The lunch item on the top of the menu. It came with a spring roll and sweet and sour soup.

It was just.... OK.... We had lunch. I wanted to have one of the soup on the menu but they only had sweet and sour soup.... My teen ordered an item from the lunch menu. And I ordered dumplings in chili sauce. I wish there were some kind of vegetables as a side dish with the lunch menu item but there was none.

We went in after our Oberlin auditions looking for lunch and boba. We're from NY and bubble tea is a post audition/recital tradition. There weren't a lot of options at Oberlin. But this place had good reviews so we thought we'd give it a try. The boba was a surprise! The boba was soft! It wasn't as sweet as we'd like, but it was definitely good. The food was good too. They were able to do a gluten free chicken & vegetable dish for me. The sesame chicken was good. The eggroll was nice and crunchy and the wonton soup was good. Definitely would recommend!

Doesn't look like much when you walk by, but the food is easily really good for the price, and the service is somewhat quick if it's not too busy. The place is understaffed currently, but I find it not to be a problem on week days. The portions they serve are huge, so I suggest getting a box to go if you dine in. I like the General Tso tofu lunch special. The sauce is really good and the tofu is soft inside and crispy on the outside, and almost all their food is served piping hot so make sure to let it cool. Overall I've had a good experience, but if you sit towards the back of the restaurant, the music is a bit loud.

Some people recommended this Chinese restaurant in town. We ordered 2 lunch specials (General Tso tofu and sesame chicken) and one order of braised eggplant. The person taking our order was very patient with our questions about the menu.

The MoPo Tofu (vegetarian) dish was one of the best I have ever had. Incredible spice and flavor. Huge portions too.

Terrible service. Messed up our order a dozen ways, apologized about a dozen times, charged us full price. Never going back.

The food (chicken and broccoli) was essentially tasteless, and the service was listless at best.

I placed my order in Chinese, as I am fluent in the language. I specifically ordered "四川芥蓝"…read more(Sichuan Gai Lan), which is a completely different vegetable from broccoli. While both belong to the Brassica oleracea (甘蓝) family, they have distinct appearances, flavors, and, most importantly, different names in Chinese. Every Chinese knows that 西兰花(broccoli) is different as 芥蓝 (gai lan). However, I was given broccoli instead of Gai Lan. When I called to address the mistake, the owner blamed me, insisting that I had ordered incorrectly. She claimed that in the U.S., "芥蓝" (Gai Lan) is called "西兰花" (Broccoli). Having lived in the U.S. for 11 years as a citizen, frequently shopping at Asian stores, I have never heard anyone--Asian or otherwise--refer to these two vegetables interchangeably. They are simply not the same. By the owner's logic, just because Japanese, Korean, and Chinese people are all Asian, she could refer to all of them as "Chinese" regardless of their actual nationality or identity. That kind of reasoning is absurd and completely unacceptable. This is clearly a translation issue on their end, and instead of taking responsibility, the owner unfairly placed the blame on me. She had no right to do so, and her response has no logic. Under Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA) (ORC § 1345.02) and general consumer protection laws, businesses cannot engage in deceptive or misleading practices when advertising or selling goods. The owner's behavior has first, misrepresenting the nature or quality of a product, second, Providing false or confusing translations, third, Failing to deliver the product as described. It is the restaurant owner's responsibility to correctly label and describe the items on their menu.

You don't find many places that still offer that old school Cantonese specialty, Moo Goo Gai Pan…read more So, when I saw that Ming's Garden had it, I just had to get a take-away order since they don't do dine in anymore. Anyways, Ming's Moo Goo Gai Pan is a delicious healthy dish with subtle Cantonese flavors. There's a generous amount of white chicken meat and lots of fresh, crisp veggies like Napa cabbage, snow peas, water chestnuts, and button mushrooms. The white sauce needed a little salt, which made it shine. The fried rice was basically steamed rice with soy sauce, so nothing special there. The Hot and Sour Soup was thin and not very tangy but had a fair amount of heat to it. My take? It was a solid meal that filled me up for cheap ($11.50), and I had leftovers, too.

Was looking for some good food outside of the resort, but this was not it. They are doing takeout only. Here's what we ordered: -Sesame Chicken: I've never seen this dish drowned in broth/syrup before. It was so soupy that the chicken and breading was soggy. And the chicken was flavorless. -Kung Pao Shrimp: again, drowned in this brown broth. Very soupy and tasteless. -Green Pepper Steak: and again, loads of broth and no flavor. -Mixed Vegetables: no flavor in the sauce that was added to these. -Steamed dumplings: the dumplings by themselves were flavorless, but the sauce that came with them was its saving grace. -Spring Rolls: 2 come in an order. They were so tiny! (Think 1 bite and you're done.) And not crispy at all. If you see this place while driving down the road, just keep going. Never again!
