We're both out of town and wanted pho. We found two pho restaurants around here and drove to one of them because it was close to our destination but it was shut down. So we ended up at Pho 50. We ordered egg rolls (2-$4.75) and deep fried tofu ($4.75). As well as a regular size bowl pho ($10.95) of rare steak with added meatballs to share. The egg rolls were cut in half so it came out in four small pieces. It was tasty with lots of carrots compared to pork. It's paired with dipping fish sauce. I thought it was odd that lettuce was not provided to wrap the eggrolls. The deep fried tofu came out with 8 triangle pieces with sweet chili dipping sauce. The tofu was crispy on the edges and soft inside. Be careful to let it cool because you can burn your tongue. Last, pho came out and I had no expectations because I can't compare to California. Surprisingly, the broth was really flavorful. Usually I would walk out of a place smelling like pho from head to toe and that's how I can tell the broth bone has been seeping for hours. But I didn't smell like that here. I like that they offer three sizes for pho, small, regular, large. Overall, the place was clean. They didn't come to bother to check on us the entire time which was fine.

Pho 50 definitely hits the spot! Let's break it down: Star #1: The prices are reasonable and the portions are HUGE. They offer up bowls in small, regular, and large sizes. Large is no joke. I seriously think I could bathe in that bowl! Star #2: I typically get a rare steak pho. It is always perfectly seasoned and has a great ration of broth to noodle to beef. Plus there's always ample bean sprouts, lime wedges, jalapenos, thai basil, sriracha, soy sauce, and hosin sauce for fixing up your meal just the way you like. The crab cheese wontons are nothing to scoff at either - filled with cream cheese, scallions, crab meat, and fried to golden perfection. Mmm... Star #3: The staff is always very friendly and efficient. I've picked up to-go orders twice during the COVID-19 restrictions and they always ensure that you have everything you need before you leave. Star #4: The dinning area is actually really large. So when you are able to dine in again they can definitely seat any sized group. When I find myself in Pueblo craving a bowl of tasty pho - I know where I'll be heading! Pho 50 is definitely my favorite pho in Pueblo!

This place is pretty good. The pho is pretty good but I was not too impressed about the service. I got the combination pho and I was satisfied with the flavor but I was not too impressed with the amount. I usually expect a lot more meat and noodles but this place did not have as much as I would have liked. In addition the service was confusing. The server got my order right away and my food came out quickly. However, no one checked in after. I didn't even get my check after eating so I sat there for some time. Eventually I just ended up walking to the cashier and they asked me what I ate as if no one knew what I got. I'm very ambivalent about coming here again.

Plenty of free parking located in a shopping strip. This is a large size restaurant with plenty of seating. Lily, the owner, is very warm, friendly and kind. She warmly greeted us at the front counter and had us choose a table to sit at. We ordered the eggrolls which were pretty good. Next we had the pork spring rolls which were only OK. Next time we will skip ordering that. We both had the combination for soup. It comes with a side dish of vegetables such as bean sprouts, lime & some greens to place in your soup. The combination far was so rich and flavorful. It definitely hit the spot and a cold one tree Colorado day the portions are large. They offer small, medium, large for PHO. This is one of the best PHO soups in Colorado. What a great place! They also serve Drinks with BOBE a in Thai Tea or fruit smoothies.

Fantastic food and Boba drinks with lots of smiles from the owner even though we got there just before closing time. We got our food to go and took it back to our hotel... the yummy smells in the car about killed me! Don't let the initial appearance of the place trick you, they are on the ball with tasty food and great service

Admittedly, I usually return to the Bun (Vietnamese Noodle Bowl) with tofu because I crave it every week. - The service is great and the employees are so friendly. Not sure what you want to try? If mountains aren't your deal, enjoy the photos of Falcon athlete alums inside the restaurant. CONS: - This has nothing to do with the restaurant but, since it is located on a military installation, you must enter through a designated gate and show a government-issued ID. Just make sure you don't forget your wallet at home before you leave. NOTE: - This business was previously a Burger King. Pho Wok is WAY better and worth the trip.

I stumbled upon Viet's on a whim during a rough patch at work in the Springs and let me tell you, it became my go-to self-care spot. The #58 (pho tai gau sach) is life-changing, and actually the only pho restaurant I've been to that offers this meat combo. The broth is so rich and flavorful it tastes like it's been simmering since the dawn of time. It's hearty, healing, and everything you need on any day, good or bad. Just a heads-up though, you will not be deceived by a small size. A small bowl of pho here is *huge* and full of noodles, broth, meat and toppings, which they don't skimp on at all. It's like they knew I was having a bad day and were like, "Give this girl all the brisket and tripe she can handle." Only con is that it's far from Denver, but like all great loves, some things are worth the distance. When I'm in the Springs, this place is non-negotiable. 11/10 would eat until food coma again.

Clean utensils & the seasoning tray. The restaurants offered booth & regular seats. Nothing fancy, but clean & bright. Noticed many Vietnamese family enjoy their meal together. I am recommended Viet's restaurant to others & will come back for more. Give 4 stars because I am Asian who like my pho served extra hot on temp. But they came out lukewarm. I might have to ask for extra hot next time.

It is by far not the best mongolian grill I've been to -- but I mean, there aren't that many of these things around, are there? Let's take this chronologically. I was excited to discover that this place existed as we were driving north on 25 to Denver and happened to be passing Pueblo around lunchtime. The fact that it's super accessible from the highway made it ideal. When we walked in, I almost walked out. The entire restaurant smelled like bathroom. Literally like I had walked into a bathroom. I have to assume that this is unusual. I was surprised people were actively eating. We wandered over to the food/ingredients line to see if our noses would adapt and to check out the situation. The food looked good. All the vegetables looked fresh, didn't see any wilting. The freeze-dried rolls of meat were still appropriately freeze dried and not melting into a pile of meat goo like at some places. Ok. Food - check. We got a table and came back to the food line. This place charges by size-of-bowl (I've seen some charge by weight or be AYCE) and you can tell the regulars because they KNOW how to fill a bowl. If your bowl is not overflowing to the point of nearly toppling over, you will not get back a full bowl of cooked food. I was only middling hungry so my mid-sized bowl merely heaped. I especially liked the sauce bar. Quite an extensive selection of sauces, with all the usual things plus some extras. I can imagine as a regular you could have a really good time exploring different combinations. Alas, not for me as it's unlikely we'll find our way out here again anytime soon. The food was good. The service was good. If the eating-in-a-bathroom thing weren't so distracting, I'd be saying four stars.

The food is pretty decent, if you know what you're doing. Some foods are fully frozen and are sometimes in ice water as well as the sauces. The waitress is honestly the only sweet and approachable person there. The place is pretty run down, most of the booths are broken, there are sticky tables and the place does really smell like a bathroom. The bathrooms are pretty disgusting. It makes sense why if you come around noon during lunch it is pretty empty, but hey no wait time! Overall, the flavors are pretty good, these owners just need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE and with those overpriced meals get some new tables and chairs and hopefully a better attitude.

Upon arrival, it was very crowded and very different from your typical pho restaurant. They played loud dance/house/techno music with lights flashing. We knew right away that our lunch experience will take a long time. We ordered spring rolls, their chicken wings naked, and their pho. I was not impressed with their spring rolls.
