I like it here I come to this location the most feel like I usually come here when sad or sick (or when family unwell) Very comfy vibes when dining in Food is very good Whether dine in or take out The pricing is v good Service is good too honestly, thinkin' about it The only problem I have (which is a personal problem) but the door is too heavy for me... xd No but seriously all around good local spot Also right across from Costco (sometimes I fill up the air in my tires after) Would def recommend read more

Normal decor for the dining area at Pho Ben Telfair. Very fast service! Got the small pho tai after traveling for the weekend and it totally hits the spot! Good quality noodles & beef. Broth was super tasty. read more

(+) Much like the original location, they have some of the best banh mi sandwiches in town. The taste of their food is consistent and you know what to expect. (+) Prices are reasonable. (+) The interior is neat and clean. (+) Service was attentive as they turned down the AC after they saw our kids were shivering. (+) Unlike the original location, it is not as busy and I've never had to wait for seating. We typically go to the Hwy 6 location as we live closer to that side of town, but if I lived closer to Telfair I would definitely come to this one more. read more

Decent spot for pho in sugar land. Food comes out fast! Plenty of noodles and meat in the smallest bowl option but there is a large if you're hungry! Spring rolls were good. Also really liked the Vietnamese iced coffee, it hit the spot. Not the best pho I've ever had but it did the trick and was reasonably priced. read more

Been here a few times now and love it every time! I usually get pho with beef but this time I tried the dark chicken meat. There was soo much chicken, I couldn't eat it all :) Always love coming here and I love the wall - it has fun facts about Vietnam and the language. read more

I LOVE Pho Ben's beef banh mi. Yesterday we ordered from Justa Pho & were so disappointed. The banh mi at Pho Ben are so much better. Double the beef & veggies from the other place. Much bigger loaf. Even the fish sauce is better. The restaurant vibe is better, too. Both places have great service. I've been coming to Pho Ben since they opened & I can't believe I've never left a review. Trying to think of any negatives - I guess the shaken beef isn't my favorite here & I didn't like the pork banh mi as much as the beef. The fried egg rolls are absolutely delicious but the portion of one order is small. Each order is only enough for one person so if you're with a date or your family make sure you get more than one order - which I believe is $5.50 for 1 & a half egg rolls. Even if I want the egg rolls it makes it hard to justify spending money on a tiny portion & not a whole sandwich instead. Anyways, I love my faves from here so much they 5 stars from me anyways! read more

This is my go-to Pho Ben spot. It's conveniently located across from Costco, which I frequent weekly. Can't think of a place to go, Pho Ben it is! One of the main reasons why this restaurant is on the top of my list is because they tend not to use MSG and they accommodate my soy food sensitivities. The predominant flavoring is fish sauce - yay!!! Good, cozy ambiance. I like their booths. They are so great at greeting you the moment you walk in. They run a highly efficient business. The menus come as your getting seated, they take your order in a few minutes and your meal comes out shortly. It's fast food service but for great quality meals. They also have kids meals too. My go to pho choices: Combo chicken pho Number 18 and 30 Vietnamese coffee for the spouse You can pay up at the register once you are done and they have a rewards system. Spend $100, you get $10 off which could be used at this location or highway 6. Tip: For some reason, the prices here are just a tad lower than the location on Highway 6. Pho Ben and Triple S. Are among my favorite. read more

I have been consistently visiting pho Ben for their pho! They are consistently good and fairly priced and fast in service every single time! It's a staple Vietnamese spot for me read more

Pho was mud but the excites serving of meatballs was great. That broth was better than the pho. I asked for the combo fried rice to be spiiiiiicy. My 18 month old makes spicier food. Although it had great flavor it definitely lacked spice. read more

Amazing place for some great food with very very fast service. When I say fast, I mean FAST! They will get your order in less than a minute so make sure you know what you want! But it's one of the best Vietnamese places there is! Very cheap and very friendly environment. Local people but not too scary for a white person like me. Very good place for some pho or sandwiches read more

Terrible customer service, can't help resolve any issues. Ordered delivery payed damn near $90 for portions that looks like they were suppose to be for kids, when called to complain they responded with there's nothing we can do, never coming to this location again. I would recommend the Pho Ben in Sugar Land on highway 6. Bigger portions, better tasting food, and way better customer service. read more

Shaking beef was very poorly done. No char what so ever and very bland. Tasted like half sautéed beef that was on low fire. Shaking beef is not like this. $19 for this is a straight rip off. read more

The pho here is honestly always delicious, my go to #34 the white meat chicken pho has always been my favorite. Unfortunately today I had a very disappointing experience and felt almost taken advantage of by the staff. In my special instructions I put to please add an extra cup of broth as I am sick and the broth is very beneficial to my stomach. When I dine in the cup costs $1-$1.50, for 2 cups of broth the restaurant had the audacity to charge me NINE extra dollars and when I called to ask why they tried to say that the extra $7-6 were due to taxes??? Very disappointing to see a favorite restaurant outrageously over charge for something as simple as 8oz of broth. read more

