Disappointed. No broth for our Pho (at all, none) and no sauce for our egg rolls (after it asked us what kind we wanted). The spring rolls were one thin piece of pork, a part of a piece of lettuce and all rice. Not good at all. The peanut sauce was amazing though. I am quickly becoming an avid Pho eater and I am really enjoying Pho Hieu in Mustang. It is an open space with lots of seating. Service is fast and friendly and the food is on par with some of the best Pho in The OKC area. My order there is the P6 which includes Beef Brisket, Beef Tenderloin and meatballs. The broth holds its own without any needed additions, however, I enjoy a squeeze of lime, fish sauce, and a touch of Siriacha. The spring rolls are worth ordering as well! I've given up hope on great pho noodles in Oklahoma City. Pho Hieu's pho is basically noodles and hot tap water. You get very VERY few thinly slices of meats here. No flavor, no texture, no way. I came here twice... once with my husband and once with my mom. Both times it was equally terrible. So, at least they're consistent. The bun bo hue here is not good either. Pho Cuong is still bun bo hue heaven in Oklahoma City. The service is decent and the mango boba smoothie is good because they use fresh mango in it giving it more flavor. It doesn't look like much, but this is the BEST Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) I've ever had. My wife and I have been from coast to coast and have had pho in roughly 50 different restaurants and theirs was the best! They also have amazing appetizers. The Cha Gio (egg rolls) were ALSO the best I've had. Your can't go wrong with the spring rolls either. Want a treat after dinner? Order the avocado smoothie. Soooooo good! I'm not the biggest fan of pho. Last time I had it, I learned that I was eating it wrong. Heck, I didn't even taste the broth be-pho loading it up with Sriracha and Hoisin Sauce. Dumb, I know. So I said, "pho-get about it" and gave pho another shot at Pho Hieu. I ate with Zach G., a self-proclaimed pho-natic. As soon as we entered we were greeted by our friendly server. She was super nice and was very attentive to whatever we needed. So pho, so good! Our food came in very quickly. I think it took about ten minutes from the time that we ordered to when we started eating. The portion size is pho-nomenal! I'm a pretty big guy and I couldn't finish my bowl. I don't think there was any way pho me to have been able to finish it. It really was massive. Instead of piling on the Sriracha, I gave it a quick taste, and it was good! Now, it wasn't mind-blasting, but it was much better than I remember it tasting. After tasting the broth, I grabbed the chopsticks and tried to pile all of the ingredients into one pho-bulous bite. It was difficult to do, and looking back on it now, I probably would've had better luck with a pho-rk. Just as a side note, of the pho seasons, I think pho would taste best in winter. Nothing sounds more pleasant than warming up with a steaming bowl of soup. A strange pho-nomenon happened while eating my bowl of pho. As I continued to eat, the taste started to become a bit...pho-gettable. I've had large bowls of noodle soup be-pho (e.g. ramen), but I've never gotten tired of the taste. I typically like noodle soup dishes. I find them pho-n to eat. This is pretty much what happened during the last time that I had pho too. Pho my thoughts on pho haven't really changed all that much, I didn't have a bad time here. It was a rather nice visit. I just think pho is not pho me. This is going to be a short and sweet review; Pho Hieu has the best Bun Bo Hue in the Oklahoma area! I honestly haven't tried their pho, but then again, I only go there for the Bun Bo Hue. I don't go to Pho Hieu frequently, due to how far they are from where I live, but I will make a monumental effort to drive there when I crave Bun Bo Hue (especially when it's cold outside). The service is always fantastic! And fear not my hangry friends, they're very quick on bringing out your food. It's not too small of a restaurant, because they have quite a bit of seating compared to other Pho restaurants. I'll definitely try their Pho and sushi the next time I visit, but it's so hard for me to stray away from their Bun Bo Hue. read more

I think I've been here 5 times now. Once at their old location on Mustang and Reno and 4 times to this newer location. I don't think they were very good when I tried their old location, but they've definitely improved quite a bit. So if the memories of their past establishment is what's keeping you from trying this out, then I would give this a shot. The broth isn't as flavorful as other places I've tried but it's definitely not a deal breaker either. I feel like it's hard to mess up pho since it's a fairly simple process, so most pho restaurants won't screw that part up, at least I'd hope not. I ask for extra green onion and cilantro along with green onion oil which enhances the experience in my opinion, although not all would agree. I also just love green onion. I decided to try their grilled pork banh mi as well. It's a new item and you can kind of tell that they're trying to expand their borders a bit. The bread was a little dry, but fairly close to what you'd expect. It definitely needed more sauce inside as the pork was kind of dry as well but overall, a pretty good start for them. So overall, if you're craving pho and don't want to drive out further into OKC where the better known pho places are, I'd say give this a try. read more

I'm going to preface this with: I used to live down the street from this place and ate here frequently. I really love it and still stop in anytime I am in Yukon/Mustang area and have time. That said, the food is still as delicious as ever (I get the same P14 and Philly Roll every time) however, the service seems to have gone down hill a bit. From reading other reviews I'm guessing maybe a management change? The old owners were kind and attentive. The last two times I've gone the staff was aloof and it took forever to even get my drink order taken. I get that we are in a staffing shortage in many places but the lady behind the counter wasn't doing anything while the kid who was covering the entire dining room was running around because they were busy. That never would have happened previously. I still give them 4 of 5 stars because their food is really fantastic but I hope they work out their service issues soon. read more

Awesome place for Steak Pho on a rainy or cold day. They even have great drinks! Spring Rolls are to die for.

The food was good but the service there is terrible. Had to waver her down for extra sauce then i had to get her for a togo order. She didn't tell me that my togo order was finish and was told that someone else took off with it. I think she never put it in so i had to wait another 30mins some guy came back with some food then they said my order is here. I think they gave me the order that they guy brought back this is horrible service. They need to hire more people but the girl seem more interested in serving everyone else. I was nice to her but in all my eating experience this place is the 2 of the worst for customer service. The food was good but the 2 star really reflex the service. Used to love this place. Brought my son last summer. We opened up our silverware pouches and they were loaded with spiders. We left the restaurant without ordering haven't been back since. With that being said, keep in mind this was right after the shutdown and they could've been getting back to routine. I ordered the bun bo hue and the pho combination, and I'm incredibly disappointed with both orders. The bun bo hue lack flavors of lemongrass, which is the predominant flavor found in this soup. It's like the place wasn't sure if they want to use the broth for bun bo hue or bun rieu (Viet crap and tomato soup), so the broth can work for both. The broth lacks that bright red color, and it wasn't just that classic spicy beef soup that I'm used to. I had the pho for dinner that day, and it was even sadder. Probably the worst pho I ever tasted from a Vietnamese restaurant. The broth is the most critical part of this soup, and yet it lacked the aroma of the blended spices and was not rich in beef flavor. So I added all of the hoisin sauce to add a little bit of flavor to the broth. Since I ordered the pho combination, I expected meatballs, but there was none while the meat portions were small. Sure there were generous amounts of noodles for both orders, but that doesn't justify the poorly executed dishes. read more

Absolutely phenomenal pho and we also tried the combination fried rice. Not a fan of huge chunks of shrimp but it was seasoned well and had ample amount of meats. They did not skimp. My 2 and 4 year old gobbled it up! We also love their thai tea with boba and whipped cream. It's so good and creamy. Lastly I like that I can call ahead and it's ready. Very nice and fast.
