This place is the best Pho I've found out in this area. It's taken me years to find a good, well rounded spot. I love the pho at Pho Minh but the food isn't great. I'm constantly disappointed with their menu. The pho AND food at Pho Ha is delicious. I've gotten their pork spring rolls. Excellent. Fried squid is a fave with my kids, their bbq shrimp vermicelli is delicious, bbq steak vermicelli, their kids menu is great. I can't wait to come back and try their drinks and other menu items. I haven't been let down yet. Favorite Pho is #14 with a side of tendon. read more

I came here for the first time with some girlfriends on a recent Monday lunchtime. This Temecula location is in the Target shopping center and parking isn't too bad. The decor is what you'd expect in a traditional Vietnamese restaurant. They weren't busy at all, with only one or two other parties there. We ordered some spring rolls for the table and while my friends all ordered pho variations, I had the bone marrow soup without noodles. My bone broth was delicious but definitely a tiny portion, especially compared to my friends' very full bowls! See the attached pic of my dish as it arrived. The gigantic beef bone took up most of the bowl. My bad for not asking for more broth. Our server was not attentive - had he come over to ask how things were, I would have mentioned my scant portion... But I did take that big 'ole bone home and threw it in my Instant Pot, covered with water and cooked for 8 hours, which resulted in more amazing bone broth to make my own soup! Service was definitely lacking. As mentioned, they weren't busy at all, yet we had to repeatedly flag down our server for forks, knives (he only gave us one for the table and said we could share lol!), more water, containers for leftovers, etc. My friends all loved their pho and my soup was yummy - just not enough of it! I would try this place again and order the pho next time. read more

I've been to Pho Ha #1 on two occasions now. The first time was a few years ago and the most recent time was last month. Both times, they had a wait out the door. The first time we waited and ate at the restaurant and this second time I called in my order which was luckily ready for pick up in around 15 minutes. I decided to try something new off the menu this time and I am happy I did so! // FOOD // P21 Pho Duoi Bo (oxtail rice noodle soup): Three pieces of oxtail with one piece being absolutely humongous! The broth itself was very flavorful, but it was still clear and not too heavy. You can definitely taste the spices and herbs that they used to make the soup part. It was a chilly night so this definitely hit the spot and the oxtail was nice and flavorful and tender. The next time I come back here I will most likely just order the oxtail pho again since I enjoyed it so much this time around. read more

I've always liked Pho Ha. For Phở, i do think Pho Minh has a slight advantage but the restaurant at Pho Ha is larger, better lighting and decor, larger and more varied menu selection. Some of the young waitstaff here don't speak Viet, which may be problematic for older Viet clientele but we speak English so it's all good. Though one day, it would be très cool if non-Viet staff speaks fluent Viet food like they do in Little Saigon, Orange County. read more

Me and my husband walked in late around closing time and we thought they weren't gonna accept us but instead we were received with a smile and super friendly attitude! The food was so incredibly delicious and fresh and not to mention we ordered the oolong taro milk tea to go and it was so well made! They were also staying late to finish up some renovations and the place is looking very well put together and super cute, I wish I could've stayed longer but they were closing! Pho Ha has multiple locations. This was my first time here. I went with my daughter for lunch. We ordered the rare beef pho. I also ordered the escargot with peppercorn. This is a legitimate Vietnamese spot. The food was spot on. I would recommend this place. read more

This place is amazing! I've come here for lunch more than 10 times! The atmosphere is great, the waiters are so kind and friendly and welcoming! They great you with a smile and they've got absolutely delicious fresh food! Everything is cooked per order and sometimes it can be a little wait for the food and it's soooooooooo worth it! I absolutely love their Banh Mi sandwiches and their PHO it's delicious and their veggies are nice and crisp, the cilantro is delicious!! Absolute favorite is the sandwich but I also tried their appetizer platter it's the perfect size for 2 and came nice and very hot and fresh. It had calamari, egg rolls, spring rolls and shrimp rolls. We loved all the sauces and their beverages are sooo delicious and fresh!! I got their passion fruit drink oh goodness it's soooo fresh and good it's not super sweet at all it's perfect!! Everything was delicious. The Bahn mi was great, and the bread was perfectly toasted. Portions were great too! My husband and I split it and both got pho. He had meatballs and I had the filet pho. It says a lot about their food if an autistic teenager took off and ran up to the restaurant full of excitement and joy. He knew he was gonna get yummy Vietnamese food. Our favorite is the bbq beef vermicelli noodles and veggies and Vietnamese sauce. The ambiance here is pretty nice, booths against the walls of each side and tables in the middle of the restaurant. There was a humble vibe here from the people that work there...from the people who seated us to the people who brought out the food. read more

as always, Pho Ha delivers as expected. The prices of entrées are pretty high, but you do get a large portion. The food is great and they check up on you regularly. We haven't been here at this location for a long time until a couple months ago. I have to say I'm glad I decided to come here again because it was fantastic!!! The service, food, portion size, variety of choices and cleanliness was great! I don't know if they got a new cook and new management but everything was just impressive and delicious! We have come like 2-3x week sometimes lol! Some of our favorites have been, bun thit nuong (vermicelli noodles with fresh mints, lettuce, cucumbers and pickled carrots and daikon and grilled pork), bun bo xao (same as above but with lemongrass beef/onions), Tom rang muoi (flash fried shrimp with head on stir fried with red and green bell peppers, onions and garlic - AMAZING) , mango salad (we ask for shrimp instead of squid)....just to name a few. Unfortunately I'm not really a fan of their Pho as I feel it has a strong cinnamon/spices taste and smell for my liking. But that's ok cause they have a huge menu and there are plenty to choose from. I highly recommend this place, especially now so go checkout them out if you haven't already! ;) read more