Came with my husband for a quick dinner post Costco visit. He ordered a pork banh mi and I got the number 16 pho. My husband said do NOT order the banh mi's from here.. he gives it a 2/5. He said the pork was good and flavorful (a bit over charred) but the bread and veggies were not good. The bread was not toasted and very hard. The veggies had no flavor and did not taste pickled. The pho broth was good but the noodles were on the harder side. The beef flanks were overcooked and chewy.. I have been going to the highway 6 location for years as I grew up in Sugarland but this location was alright. Would probably not come back to this location. the service was quick and server was super attentive. restaurant had a good amount of seating. we came on a friday night around 5:30 and it was pretty packed but was still able to get sat immediately. read more

I visited Houston for the weekend on a cold rainy day Pho Ben was phenomenal. The service was extremely fast and it was packkeeed out and line out the door. My biggest take away from Pho Ben was the white meat chicken pho which is one if the items I ordered. The CHICKEN HAD FLAVOR and i loved it. Most pho I've had is just plain unflavored which i don't mind but Pho Ben just opened my taste buds to a whole new level. read more

The management here is great! I love how they treat my kids as family! The veggies are always very and the pho is always consistent!

Everything was great and service was fast. My bun with shrimp and an egg roll was tasty. My child's beef noodle soup was mostly noodles and my son likes broth. It was still a good deal. Egg roll was delicious and we drank his soda. read more

I have been coming to pho Ben for years and the food never disappoints. I usually get the 15 or 16 and it's always tasty. The food comes out quick as well. I will just say that the servers could be more attentive because my drink was empty and I unfortunately grabbed the attention of a worker on her lunch break who flagged down my server. Also the points don't transfer between locations. They're a bit skimpy on the sides for the pho. But overall I will continue coming to this restaurant read more

This place is huge! This is my first sit down meal in Texas so I was shocked the size of this restaurant, this is twice or triple size of Vietnamese restaurants that you will see in NJ. The interior decoration is trendy, the restaurant is very clean and the price is very reasonable and the service is very quick and efficient. The food tastes good, we do enjoy the rolls and my husband also likes his pho. I ordered bun Bo hue that I found it tastes very different than what I have in NYC China town so I am not sure if it's really authentic. However, it doesn't taste bad at all. The vermicelli is cooked perfectly and they gave you a lot of beefs. Overall, it's a solid 4 stars! read more

Me and my friend came in they seated us gave us our drinks and took our orders... they never came we waited a good 30 mins before we left it wasn't busy people that came in after us got their food before ours, we asked the staff about our food and they told use "we don't know" I went to pay for my drinks they asked us about the pho on our ticket and when I said we never got it they acted confused?? Like we asked why ack surprised? Wouldn't come back. read more

Food arrived pretty quick and food was okay. We had the pho and the beef sandwich. The beef sandwich was cold and the pho was hot which was good. The only issue is when paying. There was one cashier and 2 customers in front of me. It took over 10 minutes just to check out. read more

Pho Ben is just that friend in your friend group that keeps it simple, minimalist, and down to her roots and most importantly, is consistent every. Single. Time. I ordered three banh mi's and a spring roll to go for my family and it was ready instantly, $30, and easily checked out at the register with no hassle. All packaged perfectly and ready to go It's also such a easy, reliable, cozy place for my Bible study to meet up and the food is alwayssss a HIT!!! Thanks pho Ben for everything. read more

We saw the great reviews for this place and had to try it. Amazing. The Banh Mi Thit Nuong sammy, french bread with chargrilled porky goodness, I got extra pork and a fried egg....it was tasty down to the last bite. I enjoyed an authentic Vietnamese iced coffee drink with condensed milk....some assembly required....they bring out a glass cup with the sweet milk inside and a small drip coffee maker on top of it, the coffee sits as a seperate layer on top of the milk, take the coffee top off and stir up the concoction before pouring it over a cup of ice....yum! My wife enjoyed her egg noodle soup with wontons....Mi Hoanh Thanh....we will be back for more goodies. read more

I have to say that I come here quite often and it's more for convenience than anything. Is the pho good? It's alright for what it is but nothing mind blowing. The sandwiches are so so mainly because they don't serve it with pate. It almost makes or break the banh mi along with the garlic aioli and not a sub of garlic mayo. I've stayed away from the rice dishes for a long time, they aren't that great either. So why the 4 stars? Besides the pho the Bo kho is alright and you really can't beat the price anywhere you go nowadays. I love the locations and it's trendy. read more

The customer service at this place is terrible. We ordered egg rolls and they were cold, ask for limes, they didn't bring them until after I was done with my pho(not the bus boys fault) and finally my pho had no tendon AT ALL!! This is my GO-TO pho restaurant whenever I'm back home with my parents in the Sugarland area! The quality of the broth definitely meets expectations and their portion sizes are generous for the price you pay! My favorite pho place just opened a new branch that is almost as good as the original. The only difference is that they do not have any coffee there so hopefully they change that soon. All of their other drink are still there (highly recommend to coco matcha). In line with the original restaurant the portion sizes are large with lots of meat or vegetables depending on what you order. Their broth is flavorful and really hits the spot. If you aren't feeling the pho I also recommend trying the vermicelli bowls. Usually I can split it into two meals and still feel satisfied. The restaurant has fast and great service.
