Another mention about the service, they opted for a team service style. Any server on the floor will bus tables, get drinks, order and serve food. Team approach. It's pretty efficient. I'm sure it's handy when it gets busy. I had no less than four servers check in on me while I was dining. The food I tried was very good. For here - Grilled pork & egg roll over vermicelli. "Rice vermicelli served at room temperature over a bed of shredded lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, garnished with scallion oil, crushed peanuts and a side of fish sauce. *Just a friendly reminder - contains nuts. Let us know if you have any food allergies." The grilled, smoky pork, crunch of egg roll and peanuts, and freshness of the uncooked lettuce and cucumbers with the umami fish sauce - this is such a satisfying summer meal.
