They just opened a few weeks prior. The ambience is nothing special but the smiling faces make all the difference in the world, to make you feel welcome. My friend and I ordered the chicken egg rolls, the pad Thai and the drunken noodles. I also got an avocado boba tea. The egg rolls were delicious. The pad Thai was super yummy. My friend ate all of hers otherwise, I would've eaten a large part of her portion. The drunken noodles could've been better. I'd asked for a Thai hot and they were spicy yes, but by the next day, the heat was gone. I think I prefer the drunken noodles from the other Thai place in town. The avocado boba tea was delicious and is now my new favorite along with honeydew. All in all, we like this place especially due to being local (a 5 min drive vs a 20 min drive). We have lived in Pueblo for a little over two years, and finding anything worth paying to eat is near impossible. I lived in Vegas my whole life, so I understand I've probably been spoiled with quality and options. However, I also know how absolutely bad any Asian restaurant here has been. In fact, I have not found a single Chinese restaurant I will even try again - everything has been a 1-2 star plate. I came here with low ish expectations, even tho I heard good things from family I trusted. My first trip was a 4/5, and I was pretty stoked. I have picked up food probably 10x since, and ate inside once. I order the Beef Pad Ka Pang with a hot spice level - and I will say this dish is on par (or better) than any Thai dish I have ever eaten. I loved Las Vegas Thai food, and they had some gems. But if you were to serve this in LV it would be the star. I've also had the shrimp yellow curry (excellent, with large fresh shrimp), drunken noodles, pad Thai and my 8YO just got basil chicken fried rice...everything is fantastic. The veggie egg rolls are even very good - they taste homemade and not frozen. Not to be overlooked, the owner/operator at the front is always very pleasant and welcoming. Great food but incredibly poor service. The wait staff is very inexperienced and it shows. I'm a big "no eating behind the counter" kind of guy - especially if tables need to be wiped down. My food came relatively quickly, but my friends food didn't come for 15 minutes as they decided to put his on hold for an order that came in for door dash. Very nice little spot for being new to town and excellent food and personalities. We got to meet the owner briefly who said soon there will be sushi. The flavor was perfect very peanutty and spicy. they have 4 levels of heat from mild to Thai hot to suit everyone's needs. The service was fast, friendly and informative. My unique situation for this review, is that I just enjoyed the leftovers from Cherry Thai that my brother brought home while visiting my mother in Pueblo. I was out of town for the weekend and he called to share his amazement of the flavors, quality, and authentic cuisine. He had the fresh rolls with peanut sauce, the green curry (he asked for hot and it doesn't disappoint) and beef flat noodles. I plan to have an in person meal at the restaurant in the near future. As they made our food, they got hammered with a slew of Doordash orders but were very efficient in dealing with the rush. It's a shop-like casual atmosphere, nothing fancy. This new restaurant was a pleasant surprise! The food was quite good, and the chef came out to speak with us to make sure we enjoyed everything. I believe the server we had was relatively new and a little unsure of himself, but he was very pleasant nonetheless.
