Very authentic pho! I recently spent a long time in Los Angeles where I fell in love with pho, then coming to Florida, I thought I would be without it. I was surprised to find that Pho Cali can hold it's own against any other pho restaurant that I have ever visited in China Town, Little Tokyo, Korea Town, and even Little Saigon. Don't be afraid to explore the entire menu until you find your favorite! Great for a quick lunch, dinner, or hang over cure in the mornings. I recommend starting with a #9 and bowl of #39! read more

This was the first pho joint that I've tried since moving here and I am adequately satisfied. The pho was good; I've had worse and I've had better. I think the broth by itself could use a little more depth of flavor, but I really appreciated all the meat that was in my pho. I especially like all the weird parts that people don't usually eat (tendon, tripe, etc.), so I'm glad they didn't skimp on that :) I also ordered a Thai bubble tea, which never arrived and I was still charged for... so that was a bummer. I did eventually receive it after asking about it before I paid, but alas, the tapioca bubbles were pretty hard. Maybe I'll just skip out on the bubble tea next time. read more

I am an avid foodie, and I have to say this is the best Oriental food I've had in the Brevard area. Have driven by many times, and finally decided to stop for lunch. After one visit, I'm hooked, this will be a weekly lunch destination for me. My daughter (age 7) had Wonton Soup, which had a light broth (not the overly-salty stuff you get at Chinese Takeout), carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and four or five delicious Wontons. Wrapped in a delicate wrapper (not the thick wonton noodles you are used to) and with a tasty pork filling. My wife and I both had the Pho, which is a Vietnamese rice noodle dish, served in an extremely flavorful beef-based broth. Seasoned with Cilantro, Scallions, and probably countless other spices, the broth was sublime. Beef was very tender, and the rice noodles nice and light. Lunch specials were $6-$9, as were most of the Pho dishes. If you like Chinese / Mandarin food, give Pho Cali a try. It's very similar, but cooked authentically, not the typical salty / msg-laden / goopy fare you'll find at Chinese Buffets and Take Outs. read more

Fantastic Pho! Really nice cozy place too. Customer service right on point. Nice selection of Pho dishes but I was in the mood for the main Pho dish which every heathy but of heaven. Shrimp appetizer didn't disappoint either. Great place for lunch as well. read more

I'm basing my review on the bubble teas alone. One star for a fairly decent menu (although MANY of their drinks listed they don't even have any more) of bubble tea flavors. Two stars for the fountains that kept my kids entertained while it took upwards of 10 minutes to get our drinks, and three stars for the overall taste. The price points are crazy high. And you can't really read the menu prices because they've rewritten them over white out. The lady never asked if we had any questions once she gave us the menu. And paying extra for boba is fine if you actually give me a decent serving. The blended bubble tea is ok but it's more like a milkshake, not the typical bubble tea we're used to. As for the Thai tea, it tasted good but had way too much ice. I finished the drink in a few sips. Overall, I guess I can't be too upset. This is one of the only places to get boba. But for over $15, I guess I expect a bit more. read more

We missed this place since it's hidden in a strip mall, had to make a U-turn to go back. Anyway, the whole garden is kinda nice gives you this patio feel. Staff were friendly and a great selection of Pho and other dishes. Two ladies in my party got #39 and #41, both Pho noodle bowl, they all loved it and said it was full of flavor, more noodle and soup's great too. I had #17 which was the lunch special, the sea food with veggies and rice, it also came with egg drop soup, it was pretty good, although I wish it had more veggies! My adopted dad got the pork+rice and he enjoyed it as well. I found this through yelp and thought I'd check it out since other Yelpers gave it decent review, pretty accurate! read more

Excellent Pho! Fast service. Friendly staff. Seating by the windows is very nice. Definitely worth a try.

