Very disappointing experience. The pho itself tasted average at best, but the biggest concern was the poor quality and freshness of the ingredients. The Thai basil was visibly yellow, wilted, and clearly past its prime. The lettuce was also in terrible condition, with soggy, unevenly torn pieces. It honestly looked as though the spoiled portions had been removed and whatever was left was served to customers. What made the experience even worse was the fried food. The oil had a very unpleasant, rancid smell and taste. It genuinely tasted as though the cooking oil might have been reused far too many times. The stale, greasy flavor was extremely noticeable and made the food difficult to enjoy. Fresh ingredients and properly maintained cooking oil are basic expectations at any restaurant, especially one serving food to the public. This is not just about taste or presentation -- it raises serious concerns about food quality and kitchen standards. I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously and improves its ingredient freshness and cooking practices. Customers deserve much better than this. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

After taking my dogs to the doggy park nearby, I decided to grab some vietnamese food. The area is nostalgic to me because I used live here but I dont remember eating here much. However, I recently read their reviews and laughed that they give straight peanut butter as a dipping sauce for their spring rolls. That is a big no-no. Anywho, I was going to do takeout and drive home to eat because I had my dogs with me, but after I ordered I saw there was a table outside so I decided to stay. I ordered their salmon special with garlic noodles, spring rolls, and a vietnamese coffee. Total was $33 and I was able to split the portions for lunch and dinner. When I entered I did not speak vietnamese and neither was the employee in the front aware I was viet. After I paid and didn't leave a tip, she said something in vietnamese about either giving me a smaller portion because I didn't leave a tip or just complaining about not receiving a tip. Once I got my food and said thank you in vietnamese, the employee in the front got real quiet. Lmao I sat outside with the fur babies and enjoyed my salmon. It was flavorful but noodles were kind of dry. The spring rolls came in 2. They add avocado, tofu, and jicima in addition to other ingredients. This isn't your traditional spring roll. I can also confirm that dipping sauce is straight peanut butter with not even enough water mixed in to make the texture smooth. Its like getting a cup of peanut butter that is watery on the top and dry and chunky from the middle down. A sauce like this will not be acceptable in the vietnamese community down in Bolsa. Haha! The coffee was also only okay, didn't finish it. I dont think I would drive out of my way to eat here.

Yum Yum and Pho gettah 'bout it!!

This small unassuming spot in a strip mall could be something special. The moment you walk in the aromatic scents hits you like a savory cloud of beef broth. Inside the chairs, tables have an inexpensive look, and the condiments on the table could use a wipe down. It's the kind of "hole-in-the-wall" where the focus is clearly on the kitchen rather than the decor or cleanliness. We tried the shrimp pho, which was fresh and light, and the short rib pho. While the short rib pho was a bit greasy, it was flavorful and tender. Service was satisfactory considering there were only two parties inside dining in. Prices for the meal are reasonable and match the portion sizes. The broth itself fell short of authentic; it had that taste of a premade base rather than one simmered from scratch for hours. It's a convenient stop and friendly service but pho enthusiasts may be let down.

Cold day? PHO! Have a cold? PHO! I'm a pho connoisseur. I love looking for the best broth flavors- not too much cumin, hearty but not salty. They nail it here. We keep coming back. Service is pretty quick and you order at the counter. The space itself isn't very large but they usually always have seating available.

The service was a bit slow. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes to get served. After finishing asked for the check a few times. It is now going on over 10 minutes. The broth in the Pho was okay but a bit oily. The beef they added to the soup tasted a bit old and the meat was tough. The Spring rolls with the peanut sauce was the best thing I had today. The condiments on the table had a sticky oily feeling to them. It was very hot and stuff inside. They needed to turn on the A/C.

Decent Vietnamese restaurant in Norco. The Pho soup came out piping hot but the meat was extremely tough. The garlic noodles with shrimp was delicious but the portion for $20 was too small. The restaurant and bathroom needs a deep clean. While the food hit the spot after a soccer tournament in Norco, we most likely will not be returning again.

