The food is really good the best pho in town. With that said the customer service is bad. They are understaffed and if you tell them there was an issue they talk to each other in their language in front of you. Why can't they talk English if they are talking about you. We ordered 3 soups and two came fairly in good time and it took them another 20 min to bring the third. Also I had already left a tip and was paying and granted the change was only .50 but the girl put it in her tip jar without my consent and then said its only .50. Whether it's grabbing shrimp/pork spring rolls for lunch or sitting down for a hot bowl of pho, the quality of their food is always great. Thai tea boba is my usual now. If the service here improves, then I would come back. The first week they opened the service wasn't that bad. But when we came back, customer service really lacked. When our water and tea was gone, not one of the crew came by to refill it. It took a good 10-15 minutes before one noticed. There were three who walked by our table. And this didn't happen just once. I usually come here with my girlfriend and we love the pho and portions here. It's nice and clean, my only complaint would be the service. I don't know what it is but they see that you're looking around wondering who's going to take your order, I've waited upwards around 15 mins just for someone to take our drink order, and they just turn away. Came in here for an early lunch and wow. Great service, great food. I got a beef noodle soup with chicken. Broth was very flavorful and everything tasted very fresh. The basil that came with it was very fresh and had no coloring typical of herbs that are aging. I don't know if the food is always this good but I'll certainly be back to try it again! Great Service... I read previous reviews and today was a cold day so busy was an understatement; regardless they promptly sat me, took my order, and brought me food very quickly. Visited this place because we live very close. We should of just drove 2.5 miles to Pho Ha on foothill. It started off okay but slowly began to get worse and worse. My boyfriend order the Bo Luc Lac and asked for extra meat. ($7 more for 8oz more meat.) after we ordered and we're waiting for our food, for some reason, all the cooks and workers stood at the cash register and just stared at our table, constantly. It made us very uncomfortable. Didn't understand the meaning of that. Then, getting our food. The broth in the pho was VERY BLAND (yet dark in color) and my boyfriends meat looked very lacking (were paying $7 extra!! Give us what we pay for!) we mentioned it to our server and he was not apologetic, but more annoyed. Whatever. We're both servers ourselves, and don't understand why you had to stare so uncontrollably while laughing and talking to each other in their language.