Was craving some pho so we decided to try this place. We got the house sampler (shrimp puff, spring rolls, egg rolls). We also got a taro bubble tea and crispy tofu! #39 (pho) was good but it could use more meat! Overall was pretty good and will probably come back here again for more pho and the egg rolls! read more

On my first visit, I thought this place was great. The food was good, and although our English-speaking server was replaced with one who spoke no English after the food came, it wasn't that big a deal. (I think the non-English speaking server is the owner), Second visit- food was still good, but the non-English speaking waiter was really starting to get to me, especially when we were trying to order dessert. Either the English-speaking waiter had left, or the non-English speaking waiter would not call him. So we gave up on dessert, but things didn't get really bad until we got up to leave. The waiter started pointing at the chair and saying something unintelligible. We looked, thinking that my friend had forgotten her purse or something. Apparently my friend had spilled something on the chair seat. Most waiters would have waited until the guest left and cleaned the chair. Not this one. He brought towels and stood over my mortified friend like a drill seargeant untl SHE cleaned it. Yes, the food is good. But nothing excuses such terrible customer service. I'm not planning to go back. read more

The food here USED to be great but then the owners moved and opened up Pho Viet. We visited this restaurant four times before I gave this a one star review. Every time the food was horrible! The quality has slipped since new ownership. Do yourself a favor and travel south on Wickham to the corner of Wickham and 192 and try Pho Viet (the original, and still the best). So, so, so much better! If you look at the trends in reviews it is clear that I am not the only one giving poor reviews...years ago (with the old ownership) they were rated much higher. Check it out... read more

Delicious food, huge portions and some of the best customer service we've ever experienced. Extremely attentive staff. After reading Heathers review I was taking steps to police our area a little bit and the waiter insisted I leave it to him. I got the namesake soup with steak and my wife got the chicken on fried rice. Both loved it and will go back. read more

We frequent this restaurant several times a year, but last night was a swing in a miss! It's as if the owners went on vacation and left the kids in charge for many things have changed: prices have gone up, servings have drastically diminished, they seem to have forgotten how to serve the appetizer soup before the entrée, had to request several items several times for instance, a bowl with which to eat the soup out of which I never got, and had to eat out of the serving bowl, a second set of silverware, for there were two people at the table & napkins. All in all we were pretty disappointed for the first time because it was always a great experience with great food. Moreover, there was the absence of any guests except for us at the dinner hour for some reason. ???We will not be returning for we were pretty upset when we had to challenge the bill in respect to the several dollar difference in what they were charging and what was stated on the menu. They did correct the bill once we brought it to their attention. Beware and choose wisely, Daniel Aurigema. read more

I just finished reading "Eating Viet Nam: Dispatches from a Blue Plastic Table" by Graham Holliday and was totally in the mood for vietnamese food - throughout the book the author paints vivid pictures of salty-sweet grilled pork, tender rice noodles and fresh crispy herbs and vegetables, all doused in sweet fish sauce. My mouth was watering just reading it, so you can guess how high my expectations were when we decided to go out for Vietnamese food last night! Pho Cali totally delivered - after reading the book, I suggested something different than our usual bun bowl favorite, and I ordered: 86. BÚN CH HÀ NI Grill pork , Ha Noi style pork sausage served on the side with vermicelli, shredded lettuce, bean sprouts and homemade fish sauce. my husband ordered: 106. TOM NUONG, THIT NUONG + NEM NUONG Grill shrimp, grill pork and grill pork sausage. served vietnamese roll style (RAU CUON BANH TRANG) side dishes of vermicelli, lettuce, cucumber and house sauce provided along with rice papers for self-preparation. From the description it's a little hard to gather what we got, but basically mine was absolutely delicious pieces of grilled pork served on top of a sweet kimchi with fish sauce, and a side of noodles. Another plate included lettuce, cucumber, carrot, asian basil (tastes minty) and you're meant to roll everything inside a lettuce leaf and dip it in fish sauce. Like an amazing low-carb burrito. "Fish Sauce" if you've never heard of it is a very light, sweet, clear salty dipping sauce that tastes mildly like fish. It has little flecks of red pepper in it - mainly it's sweet and salty. My husband's was basically the same DIY dish, but it came with almost see-through translucent rice "tortillas" (the kind you get the summer rolls in) and you loaded them up with the same veggies, plus he also had grilled sausage balls and grilled shrimp. A+++++++ we ate everything on our plate, plus asked for more lettuce and basil, and while we were full, it wasn't "uggghh, my stomach hates me for eating so much" it was more like "yuuummm, I just ate so much healthy fresh food and it tasted amazing!" We finished off the night with a red bean bubble tea with tapioca pearls (boba), and it was awesome too - tasted similar to buttered popcorn. Lots of good vegetarian and possibly even vegan items on the menu (just omit fish sauce and ask for peanut sauce instead) read more

