Look I don't give bad reviews so ima chalk it up to they just had an off night. The vibe was great and the staff were very friendly and attentive. However, we got the fried shrimp tempura appetizer and the sushi nachos. Shrimp had an off taste but the tempura was really good. The onion, cucumber, and sweet potato was pretty good tho. We got steak and scallops hibachi that came with a soup and salad. The soup was some of the worst I have had and the salad dressing was not good. We got fried rice to go with hibachi and it was not very good. My wife said "I have never left a hibachi restaurant hungry till now" Highlights The chef was funny and gave a good show. Service was great and the sushi nachos were good. Again I don't like to give bad reviews and I really hope it was just and off night. read more

This place was pretty good. We had a young chef he seemed nervous but did great! We had a California roll, hibachi lobster, chicken, shrimp, & mignon with fried rice. It was pretty busy but they kept the drinks filled. The chairs did seem kind of fragile kind of scared they would break if we moved to much. read more

We have been here multiple times, they food is inconsistent. Sometimes it's amazing and others it's plain, and we usually stick to the same sushi orders when we come. Service has always been friendly and efficient though. The hibachi tables always look fun and the chefs are very interactive. read more

Had to wait over an hour (w/ reservations) for the chefs to even arrive. Service was horrible, even to get our drinks order taken. Very very poor service, and they automatically deduct 20% for gratuity. I will not be returning. read more

Simply find somewhere else to go. Poor service. Poor quality food. Have about two chefs and that's it

Stopped here for dinner as I was hungry for some sashimi and hibachi stir fry vegetables, service was good and so was the food. I had the Tuna Sashimi and my hibachi vegetables came with steamed rice, soup and a small salad, they had lots of great menu options for all kinds of appetites and plenty of vegetarian options. Worth trying if you like Japanese cuisine. read more

Food is really good. Nice and small environment. Service was quick and friendly. Met my future husband here and plan to come back for NYE.

Down to 2 chefs tonight and still seating people like they had a full staff tonight. We left after 40 minutes and no chef in sight, with no attempt by the staff to apologize, I paid for our 3 drinks and sushi roll that wasn't even prepared until I was paying our tab and again no attempt to comp our sushi roll or 3 drinks, clueless on customer service. read more

Decided to give this place a try. Started with the Tako-Yaki, teriyaki beef, and Kushi-Yaki, fried octopus. Definitely worth a try! We all shared the Yukon Roll, Dynamite Roll, and the Mountain Roll. Yukon Roll was the favorite! I completely forgot photos since we were so hungry. The only thing I would wish for this place is to clean up a little bit more. The TV above us had about a centimeter thick layer of dust over it lol. My husband also said the bathroom was not very clean as he expected. Other than that, food was delicious and workers were very kind and attentive! read more

If you want to eat here, you need a reservation. Apparently they don't take walk ins.. walked in on a Sunday, there was only one table being served and they told us that they can't serve us and that it's reservations only? Wtf read more

wait long along with no closed caption tv also wait long yeah so basically just complaining

Not a friendly place they not even ask im come in they can only serve for other they just let me stand there for like 20' mins

I ate here during lunch the first time. Food wasn't the best and bland. The veggies were almost raw and service was slow. I had gotten the steak lunch and California roll. There was myself and another table at the time. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and we went for dinner last night. Husband got the chicken and it was bland. It tasted like the stove it was cooked on and that's it. The roll had no flavor. My steak was raw (it was hardly browned I asked for medium rare) veggies were raw service was nonexistent. Everything overall was bad. Not recommended read more

I dropped in on my way to court in Canadian County because I was starving. I started with Toko-Yaki which is a special dumpling with octopus that is breaded and deep-fried. It's really good and comes with 6, with a soy-based sweet sauce and Sriracha mayo but quite frankly, three was enough for me). I also got the edamame.,I really like edamame and they did a good job. I also ordered a glass of Prosecco and it was nice read more

The sushi was the best I've had in a while and service was better than most places. The decor was on point.

Very good food and friendly folks working here. I enjoy a good hibachi cooked on the grill in front of me every once in a while. But, sometimes I just enjoy to order the food and enjoy the company I am with. You can get both here. Menu items are great. Large helpings with generous portions of meat and vegetables. I haven't had the chance to experience the sushi. They seem to have quite the assortment. Maybe next time? If you are in the mood for a cocktail, they have a pretty good set up. Sake, Japanese Whiskey, Japanese beer, and a laundry list of domestic alcohol. Beer is a little limited, but, you can find something you enjoy. Restaurant seems clean, and it's fairly quiet. No need to raise your voice to talk. Busier times can be a little noisy, but, it's fun. I'll return again. read more

Service is fast, always have great sushi, hibachi is Dece if you are into that kinda thing.

