooled, don't waste your money!

I cannot say enough good about this very tasty cuisine; it was my second time at Vietnamese cuisine, but this was absolutely the best! I highly recommend this restaurant if you would like to try some fine Asian cuisine. I had the Pho Chicken. The restaurant uses noodles that seem a little more substantive than what I'm normally served, which I really liked. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience and I'd consider returning to try their other dishes.
