Clearly ordered pork. I was given beef.

I have struggled with this place and getting my orders correct. For the third time in 3 months on my to go order my pork noodle bowl has been made with beef. This has occurred with spring rolls being veggie or one meat when I order the shrimp/pork. I appreciate the apology when I call, but no effort to make it right. The food was decent enough to keep me coming back, but the service and lack of accountability with multiple mistakes has sealed a no return deal. Shame because Vietnamese is one of my favorite meals and they are close.

Hands down a great find! Friendly service, good food, and leaving with a full belly...all wins in my book! Busy and popular but retains the charm of a small family owned business. Helpful waitress makes sure that if you have questions about shad broth to put with the pho she answers them adequately. Will definitely be heading back to try more!

Pho at its finest!! This team knows what they are doing! Meats are perfectly cooked from the rare steak to any of the seafood. Curry chicken rice plate is just like you've traveled to Asia. Crab Rangoons are the biggest I've ever seen! And take a look at the Boba menu!! Pho on Friday is our tradition.

Pho menu #P14, P3 are ok. Don't order Thai Tea. It was not a real Thai Tea. It tastes like Thai Bubble tea.

Excellent pho and reasonable prices. Portions were also above average. I highly recommend folks try this off the beaten path restaurant.

Maddie has become a friend and we're always happy to catch up with her. We like the small menu; everything we've had has been really well prepared and presented. Partner especially likes the Fish and Chips, and I love, love, love the best cheeseburger I've ever had - Jacki makes it just right, huge and medium rare. There are other good things on the menu and apps are especially good - but I almost always go back to that magical cheeseburger!

We brought Gizmo, my husband's trained service dog, who was clearly wearing his service dog vest. When we arrived, the employee told us we could not dine inside because we had a dog. My husband explained that Gizmo is not a pet--he is his trained service dog. The employee said she would go ask the owner or manager (I'm not sure which). A few minutes later, she came back and told us we still could not sit inside because, according to what she was told, my husband did not have a visible disability. She said that only people in wheelchairs or with visible disabilities could have their service dogs inside the restaurant, and that if we wanted to eat there, we would have to sit on the patio. My husband is a 100% disabled U.S. Army veteran, and Gizmo is his trained service dog for PTSD. His disability may not be visible, but that does not make it any less real. My husband and I travel everywhere with Gizmo and eat out often, and we have never experienced anything this frustrating before. We simply wanted to enjoy a meal and support a local business. Under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12182) and 28 C.F.R. § 36.302(c), businesses that are open to the public must allow trained service dogs to accompany people with disabilities, whether those disabilities are visible or invisible. Service dogs are not pets, and access cannot be denied simply because a person's disability is not obvious. I hope the owner and staff take the time to learn the ADA requirements so that no one else--especially veterans or anyone living with an invisible disability--has to go through this experience.
