Great flavor and great Pho. The server greeted us and made suggestions. Super friendly. Two big bowls of soup later plus some of the best pork spring rolls led to a great experience. We had spicy Pho and the Beef brisket Pho. High recommend this restaurant especially On a cold winter day.

Add the lime, bean sprouts and jalapeño to the soup to make it spicy. The meat was brisket and was very tender.

3 foods we loved, pho nam soup was delicious. We hared a bowel because it was so large. Bun was tom was delicious. We also shared a bowel. Garden roll called goi com was wonderful with peanut sauce. The prices were great. We really enjoyed our lunch here. This place is kid friendly. The interior is very pretty and very clean. Parking is great. I highly recommend this location for lunch. I suspect dinner is also perfect. A wonderful couple owns this restaurant, and the person who waited on us was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable in suggesting us dishes.

Devoted Superior patron for the past 18yrs but no more. So happy there's a closer and frankly better Vietnamese restaurant to the west side. No more watery broth and crazy price hikes. The sprouts are squeaky clean here! Always a point of contention at Superior, as well as the crazy price increases. Ordered a bowl of Pho, Bahn Mi and the meat spring roll. All SO good and very authentic. Bowl of Pho was large and broth is so very good. Restaurant was packed at 7pm but still plenty of seating. Pricing is very reasonable for the amount of food. Will def be back!

To say I'm excited for a Vietnamese restaurant in Lorain would be an understatement. I heard about Pho Ever being talked about on a local Facebook group and immediately headed over to try it out. First, it was absolutely packed for a weekday at Noon which made me so happy given that the restaurant just opened for business. The service was prompt and friendly and I quickly scanned the menu and ordered my go-to which is Pho with steak and brisket. I've had a lot of pho in my life, like a ridiculous amount. From Arizona to Oregon, and up and down the coast of California. It's my staple that try immediately upon moving to a new area and I just moved here so here we are. This bowl of pho is in the top 3 that I've ever eaten! The broth was rich and flavorful, all the spices were perfect and both types of meat were very tender and the brisket wasn't too fatty which I've found more common at other places. I'm so thrilled this restaurant exists just a stone's throw away from my house. I will be back regularly to try everything on the menu and wish this business owner all the best and all the success, as Lorain County is huge and Vietnamese has been lacking...but not any longer!

Everything went very well. The food is very delicious. So glad I stopped. I had the beef and brisket fall and I had a combination platter.

Overall: It's so nice to have a quality ramen place in the canton area. The seating area is cute…read moreand not super over crowded. The ramen deal with an appetizer was well priced! I liked how much food you got and how you had a few options to choose from. Food: * pineapple passion mojito - 5/5 absolutely DELICIOUS. It was a perfect drink to have with dinner. It was light and refreshing with just enough sweetness. * chicken and pork bao - 4/5 super yummy! I actually liked the pork more than the chicken. It was almost like a buttery taste. It was soft and the meat just fell apart. The chicken was good too but was more on the tough side, probably because it was fried. * spicy beef ramen - 5/5 I will absolutely be back to get this again. Just the right level of spice. All the ingredients were fresh, well made, and delicious. It's the type of food that you can't help eating more of even though you're beyond full. * crispy chicken ramen - 3.5/5 This was still a good choice! I loved the chicken in it. I think this is a very safe choice for anyone who might be on the more picky side. The broth was good but not spicy. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! There are so many options and there is something for everyone to try.

When getting carried out they packed the ingredients separately from the broth which I loved. We got the spicy on the side and I was so glad we did because in my opinion it packed heat. The spicy is like chili crunch oil . Prices were average , I believe probably on par with other ramen spots . My husband teriyaki tom broth has a delicate thickness to it. We both said both broths felt rushed. They weren't really savory and tasted bland, and underdeveloped. It has a good beginning/starting flavor but should have shimmered longer. Not the best ramen or worst ramen. Simply in the middle. We ordered carry out so I can't speak to the service or overall atmosphere. The restaurant was clean inside and front cashiers were nice! We also ordered the creme brûlée Thai tea it was delicious!!!

In a city lacking solid ramen options, Xinji does not help fill the void. It's also unfortunately…read moredeclined in quality over the years while prices have crept up. It's primely located on Lorain Ave with a decent amount of street parking around, and usually decently busy at dinner times. The dining room is ample with a view of the open kitchen which provides some level of hope. However, hope diminishes as the time between sitting down and getting the menu to a staff member bringing water or taking your order extends. The menu really isn't too long and the main decision is whether you're feeling a bowl of steaming noodles or a rice bowl, and whether you're hungry enough to indulge in apps like the bao or kimchi balls. The Pork Bao used to be a reliable taster in anticipation of the entree with a more interesting flavor blending sesame, soy and hoisin, but more recently it tastes like someone took leftover pulled pork from a weekend BBQ and slapped it in a rice bun. The Kimchi Balls are nice, with a satisfying crunch to them, but quite heavy if you're getting more than one. Good ramen broth is a labor of love, but it shouldn't take 30+ minutes to receive ramen at a restaurant dedicated to ramen. Even more disappointing is when it's just average ramen, salty without the savory umami kick that an enjoyable bowl delivers. The added egg ($1.50) does come perfectly jammy and the noodles have a comforting chew, but both are cool temperature wise and detract from the heartiness of the noodle bowl. I found myself gulping down water to offset the saltiness of the food, but the staff, though very pleasant, seemed too overwhelmed to come back and refill the water when our flask was empty. Will probably not be returning for the barely average ramen with other good noodle soup options in existence.

I wish there were more ramen options in cleveland because it is so satisfying to slurp some warm…read morebroth and noodles on a cold night. Thanks to xinji for offering that comfort! We came Friday night and were quickly seated and offered cucumber water. The fried chicken bao is a must!!! It was soooooo crispy and juicy and was huge! The Korean sauce was a perfect compliment and had a tiny spice kick. The garlic tonkatsu was flavorful and filling. I added a soy egg to it which was tasty but was a little cold. We loved that the menu had a noodle with no broth as an option too! Can't wait to come back!