Spotted Rib Pho on the menu at Pho Amor and couldn't resist.... obviously i had to see what the hype (in my own head) was about. Walked in and was greeted by Tommy, super welcoming and full of good vibes!! Started w the Tofu Spring Rolls.... fresh, solid, and the peanut sauce did what peanut sauce does best.... made everything better!!!!! Then came the main event, the Rib Pho. The broth was flavorful, clearly made w love (and bones). The ribs were delicious, though I'll admit I was expecting a bit more meat for the momentous occasion. Let's just call it quality over quantity. Overall, Pho Amor's got the goods. Great food, cozy atmosphere, and staff who actually seem happy you're there. More people should be slurping noodles here!!

Pho with filet mignon outside

Everytime I come here I leave super satisfied! I thoroughly enjoy the filet mignon pho (meat has to be outside) :) I had the pleasure of having Tommy as my server. He was very kind and attentive. Customer service is very important to me and this place has been very consistent. I love that they have wifi and I was able to do my homework and multi task. It was 8:30p when I finished and Tommy did not rush me out. I asked if I could stay and do my work and it was not a problem. I really appreciated that. I was born in Hawaii and I do love a good pho. There a ton of places I have tried that are just meh, but this is not one of them. The broth is perfect all on its own and always hits the spot. Must try!!!

This is an excellent pho spot that truly stands out for its variety and consistent quality across the entire menu. While many places only master the broth or a single dish, this restaurant excels at everything they serve. The broth is a bit on the sweeter side, which I actually find really enjoyable and pairs perfectly with their other offerings. Everything we tried was absolutely to die for! We even ordered an extra round of wings to go because they were that good. Don't skip out on their house sauces either--they really tie the meal together.

Price is cheap. Around 14$ food is good as well. I like the bread it's crispy with soft beef in your mouth. It looks simple but the taste is amazing! Place is tiny.

House special , wish meatballs were regular size and not chopped up

So the broth is fairly dark and it looks like they used a lot of soup base?, but don't hold it against them. Typically the broth should be clear not opaque . It does have good flavor. Got the house a special pho, which is always a good way to evaluate a restaurant. As far as for Norco it's probably the number one place in Norco. It's not like it's wet-min-ta level. But if you're in the area and you need to get your noodle fix on, this is probably a good choice. Bowl was kind of lacking tendon and tripe, but I can understand how charging $15 gets you some of the basic elements that make up a decent bowl. Support this family, biz, shake it down to the Riz. It's just a little hole in the wall, but they got everything for all.

Complimentary drink.

Today, I went to my favorite Vietnamese place for a couple banh mi sandwiches, and I was given this free drink because they said it was too hot outside. The care the new owners give to their customers is first rate. It's gone through a few different owners, but I have to say the food has also substantially improved. I highly recommend the banh mi sandwiches, but I also would recommend coming in for the garlic noodles with salmon.

But like a hungry phoenix rising from the ashes, I pivoted to a turkey croissant sandwich and a taro milk tea with boba--and wow, am I glad I did! First things first: this is a true mom-and-pop shop, so you definitely need to support them. Just be prepared to sweat for the cause. There are exactly two benches inside, and the AC situation is non-existent. Think of it as a free sauna session with your meal! Let's talk about this sandwich. For the price, it is an absolute steal. They did NOT skimp on the turkey; I'm talking a Thanksgiving-level mountain of meat. It came loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, raw onions, raw jalapeños (hello, spicy crunch!), mayo, mustard, and a wild-card splash of Italian dressing. Sounds chaotic? Maybe. Tasted incredible? Absolutely. To wash it down, the taro milk tea was perfection. The boba was warm, perfectly chewy, and exactly what I needed to cool down from the meat sweats (and the actual sweats). Support local businesses! I will 100% be back
