So good, delicious, serving was large and the service was great! Got the #33 and can't wait to go back. It warmed the soul on the cold, dreary day.

Solid meal. Ordered and was ready pretty quickly. Good amount and added extra veggies as requested. Would go back.

Only Viet restaurant I know of in the south towns. Small restaurant tucked in Elma off Transit. Very friendly service and a good menu with a couple bonus Thai/Chinese items in addition to the standard Vietnamese items. Being a smaller restaurant...not great for groups. Otherwise it is my go to restaurant for my small family of 3 . Pho is tasty and fairly priced. May expand to other menu items in the future and update the review as needed.

Vietnamese cuisine is something I just recently started exploring, so I decided to check out Pho Cali with a few friends this past Saturday for lunch . A very extensive menu with very reasonable prices . I chose two things from the menu, a beef banh mi and chicken pad Thai . I was reassured both entrees did not contain any onion . My friends ordered a shrimp and pork hot pot and a sort of make your own spring roll appetizer (not sure of the proper name ) . Food came out in a reasonable amount of time . The banh mi was pretty spot on, tender beef, fresh roll, and crisp veggies and cilantro . The pad Thai was a heaping portion and flavorful but had onions .... And lots of them . Everyone else had their food and I didn't wanna make a fuss since it seemed there was only 1 server doing all the running, so I just picked out as many out as I can . The spring roll dish was a hit and the hot pot, although flavorful and the shrimp was good, contained pork that was quite fatty , actually pork fat may have been substituted for the pork itself . The atmosphere is small and quaint but cozy . All other food going to other patrons looked quite delicious and customers seemed pleased . On a colder day I would like to try one of their variations of pho (and maybe another banh mi, because for $5 it's quite the steal!)

Hey I just met you, and this is crazy, but here's a Banh Mi. Pho Cali Maybe?

Let's go on a date tonight, shall we? I'll buy you Banh Mi from Pho Cali And then when we're done I'll attend to your bum In your car, or perhaps, the back alley? This is a super nice Vietnamese place way down in Elma where you would never expect to find a Vietnamese place, much less a good one. The Banh Mi sandwich is actually one of the best in town - hands down without any doubt - but there's not exactly much competition to be honest. If you like Vietnamese sandwiches, I highly recommend you come and try the one from here (my voice dictation said come inside the one from here, mind out of the gutter please Android thx). The service is excellent as well, although the Vietnamese iced coffee didn't rock my world - but that sandwich absolutely did. 5 stars for the sandwich alone. Now let's allow Carly Rae Jepsen to finish this review for us: Hey, I just met you And this is crazy But I'm in Elma Pho Cali w/me maybe?

What I wanted and ordered was the seafood wonton soup, what I got was the seafood noodles soup. Easy mix up, and they're probably pretty similar so no worries. The soup is pretty good! It has egg noodles, which I wasn't expecting. But it's fun to try new things. I also got a bahn mi sandwich which was absolutely delicious.

Great pho, no frills spot with quick delicious pho and fast friendly service! Very popular lunch spot with local industry folks from Moog. Try the pancake!!

I feel bad giving this place 3 stars, but the broth is the most important part of pho and for some reason, the broth here was oddly very sweet. We tried the regular beef broth and also the bun Bo hue. Lots of fresh bean sprouts and herbs, which was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the soup did not have much depth besides the sweetness. However, there aren't many authentic pho places in the area here, so you have to take what you can get.

Pros: authentic, CLEAN (including the fish tank), cozy atmosphere, great/prompt service, cheap af Cons: tbd I want to start out by saying that I was sicker than the Saw franchise when I came here with my hubbs, and it was the 1st meal of the day for both of us, plus, our very 1st visit. We ordered the beef banh mi and shaking beef to start, and two extra large #1s. Firstly, WOWZA. Their food is remarkably delicious! Not to mention cheap! I ate EVERYTHING. Being Asian and from the DC area, I absolutely know when Asian food is authentic. Sure, the place is cozy, but idk what some of the reviewers are talking about when they say this place is devoid of an atmosphere--There are flat screen TVs in two corners, there are multiple happy fish in a visibly clean ginormous tank, and there are Vietnamese decorations pretty much everywhere. The 1st impression is the lasting impression. We will 120% be going back.

Had the Pho #19 and the broth hardly needed seasoning. The vermicelli bowl was great too! Will definitely be back!

Great food. Not too pricy. Fried egg rolls, some good vegetarian dishes, Thai chicken pad Thai, etc. quiet little place.

I went with my usual favorite with the lemongrass beef banh mi, while my wife opted for the chicken ramen. We ordered it for pick up and it was ready so quick. I am a creature of habit, when I find something I like, I usually eat that every time. That's the case with the banh mi. The flavor of the beef is phenomenal here. The toppings are always fresh here too, making this sandwich one of the best. My wife also loved her chicken ramen and said it was one the best she's ever had. First thing to note is if you're coming here parking choices are limited as it's on the corner of Broadway and School St. I believe I heard they're moving into the Village Of Lancaster that should help, but FYI. Arrived about the time my food was supposed to be ready ( 25 Mins after ordering ) and was told it'd be right out. Sat and waited another 10 minutes and finally received my food. Dug in to the Banh Mi and while it was tasty, it was half cold....probably due to the fact it sat and waited while the spring rolls I ordered were ready ( which were piping hot when I got them ). Tasty sandwich but how hard can it be to time the food together if this is what you do all day / every day. Disappointed. Gave them 3 Stars because the food itself was tasty, but wanted to give them 5 Stars but simply wasn't enough to compel me to give them another try

This place is not far from my hotel, and I'm glad I came. The service was great- I was seated right away, and they explained to me how it works with ordering. The food came out freshly made to order and piping hot. It was pretty busy for a Sunday late afternoon, and yet I didn't have to wait long before my spring roll and pho arrived. The portions are decent, the quality is good, and the pricing is fair. They take cash or Canadian debit here. There's also plenty of free parking on premise that's shared with other businesses in the strip mall. I'd totally come back when I'm in the area again, and I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area looking for Vietnamese cuisine.

Plus, the noodles were stuck together like one big tasteless, noodle brick. I couldn't even pull it easily with chopsticks. I thought I would cry seeing all the happy looking customers around. Most of them ordered soups. My partner's pho looked quite good, but, as he put it, "the broth was below average, the rest of the ingredients were average." Regarding my Hủ Tiếu Xào Quảng Đông/Guangdong-style Stir-fried Rice Noodles (number 606 on the menu), I ate all the broccoli. The shrimp were small and lime juice helped. I totally don't appreciate flower-shaped carrots (didn't eat them, plus celery as well), and the worst, the blob of noodles had no taste whatsoever. For me, it was simply a disappointing experience, but the menu is extensive, and it certainly does not lack a variety of delicious dishes.