Shorty handed on chefs. Only two working on a Saturday night. But, that happens. Food was OK. Waitstaff was terrible. All standing around all night. Didn't see the waitstaff again once the chef started cooking. Had to get up and ask for a refill of water. Then got kinda an attitude. Early in the evening wife told the staff that the women's restroom was filthy. They all bustled around like they were right on it. One hour later it was still filthy. Mind you, most of the staff was huddled around the sushi area all night doing nothing but talking. Didn't really seem to be any management on duty. Have been going to Tokyo Moon since it opened years ago. Won't go back. read more

I misread the closing time on the door. As I was being seated at the sushi bar, the manager/owner (sitting there with another customer) advised me they were closing in minutes (MINUTES). Okay, darn it. So, I ordered a hot Sake. Hmmm... this place has some great reviews. I probably would have tried the Udon. I highly respect the (manager?) 'watching out for' his staff. Always delicious! Our families favorite is the chicken fried rice with yum yum sauce.

I really do enjoy the hibachi grill here .. we've been numerous times and it hasn't let us down yet :) The sushi is also good. The staff is always nice. It's the best hibachi in town and that goes for OKC, that's my opinion:) :) If your in town and want good Hibachi or sushi be sure to go here. read more

My husband and I were a little leery about eating here because of some of the reviews BUT it was awesome! They have a weekly BOGO sushi roll and this week it was the gecko so we tried it out and as my husband said "This is everything I have been looking for in a cooked roll!" I had the Sooner roll and it was outstanding, I would definitely get it again. I also ordered a spicy tuna roll because they are my fave but I will order something different next time, it just isn't what I am used to and too much siracha for me. They were VERY busy but we had great service and everyone was super friendly. Can't wait to go back and order the boat!! read more

BEST SUSHI IN ALL OF OKC!! The staff here is so friendly, and the food is impeccable! Highly recommend all the time!

The food was ok, can't say it was my favorite. They over cooked my wife's steak, so she chose not to eat it. The hibachi chef was not as entertaining as some of the places we have been. For the price, we would not go back. read more

This is the only place I will eat sushi from! I drive all the way from Moore for the shrimp lovers roll on soy paper!!! They have the best clear soup and I love the fried rice!!! Living in Yukon, we sometimes get tired of the chain options we have, and because we both work in the city, we rarely want to drive back out to eat. In comes Tokyo Moon, a hibachi/sushi place located between a nail salon and a bubble tea place. We got there for a late lunch on a weekday off- we walked in at 1:45 and they closed at 2 but they welcomed us in happily. For $10 each, we had our choice of edamame or gyoza, miso soup or salad, a sushi roll, and hibachi (veggies and rice with either chicken, beef, salmon or shrimp). Each course arrived at the right temperature and at a good pace (we never had two courses stacked- which is a pet peeve of mine!). I believe our waitress was also the owner and she was friendly and helpful while working to close down the restaurant without making us feel like we were a bother. We love gyoza and this was perfectly crispy and a good portion. The miso was standard, but again, served perfectly hot. I had a Hawaiian roll and it was great- not Neko grade good, but much better than what you'd expect from a strip mall restaurant. We both devoured every bite of our hibachi meat (chicken and salmon) and vegetables. It was actually kind of nice to get the hibachi without the song and dance- but I would love to come back here for the song and dance! All in all, great value for delicious and fresh food in a convenient location. I'm honestly only giving int 4 stars because I feel like I need to come in for dinner to get the full effect. Hopefully we have an opportunity to do that very soon! read more

This is my go to Sushi place in Yukon, Oklahoma. We always start with the edamame (salted soy beans) and get some kind of appetizer like tempura or (tako) squid salad. We have tried both the hibachi and the sashimi, sushi and enjoy all of it. After trying so many different rolls my favorite is the chirashi bowl or the giant sushi boat if we have the entire family. One trick I like to do is get no spicy mayo on anything, this helps to taste more of the fish your paying top dollar for with out drowning it in sauce, also a little healthier!! If you must just get a side of it and limit how much is actually on each piece. I am from the west coast so finding a local sushi spot that comes close to home on the quality was very exciting to me. read more

We were excited to get a hibachi/sushi place out here in Yukon. We have been a few times now and have enjoyed the experience. The hibachi is your standard show with a decent amount of veggies and rice to go with your choice of beef, chicken, or shrimp. I like the sushi menu in particular. There are a variety of options from tasty rolls to fresh sashimi that is on par with most places in the metro. read more

I was very happy to hear that Yukon had a small hibachi place, and even more pleased whenever I tried it! I have eaten here for both dinner and lunch and was very pleased with both the food and the service both times that I was there. The lunch was very reasonable, and the portions were pretty large as well as quite tantalizing to the taste buds. Dinner was the same in my opinion, very tasty and filling. I enjoyed both the chicken and steak and walked away very pleased!\ The one thing about this great little restaurant is just that, it's size... It's a good size for where it's at, but with the 2 big hibachi grills in the middle of the restaurant, seating can be limited. All in all, I loved Tokyo Moon and I plan on returning there many times in my future! If you are tired of the same old stuff in Yukon, give this great little place a try! read more
