Pho Bistro 2 has officially become my go-to spot! On our latest visit, I had the beef stew pho while my husband went with the meatballs and beef on the side. The meat was incredibly tender and--perfectly for me--wasn't heavy on the tendon. We started with the shrimp spring rolls, which were absolutely delicious and super fresh. Beyond the food, the service was top-notch; they were quick with our order and stayed attentive throughout the meal. We also just discovered they serve sushi now! That's such a great addition to the menu. We'll definitely be back soon to try more. read more

We started with shrimp, spring rolls, spicy garlic, edamame, and steamed dumplings. All appetizers very good. They were only three of us eating so after the appetizers, we thought we would order two entrées to split between the three of us. We ordered chicken flat noodles along with chicken fried rice. The portions were so big we had food to take home. I would highly suggest the chicken flat noodles. They had a very good smoky flavor. I will be going to this restaurant again for sure. read more

I ordered a "small plain soup" from Grubhub, which was listed under "Noodle Soups" "Pho" with the description indicating noodles and the usual sides (basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño, lime). What I received was only beef broth; no noodles. I went back to ask about the missing noodles and was told that I had ordered "plain soup." I explained that both the section title and description are misleading if the item is meant to be broth only. The owner showed me the physical in-store menu, which is organized the same way and just as unclear. If an item contains no noodles, it should either be listed under sides or explicitly state "no noodles" in the description. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner responded by telling me that I "don't know how to read English." That racist comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and inappropriate; especially in response to reasonable feedback about a confusing menu. Clear labeling would easily prevent this situation. Disrespectful remarks toward customers should never be part of the experience. read more

This is my second time eating here so its obvious I enjoy the food. I usually get pho but this time I wanted to try something a little different. I can remember the name of dish. But the picture shows the yummy details. To he honest I wish my waiter was a bit more attentive and smiled. I know we all have bad days but that can make the experience a bit dry and unwelcoming. Other than that I go back for food. The location is clean. read more

Some of the best Pho that I've had in the Dallas area. All the staff were extremely friendly. One of the very few Pho restaurants that has my favorite barbecue pork spring rolls (I usually have to ask to have them made special which some places will not do). My wife had her favorite barbecue pork vermicelli which included two fried pork egg rolls (never saw that before). I was surprised that she actually finished it all. Only in Dallas for about a week, but will try to get back there. read more

- Amazing service 10/10 -Delicious food- 9/10 The meat was a bit chewy but besides that the broth was the best I've had in a long, long while. Perfect balance of savory, fragrant, salty and sweet. - Nice interior- 9/10 I liked the paintings on the wall and the ambiance. Simple and humble with good food. What more can you ask for? read more

Extremely friendly staff! I was recommended by the staff at the hotel I was staying and I wasn't disappointed. The food was great and they wanted to help me find other night things to do after I ate. I had pork chop with rice. Overall it came out to $40 with a pho for my partner so it was well worth it. read more

I loved it here! Staff was so friendly and seemed to genuinely care about your experience. Really accommodating and said that any area on their menu could be made vegan-friendly, which I love a good bowl of pho and happy to find more places that offer a vegan broth! Not busy on a Saturday around 7pm, which surprises me since it was good. Maybe not a high end date night but great price and great atmosphere. PS. Order a large size read more

Pho done RIGHT!! The broth had the perfect amount of seasoning, oil, and spices. Any meat choice goes perfect with the broth. Truly an authentic, Vietnamese cuisine restaurant. Don't sleep on this place guys. This is where you need to go for pho. I am proud to be a regular here. I've had other dishes, and they're not bad. But nothing beats the pho. Service is good and kind. Water is refreshing and doesn't taste like straight up tap. Plenty of seating and space between other customers. Good for big and normal families, dates, and solo! read more

My fiancé and I have been coming here for years. Every time we have friends or family come into town, we HAVE to bring them here. The staff and owners are SO sweet, they always remember us when we come in, since almost the beginning. We always get the N2, which is a beef pho, but my fiancé has gotten some other non-pho dishes as well, which all have tasted amazing too. We live in Plano now, but still go out of our way to come eat here when we can. :) read more

It was a perfect stop when staying around here. Did I say perfect? From their warm welcome, the cozy lighting and ambiance, to letting me choose to sit wherever I want. Till offering hot water to warm me up on this very cold day. I ordered a Pho Dac Biet, aka The Special or Combination with all kinds of meat. Just because that's what I always order and I can make a solid comparison. The noodles were cooked perfectly al-dente, the broth was really tasty, with the right spices and sitting out natural flavors. Devoured it all and it was perfect till that very last drop. I highly recommend! read more

Friendly service, solid food and good prices. Garlic noodles are highly recommended. Will come back for pho.

Sunday I was in the side of the city of Lewisville and was in the mood for Pho. This place was the closest to me and decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting to be so delighted. The Beef phó broth was so flavorful, the Filet mignon rice was savory and the teriyaki chicken bento was also good. My favorite thing was the Filet Mignon fried rice but My family and I are definitely going back, the service was friendly and inviting. We also had Chai teas and coconut water . After they took over from Pho express, they made this restaurant better. Now they serve Pho, sushi , and fried rice / fried noodle. Pho - great tasting pho. Lots of msg , though. Portion was ok. Fillet mignon fried rice - great. The beef was tender although they made it well done. I just think they could have put more taste into the beef. Make it a tad sweeter or something. We got it since the owner / mgr raves about it in our prior visit Rolls - just normal. Fried noodle - not that great. They made this dish exactly like an American Chinese restaurant makes it. Lack of heat , causing no wok / char smell. Not recommended read more

Finally found a place that does an excellent flat beef noodle. The pic isn't as pretty since I added chili oil. The dish is deliciously flavorful, not too oily, soft noodles (not overcooked noodles) and tender beef. The coffee with condensed milk tasted fresh pressed and had the perfect slightly thick consistency with the condensed milk sooo good! My server Maika was just the sweetest. Even if I'm just a one person table she checked in on me, answered all my questions and was just so sweet. Chef Luc is Vietnamese and makes everything from scratch and it shows. Thank you Maika, Luc and manager Khan for your service! read more

If you're considering the filet and shrimp fried rice ABSOLUTELY DO IT!! I never liked pho until I had the filet mignon pho here, it's the best tasting pho I've had, the broth is bomb!! So, since the filet was good in the pho I decided to try it in the fried rice and omg, it's sooooo good!! Nice big chunks of filet, large shrimp and a nice portion for 2 people, the gyoza and the filet mignon pho are all highly suggested!! Just FYI - I ordered a Pad Thai and got this instead, so I went back in to double check and they confirmed this was their Pad Thai. Very far from Pad Thai in my opinion, but since I don't mind this dish I took it. Also ordered vermicelli dish and it was pre-sauced, so ask for fish sauce on the side, or an extra one, since it was pretty light and bland. I wish them the best as this was my 2nd visit since opening as our 1st visit was great. 2nd visit unfortunately was so so :( read more

I wished I had read the reviews and paid closer attention to the description before I ordered this dish, which is their version of pad Thai. When you order the pad Thai be specific about what you want especially if you are used to traditional Pad Thai served in Thai restaurants. The flavor wasn't terrible, but it's not what I expected especially while craving Pad Thai. It's more of a flat noodle stir fry. I had already left the restaurant and hardly ate all day so I just ate it. read more
