Lots of seating, very clean, good service, bug menu and good parking. They have a lot of orders.

I would most likely not come here again. Both of our pho were pretty bland. Maybe it was just a bad day??

I had been craving bun bo hue for a few weeks and decided to check out this place since it was close to home. It was INCREDIBLE!! So happy to discover a pho place nearby. We started off with the fried avocado and shrimp appetizer. Normally we get the fresh spring rolls at a pho place, but we decided to try something new and it was sooo good! The avocado was tempura fried to perfection and the cocktail shrimp on top made for a great app on a hot day. For our entrees we got the bun bo hue and the pho dac biet! We ordered the small because the small is HUGE. There's only a $1 difference between the small and the large, so go for it, but we like to enjoy our pho in the moment and didn't want much left over. The bun bo hue was really good! Not as rich as some other places but still very flavorful and a large amount of meat! The noodles were larger and more round than most other pho, which I like, and it caught the flavor of the broth really well. The pho dac biet was also excellent! Great flavor to the broth even before any additives (my husband likes it spicy so he put sriracha and some chili they gave us into his broth). The service was fast was fast and attentive. We will definitely be making this our go to place!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! They sold rotted eggroll and really bad smell, salty broth of all the soup noodles, bad service! Went to pick up togo order and the girl at front desk were on the phone so I understand that she cannot greet me while she's talking, but other servers there keep stared at me without saying a words. So I stand for about 10 mins at the front desk without any help, even though I called 30 mins before I came to pick up, so total of 40 mins, my foods not even ready to pick up ( she told me the foods ready in 15 mins) so I have to wait for another 10 mins . And came home with rotted foods!!!!

Look new flooring and decor!

Simply perfect. Shrimp appetizers, steak cooked to perfection but the crown jewel is the service!

This place is slowly falling in my ratings. What an awful customer service…read more This time I came and purchase 2 Vietnamese coffees and 2 eggrolls. Young lady at counter just put them on the counter. All I had was my phone in my hands. How did she expect me to carry this? I asked if there was a drink carrier or a bag. She threw a ripped half carrier and a bag on the counter (literally threw). I put the carrier with drinks in the bag, but it was not stable and toppled over. The coffee leaked into the bag. She watched me and did nothing. I asked for napkins and cleaned it up and then I asked for another bag. This whole time, no help.

The staff was friendly, but just a bit slow getting to us even though we were the only folks in line and barely any patrons were in the dining room. The sandwiches were a bit on the skimpy side. The veggies all had a nice crunch to them. My oldest daughter did not like the "savory house" sauce as she thought it was too sweet. I wish we had ordered a side or shared a noodle soup. Still, we enjoyed them as we don't have many opportunities for Vietnamese food in our area of New Mexico. Ample, free parking. Clean restaurant with minimal decor. I ordered my food to go and ate some in the restaurant. The chicken fried rice was delicious and they had all the sauces for it right there for you to use. I also tried the mango street food dish because mango is my absolute favorite fruit. It was similar to mango with tajin with some syrup like juice. Unfortunately the mango was not ripe and for $10 I didn't feel this was worth it or suitable to be served as it was unripe and unappealing due to it. I did however love the drip coffee with condensed milk. Such a classic staple and I'm happy I got it. Definitely gave me an afternoon boost! I'll go back to try more dishes for sure! Everyone working was very nice and polite.

Nothing can better demonstrate my point except a direct quote from one of the workers "It seems like people with the name Tuan are usually handsome." I may have taken the statement face value but I can't argue with that. Let's get back to Maya's Kitchen, shall we? I love the yellow wall paint, ceiling fans, and tables and chairs. Everything looks spotlessly cleaned. The menu offers a variety of food options. I like the inclusion of street food although I did not have a chance to try during this visit. The crab meat soup and the Hanoi Chicken Combo Noodle Soup were good. The crab meat soup was the better soup, especially if you add a thousand year egg to it. The broth of the Hanoi Chicken Combo Noodle Soup was rich and flavorful but I would say most people would prefer Vietnamese pho or Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, including myself. Based on the food alone, I would give Maya's Kitchen 4/5, but the compliment being taken face value trumps over everything else. Thus I am forced to give up the last star to Maya's Kitchen.
