Came in for a quick lunch. Because of state mandate, no indoor dining but this restaurant also converted some of their parking for an outdoor dining. They have mist sprinkler that blasts the outdoor dining area. Seating is extremely limited but I came in when lunch was over. Staff wore masks and greeted me when I entered the restaurant and I wanted to eat outdoors because it is a nice day. I've just only tried this place today for the first time and I usually like to try a restaurant a couple more times before writing a review but I was so impressed that I was compelled to give them a 5 star rating after the first try. This establishment has a good location where parking is easy. The inside is pretty large for a pho place. Came in with party of 7 and we were able find seating right away during the busy weekend lunch hours. I ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee. Strong, bitter and sweet, just how I like it. Entree I ordered the seafood crab and shrimp egg noodle. Broth was amazing, full of flavor that I did not feel the need to add siracha or hoisen. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of different seafoods it contained. Much more than the typical pho places I'm used to offers. There was imitation crab, shrimp, shrimp cakes, fish balls, bamboo, book choy, cuttle fish... I mean all kinds of goodies. I also like how they have a vast selection here for every taste bud. This is a Vietnamese and Chinese pho restaurant so they also had items like chow fun, banh mi, chow mein and much more for times when not everyone is craving pho soup. First time eating here, decided to have Pho for dinner and ordered from PHO ABC on Doordash. I ordered the Pho Chicken Noodle Soup and Pho Beef Combination. Dumped the soup and pho in larger bowls and immediately found tiny hairs in the soup. Literally there was more hair in the soup than on my mustache. I immediately contacted Doordash and sent them a different photo than attached with this review. Sadly that photo did not save to my camera roll but luckily to my surprise I found more hair I was able to snap a photo of. I do not plan to eat here anymore. read more

Really enjoyed my duck egg noodle soup. Seasoned very well and they were very generous with the amount of duck, veggies, noodles and soup. Took the pork banh mis and combo vermicelli plate to go. They were all a hit. CH is rough around the edges and quite a distance from me do I don't find myself here too often. That said, if I'm in the vicinity, I'd definitely eat here again. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity. There was one lady totally rocking service by always walking around and checking on eveyone, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There aren't a whole lot of Vietnamese restaurants to choose from like you do in South Sac. However, Pho ABC came highly recommended by my dad. We had a party of 5 and was seated as soon as we arrived. It was a slow night. We started off with some Shrimp Spring Rolls, the Fried Calamari and Fried Chicken Wings. Healthy right?!? We try our best. Very difficult for me to eat clean when I'm home visiting family. We all wanted a little of everything on this particular night, so we shared our items. We ordered the #16- Combination Pho with Beef balls, the Yang Chow Fried Rice, and the #53 Charbroiled Shrimp, Pork Shrimp Cake over rice. Everything was delicious. No matter what we order, it is done right. I LOVE Pho. I especially love tendon. So that is what I get. My hubby gets different dishes mood depending and of our 15+ visits we have yet to be disappointed. We normally take home, phone in directly to the Greenback location and fetch it ourselves. OK first let me start off by saying the customer service from the gentleman in the front that took my order gave me a very unwelcoming feeling. He looked like he did not enjoy his job. He gave off a grumpy vibe. I ordered the the Spring rolls with grilled chicken. It was missing cucumbers which is my favorite part.. It was very plain tasting.The grilled chicken tasted OK. The presentation was nice nice. The 2nd thing that I ordered was two of the Phó soups. 1 in a small and 1 in an extra large portion. I believe we ordered #7 rare steak and lean brisket and a #16 the combination beef soup. It came with beef ball beef(which I only got one cut in half, pics below) tendon, tripe and some other beefs. When we ordered the small and the extra large, I was thinking more broth but it was based on the veggies. Some more onions, being sprouts, mint, and meat. The broth tasted, amazing, very flavourful. The noodles were dry, hard and old. When we put the noodles in the broth they were breaking up into little pieces. We were also given 2 broth containers total for a extra large and a small. That was not going to be enough broth, so I bought 2 more total was about 5$ more. I do not think I will be coming here again, I would like to try other restaurants to find the best one for me. read more

Stopped by on our way back from the airport, and what a nice surprise. My boyfriend got the pho combo and I got the vermicelli bowl with egg rolls, shrimp, pork, shrimp cake, and salad. The portions were so generous and the food was delicious!! I missed Vietnamese food so much. I used to go to Philadelphia to get good Vietnamese food, but it felt impossible to find since I moved over to the NorCal area. This totally satisfied my craving and made me feel so nostalgic. I ordered the salted lemonade and it was perfect!! The server asked me if it tasted okay and she would be happy to remake it for me, that was so kind of her.
