Goes to the back and is gone a long time. Finally comes out to say the fryer is backed up several tickets. Then they take our spring rolls to a table that ordered after us. They finally bring our kids food more than 20 minutes after our food so ours had gone cold. We tell them we never received our apps and it's too late now to just cancel them. Then they bring them to the table. The waitress was more defensive than apologetic. They took 15 percent off the bill for the trouble. Not good enough and you just lost a loyal customer. The food tasted different today too, like they used too much fish sauce. It's a shame, we did really like this place but the service was too bad to ever return.