This is my absolute favorite pho restaurant! I've never had a bad experience here, except for when it's gone. I go here any chance I get. It's always clean and the service is great. The staff is very friendly. The prices are great as well. If you have a chance, visit here! read more

Used to like this place but had a pretty disappointing visit yesterday, ordered two orders of Pho through door dash. Ordered two of the #45's which has flank steak and brisket. When I arrived they told me someone else had picked up our order, the gentleman then got discouraged and gave me a to go order that was sitting on the counter already. With this confusion I checked my order and saw they both had brisket and another meat instead of flank steak, which looked like beef tendon. When I showed them this the gentleman started arguing saying this is what I ordered, after we looked at the menu, I tried explaining that the meat at the top of the box was not flank steak. The older woman even came over and pointed at the meat in question and said it was tendon. When this happened the gentleman corrected her (even though she was being honest) and tried telling me it was flank steak. I was very respectful and just wanted the right order, but they chose to lie to me and not correct it. My guess is they mixed up two orders and someone else took ours so they tried to give us the other one instead, when they should have corrected and made the right one, Not good business and will not be back. read more

We had a fresh spring rolls, combination pho and combination meat platters with rice Chicken wasnt fresh and had a very strong chicken smell on Fresh spring rolls. Pho was too sweet. Meat with rice was really greasy and old. ( The porkchop was cut into really small pieces and very small amount. Other things were sad old greasy :( ) Veggies(cucumber slices and lettuces) was dried. I only like the atmosphere of the terrace. We will try other places. read more

The older waitress took my order and seemed someone distracted and was having problems putting the order into the computer. I ordered shrimp pho and the waitress repeated shrimp pho and the item number. When I got home 25 minutes later I had a surprise in my bag - Some type of beef steak, white rice and salad. I called to complain and the guy offered a discount if I would bring the food back. I returned the food for a refund. I won't be returning. Its too far to drive to deal with mistakes like this. read more

Love the Pho! Generous portions for low price! Had a great lunch experience, will stop in again to try dinner.

Pho and noodle bowls are the perfect food for a hot day. Nothing like sweating while you're eating to cool you off. There was only one size per pho dish. I'm used to pho shops having a small, medium or large order of their pho dishes. Portion-wise I'd say the bowls at Pho Cali were medium sized. The soup came out hot, which is always a good sign. Nothing worse than getting a bowl of pho luke warm. And don't worry, sriracha sauce was provided right there on the table. The prices were reasonable, but a bit expensive for my tastes. In California, my meal of pho and Vietnamese egg rolls would not have exceeded $10. The pho itself was fairly average, but I'm just happy that this place even exists in Brevard county. read more

Bubble tea FAIL! The food was ok and so was the service. I was hoping to find a good bubble tea spot close to where I live...unfortunately it didn't even come close and the boba was hard!! I did not have a good experience and will not be returning. read more

This is a great little spot for Pho soup. The broth is very flavorful. The people here a nice and helpful if you have questions about the menu. The fried shrimp is delicious wrapped in rice paper and fried with great flavor. Great place for the family for lunch or dinner. They have a pretty good variety on the menu. Great place read more

This place was just okay. Nothing blew my mind, and I didnt like anything I ordered. My husband didnt think anything he ordered was all that great either. I had the Tum Yum soup and it was too sour and had very little in the way of vegetables and meat. Ambiance is not the best as well. There is no music playing, so you can hear every conversation. Tables are packed in a little too tightly, so it's hard to get in and out of your seat. I don't think I'll be returning. read more

We did take out...so I really can't say anything about the service, etc. Menu/selections were what you'd expect...prices were lower actually. Location....meh, not so much. Quality/taste: good for the area, but great? No. I'll return for the full on dining experience and update, if nec. read more