The food was great! Perfect bowl of phó for a rainy night. I ordered a #1 from the menu which is a large bowl (special Phó) cost is $16.95 It consist of tripe, tendon, fatty brisket, rare steak, and well done flanke. The also provided sprouts, jalapeños, lime wedges, and Thai basil leaves for extra flavor. I also ordered a large Vietnamese coffee. Service was excellent.. server took our order and within a few minutes our order was served to us. Ambiance was great also , full house and not to loud . I still able to have a conversation without having to heighten my voice. The restaurant was clean and wait time wasn't too long for a busy night. Delicious pho in this area! Haven't been to other pho joints in Temecula, but this one felt home-y. Our servers looked like they were still in college. :') There was a line for lunch on Friday, but I didn't have to wait too long for a party of two. There is a small waiting area that can get cramped. Pho dac biet was good. I enjoyed my #11 regular size and actually finished all of it. I have a tendency to have leftover pho noodles. The egg rolls were really good too. Lots of meat in the egg rolls. We asked for more basil, but they said they ran out. Restroom is available in the back of the restaurant. Parking is easy because it is a pretty big shopping area. I'd come back when I'm around here! read more

I needed a reminder of delicious this place really is! The ambiance is really welcoming and there were plenty of seatings if you preferred a booth or a table. The man taking our order was so nice and attentive when we needed something. We ordered #9 & combination fried rice, and two Thai teas with boba, & chicken wings. The sauce that the chicken wings were tossed in was so delicious. It was the perfect amount of sweet and spicy! So good. The Pho was delicious with all the standard toppings like bean sprouts, limes, & Thai basil. They had chili oil on the table which gives your pho some heat! Yum. The combination rice was good, it comes with different types of meat and seafood. I really can't say enough more good things about this place! We will definitely be back! read more

Honestly some of the best Pho I've ever had! The big bowl had so many noodles, and the steak was excellent. They serve Vietnamese street food, which in my opinion has an elevated taste above the normal Vietnamese cuisine. It's hard to explain the difference in words, but there is definitely a big difference in taste. The flavors are more deeply seasoned within the food. The place is small, and the decor gives off a homey vibe. I would definitely recommend this place for both Vegans and Carnivores . Enjoy!

Where do I even begin? Quiero Brunch has my heart! If I could give them 10 stars, they would have…read moreall 10 and then some! I have now visited twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. The customer service is excellent from beginning to end. The waitresses make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. They are warm, attentive, personable, and genuinely make you feel at home. The restaurant itself has such a fresh, intimate, and welcoming atmosphere. It is also extremely clean, and every detail from the decor to the presentation of the food feels thoughtful and intentional. During my first visit, I ordered the chipotle chilaquiles, and my mom ordered the huevos rancheros. On my second visit, we ordered the birria tacos, asada tacos, and chilaquiles divorciados with both the chipotle and relleno-quiles sauces. Let me tell you, they make chilaquiles exactly how I want chilaquiles to be made...completely drowned in sauce! The chicken added to them was incredibly tender, flavorful, and not fatty at all. The cebolla and avocado details are an excellent touch. The chipotle sauce was delicious, and the relleno-quiles sauce added such a unique chile relleno-inspired flavor. If I had to nitpick one tiny detail, I personally would have loved a few more chile rajas in the relleno-quiles, but that is truly just my preference because the dish was still excellent. The asada tacos were perfection. The meat was juicy, full of flavor, and once again, not fatty. Even the tortillas added another layer of flavor. They tasted exactly like the perfect taco you imagine when you are craving one. The birria tacos were also a 10/10. The balance of cheese and tender meat was perfect, and the consomé completed the entire dish beautifully. Honestly, every plate tasted like a lot of thought and care went into it. And the presentation? Chef's kiss! Every single detail is beautiful. The food looks just as incredible as it tastes. I also tried what I believe was an horchata latte with cinnamon cold foam, and it was one of the best coffees I have had in a long time. Restaurant coffee can sometimes be bland or feel like an afterthought, but this was coffee-shop quality; rich, flavorful, and memorable. The prices are also incredibly reasonable for the quality, portions, presentation, and overall experience they provide. They could easily charge more, but instead, you receive so much value for what you pay, which I truly appreciate. There is normally a wait, so I made reservations for both visits, and everything worked out perfectly. I highly recommend making one because this restaurant is absolutely worth planning for! I live in Ontario, and Quiero Brunch is in Temecula, but if I could make the drive every week, I absolutely would. That is how amazing this place is. They have completely blown my mind and, honestly, blown the competition out of the water. Next time, I am determined to explore more of the menu because everything I have tried has been delicious and memorable. You can truly see, taste, and feel the owners' vision in everything they have created. Their passion comes through in the food, service, atmosphere, and presentation, and as a customer, I received and felt every bit of it. Kudos to the owners and the entire staff.
