It was almost lunch time and they have a buffet option at that time but instead I ordered something from the regular menu. The waitress was friendly and took the time to talk to me about the menu. She was very knowledgeable. The portions are huge, so huge that my food was falling from the large size plate. It was really hard to eat the mountain of food from that plate, I think they need bigger plates. The food came very quickly after ordering and it was like any other small town Chinese food, not bad neither outstanding, just average. Take out only since the "covid"- so I don't understand why the food has gone downhill. Literally, that's all they have to focus is making tasty food. The past few orders have been disappointing but I wanted to give them one more try. Unfortunately, the chicken lomein tasted like it was cooked in rancid oil. I couldn't eat it. The shrimp fried rice was okay. Egg rolls were average and the mustard sauce was watery. i wish they hadn't sacrificed food quality while refusing to bring back table service and buffet. Been going here for years, get the same thing every time. The lady's are always so nice and the food is good. This time I got the food home and I received one of the wrong dishes. So I called, thinking that if I politely explain what I received I could get the correct dish. I was informed just how wrong I was! I said I wouldn't be ordering or eating from there anymore. Lots of food for a good price. There are definitely stand out dishes! The ma po tofu is super delicious and the hot and sour soup is AMAZING- without a doubt the best I've eaten. Orange chicken was good but it's not the same as Panda Express orange chicken; it's breaded fried chicken breast with a very orange-y sauce on the side (really tasty though!) The general tsos chicken was kind of watery and not very crispy but that was probably because we ordered late at night. Great place to get your fix for Asian food! read more

This place had good reviews on Google. I gave it a try as it is close to home. I didn't feel that it was good at all. The food was overpriced to begin with and they were very stingy with their ingredients. I ordered Pork Fried Rice, 10.00 for a " large" that anywhere else would have been a small. The only ingredients were pork and rice, no onions, sprouts or little chopped veggies, bland and boring...didn't even finish it. Food is always hot and delicious. Eat in or take out - best I've found! The waitstaff have always been cheerful and helpful. The "ambiance" is traditional Chinese restaurant. The fishtanks at the entrance has been known to entrance many a youngster waiting for a table, or having eaten and getting a little rowdy. I've had good Chinese and this is not it. 2nd visit:I decided to give them one more chance by going in for a sit down meal. The place is pretty clean and the service was great. The flavors of the two dishes we ordered were not bad, my issue is that they are not fresh. I really like food made to order and this is not it. You can tell it was probably really good fresh, but heated up...YUCK! Never again, too bad really. I gave one star just because the waitress was awesome. The Mongolian beef was gross and sour tasting. Just another typical Chinese restaurant, they charge for everything and give you nothing. Paid 2.00 for extra meat and still had to dig through the pound of onions to find any beef. We've eaten here for years now. The service is friendly albeit a bit harried from time to time. The food is always good. We prefer the Chicken Curry. One little nit, they seem to like the canned bamboo shoots...a lot... Anyway, they'll hold the wood if you ask. The place is reasonably clean and a bit noisy. Ordered take out was awesome and fresh. Shrimp with Vegetable was packed full of shrimp, so much so that I had to dig for veggies. That is a good thing. The only Chinese restaurant with superior egg drop soup. So creamy and delicious. Other places seem to have water or oil based egg drop soup. Sweet and sour chicken is also wonderful.
