Drunken noodles Thai hot
Pranjali S.

They just opened a few weeks prior. The ambience is nothing special but the smiling faces make all the difference in the world, to make you feel welcome. My friend and I ordered the chicken egg rolls, the pad Thai and the drunken noodles. I also got an avocado boba tea. The egg rolls were delicious. The pad Thai was super yummy. My friend ate all of hers otherwise, I would've eaten a large part of her portion. The drunken noodles could've been better. I'd asked for a Thai hot and they were spicy yes, but by the next day, the heat was gone. I think I prefer the drunken noodles from the other Thai place in town. The avocado boba tea was delicious and is now my new favorite along with honeydew. All in all, we like this place especially due to being local (a 5 min drive vs a 20 min drive). I look forward to coming back and tasting their curries!!

Mango Sticky Rice

So happy Pueblo finally has an amazing Thai restaurant!! We had drunken noodles and pork fried rice here. The heat of the drunken noodles was so perfect!! This is our new favorite food in this little town!! Super craveable and DELICIOUS!! We had the mango sticky rice for dessert and the texture and flavor was so unique and addicting. Can't wait to eat here again!!

Chicken Pineapple Fried Rice (Mild Spice)

What this spot lacks in ambiance it more than makes up with the food! I ordered the Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice and it was amazing. I ordered mild spice and it was still flavorful. Portion size was just right for me. I will be back.

Shrimp Drunken Noodle (Thai hot)
Becky T.

We got the Shrimp Drunken Noodle (Thai hot) and Cherry Pad Thai with chicken (mild). Everything was amazing down to the very outgoing and friendly front house manager. Very nice little spot for being new to town and excellent food and personalities. We got to meet the owner briefly who said soon there will be sushi. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for some satisfying Thai food. I can't wait to come back to try the curry. May you be blessed with much luck and wealth in your future! Thank you for an amazing lunch!

Pad See Ew, Thai Tea Boba, Shrimp Tempura
Nina M.

Food here is great, flavorful, and freshly made. First time trying Pad See Ew and is definitely now my favorite Thai dish! The thai tea boba was refreshing and the pearls are chewy and fresh as well! Definitely worth the visit and the dollars spent! Highly recommend trying this family restaurant out!

I'm of the firm opinion that the average rating for this place is the right rating. Very confused…read moreby the 4 and 5 star reviews and somewhat understanding of the 2 star ones. It is by far not the best mongolian grill I've been to -- but I mean, there aren't that many of these things around, are there? Let's take this chronologically. I was excited to discover that this place existed as we were driving north on 25 to Denver and happened to be passing Pueblo around lunchtime. The fact that it's super accessible from the highway made it ideal. When we walked in, I almost walked out. The entire restaurant smelled like bathroom. Literally like I had walked into a bathroom. I have to assume that this is unusual. I was surprised people were actively eating. We wandered over to the food/ingredients line to see if our noses would adapt and to check out the situation. The food looked good. All the vegetables looked fresh, didn't see any wilting. The freeze-dried rolls of meat were still appropriately freeze dried and not melting into a pile of meat goo like at some places. Ok. Food - check. We got a table and came back to the food line. This place charges by size-of-bowl (I've seen some charge by weight or be AYCE) and you can tell the regulars because they KNOW how to fill a bowl. If your bowl is not overflowing to the point of nearly toppling over, you will not get back a full bowl of cooked food. I was only middling hungry so my mid-sized bowl merely heaped. I especially liked the sauce bar. Quite an extensive selection of sauces, with all the usual things plus some extras. I can imagine as a regular you could have a really good time exploring different combinations. Alas, not for me as it's unlikely we'll find our way out here again anytime soon. The food was good. The service was good. If the eating-in-a-bathroom thing weren't so distracting, I'd be saying four stars.

First of all when you walk in there is always an odd smell. Owners stare at you but never speak to…read moreyou (unless you overfill your bowl) they usually always have a mean look and seem unapproachable. The food is pretty decent, if you know what you're doing. Some foods are fully frozen and are sometimes in ice water as well as the sauces. The food is WAYYYY OVERPRICED for food that is sometimes fresh. The chef usually always seems to step outside for a cigarette after cooking a few bowls and rarely speaks or smiles. The waitress is honestly the only sweet and approachable person there. The place is pretty run down, most of the booths are broken, there are sticky tables and the place does really smell like a bathroom. The bathrooms are pretty disgusting. It makes sense why if you come around noon during lunch it is pretty empty, but hey no wait time! Overall, the flavors are pretty good, these owners just need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE and with those overpriced meals get some new tables and chairs and hopefully a better attitude.

The Seoul Bowl absolutely steals the show here. Thinly sliced bulgogi, layered over rice with crisp…read morevegetables, kimchi, and a sunny side up egg creates a rich, balanced bite every time. Once mixed together, the yolk coats everything into a delicious fresh dense bowl that's deeply satisfying without feeling too heavy. The crispy calamari was a great, light, crunchy meal. The octupus pieces were thick and paired well with the sweet chili sauce. The breading wasn't distracting but rather adding to the flavor. The thai chili salmon plate was bright and fresh, with a nice balance of glaze, greens, and noodles. Overall, higher quality for lower price. We will be returning. Cocktails were just as thoughtful as the food -- vibrant, fruity, sweet, and beautifully presented. If you come here, order the Seoul Bowl. It's comforting, flavorful, and easily the standout dish on the table

It's a very cute place to walk into, as it has warm lights and greenery lacing it's exterior. The first site, really, is the counter of delicious sweets. I think it gives you an idea of what dessert *could* be dessert, or what you may want to take home for a late night snack. Don't remember the service.
