Pho Bistro 2 has officially become my go-to spot! On our latest visit, I had the beef stew pho while my husband went with the meatballs and beef on the side. The meat was incredibly tender and--perfectly for me--wasn't heavy on the tendon. We started with the shrimp spring rolls, which were absolutely delicious and super fresh. Beyond the food, the service was top-notch; they were quick with our order and stayed attentive throughout the meal. We also just discovered they serve sushi now! That's such a great addition to the menu. We'll definitely be back soon to try more. read more

They were only three of us eating so after the appetizers, we thought we would order two entrées to split between the three of us. We ordered chicken flat noodles along with chicken fried rice. I ordered a "small plain soup" from Grubhub, which was listed under "Noodle Soups" "Pho" with the description indicating noodles and the usual sides (basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño, lime). What I received was only beef broth; no noodles. I went back to ask about the missing noodles and was told that I had ordered "plain soup." I explained that both the section title and description are misleading if the item is meant to be broth only. The owner showed me the physical in-store menu, which is organized the same way and just as unclear. If an item contains no noodles, it should either be listed under sides or explicitly state "no noodles" in the description. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner responded by telling me that I "don't know how to read English." That racist comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and inappropriate; especially in response to reasonable feedback about a confusing menu. Clear labeling would easily prevent this situation. Disrespectful remarks toward customers should never be part of the experience. read more

Some of the best Pho that I've had in the Dallas area. All the staff were extremely friendly. One of the very few Pho restaurants that has my favorite barbecue pork spring rolls (I usually have to ask to have them made special which some places will not do). My wife had her favorite barbecue pork vermicelli which included two fried pork egg rolls (never saw that before). I was surprised that she actually finished it all. My fiancé and I have been coming here for years. Every time we have friends or family come into town, we HAVE to bring them here. The staff and owners are SO sweet, they always remember us when we come in, since almost the beginning. We always get the N2, which is a beef pho, but my fiancé has gotten some other non-pho dishes as well, which all have tasted amazing too. Sunday I was in the side of the city of Lewisville and was in the mood for Pho. This place was the closest to me and decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting to be so delighted. The Beef phó broth was so flavorful, the Filet mignon rice was savory and the teriyaki chicken bento was also good. Finally found a place that does an excellent flat beef noodle. The pic isn't as pretty since I added chili oil. The dish is deliciously flavorful, not too oily, soft noodles (not overcooked noodles) and tender beef. The coffee with condensed milk tasted fresh pressed and had the perfect slightly thick consistency with the condensed milk sooo good! My server Maika was just the sweetest. So, since the filet was good in the pho I decided to try it in the fried rice and omg, it's sooooo good!! Every single person at the table was amazed by how high quality the pho and pad Thai were. Fried rice was excellent as well. Just FYI - I ordered a Pad Thai and got this instead, so I went back in to double check and they confirmed this was their Pad Thai. Very far from Pad Thai in my opinion, but since I don't mind this dish I took it.