Came away very impressed with my meal at Pho Cali. I had the bun cha ha noi (I think this is around #86 or #87 on the menu) and thought it was delicious -- lots of great flavors and good depth while still tasting light. The two different preparations of pork had distinct flavors and worked well together. The dish was served on four different plates and consequently took up a lot of table space (a bowl of the pork and sauce, a plate of the vermicelli noodles, a plate of vegetables, and an empty bowl). I'm not familiar enough with Vietnamese food to know whether that's the typical presentation. But if the worst thing I can say about a dish is that 'it took up lots of space on the table' isn't that really an indication of how superb it was (answer: yes)? I had bites of what others at the table ordered and thought their dishes were excellent as well. There's a lot on the menu here that I would like to try. Service was good. Atmosphere/decor was standard for casual Asian restaurants. A disappointment: boba tea is on the menu, but they had none of the tapioca pearls themselves. I gave it a pass, since the pearls are at least half the enjoyment. Would absolutely look to return here sometime. read more

I had the Combo Pho with everything in it, added some meatballs, and I was a happy camper. Food was quick, and tasted great. This isn't as good as a lot of the Viet shops I have been in, but for the area I was pleased. Spring Rolls were great, peanut sauce was good (not enough)...but I am a heavy dipper. I will return the next time I am in town. NO AMEX :( read more

While at the nail salon the Chinese worker actually mentioned this restaurant having good Vietnamese food. He's married to a Vietnamese woman. Food was decent in taste and price. I tried tofu with spices and white rice, little on the salty side. Very simple but maybe next time I will actually eat Pho. The place was busy. Not fancy but clean. I was seated right under a loud flat screen TV while a football game was playing. It took at least 15 mins just to acknowledge me for drinks. Second chances are my thing. I'll try only once more. read more

Great Pho! Very authentic whole in the wall place. Definitely worth it to go! The only place I like better is Pho 88 in Orlando.

Pho wasn't bad but it also wasn't great. I asked for a reccomendation and was only left confused. The older waitress didn't speak English very clearly so after seeing we were getting no where I picked something. 3/5 for me. read more

Used to go to this place once a week for about two or so years. I was a regular. Stopped going when we forgot to write in the tip on the receipt and the owner chased our car out of the parking lot, banging on our windows. Went back recently and the quality of the food has become over priced and the cleanliness has plummeted. I guess they drove away all their regulars with their rude behavior and are now trying to desperately not go out of business. read more

It's really surprising to find Pho at all in Melbourne, let alone GOOD pho. Maybe not GREAT pho, but man is it a good fix. I've gone a few times because hey, I like pho and there's nowhere else around here to get it. Only catch is the service is pretty mediocre. I've sat as long as an hour waiting for my noodles to show up - pho doesn't take THAT long to prepare! And man is it hard to get the waitstaff's attention. I still go, but I might stop if by some miracle another pho place opens around here. read more

The. Best. Perioddddddd. Hands down my favorite place to eat when in town. Customer service is just as good as the food.

Sadly, this was a miss for me. I ordered the vegetarian Pho and when I got home it was beef. I went back to get what I ordered and they gave me one without beef but the broth was still meat based. So they had to make it for a 3rd time - after eating it I wasn't too sure it was vegetarian. If you don't mind beef or chicken then you might like this better but I'd prefer getting what I ordered and not making 2 trips to get something that was iffy. read more

went here with my co-worker and we both got food poisoning. the pho was just straight up bad

Probably not the best Pho in the area. They do use darker broth. The one thing that I couldn't get over was the noodles in the broth were lumped together in a square, which looked like it was take out of s ramen noodle package and thrown in there. Chicken was very dry. Service was very nice and staff was well-trained and very polite, too bad that the food isn't a match. read more

The food and service was great!! The chicken pho with veggies and the vegetarian spring rolls were so good. Thank you!!

Great local Pho shop. Always tasty and high quality. Not only pho, they have several tasty Vietnamese dishes.

I used to get pho takeout from here once every few months, when I was in the mood for comfort food. The last time I went the broth was terrible, it was so SWEET, it tasted like they dumped a whole bag of sugar into the broth and almost ruined Pho for me. The Taro tea and my previous experiences were good. I'm not sure what happened but I will probably not be going back since I've found somewhere closer to go. read more
