Delicious and fresh! Tried this place out for the first time a few months ago and it's been our go to Asian restaurant since! Food is always fresh, hot, and so delicious! The food is consistently so good, and they don't skimp out on sauce or marinate. They have a good lunch special too. We found out that this place has been under new ownership for a few years now, so ignore the old reviews. Highly recommend trying this place out! read more

Don't typically like to leave reviews when my experience equals one star unless it was due to poor service, but during our recent visit to Colorado Springs, we tried this place for dinner and was very disappointed with the food. My Pho broth had no flavor, noodles were hard and barely cooked, and small bits of meat. The restaurant was empty during dinner time so we might have visited during an off day as others seemed to have liked this place. read more

Food is good and generous portions. Good prices, fast service, and really helpful when we needed to box our leftovers. I will be coming back again. read more

The place looked like a typical Chinese restaurant and the menu offered usual Chinese entrees, but when I did a search for Vietnamese Pho noodles, this place came up on my search. I called ahead to see if they have MSG in their food, they confirmed that they didn't. Yes! So I decided to give this place a try. The price for veggie pho here was pretty reasonable and the portions were pretty good too, wish they had more in portions. They usually use beef broth for the veggie pho but on special request they will replace it with veggie broth which is what I did. It tasted great and they had assortment of veggies. The pho was full of goodness, fresh and clean from any unwanted ingredients. The restaurant was clean and neat, seems like a family run business and the service was great. I dined in but many usually order take out or pick up. Definitely worth checking out again in the near future. read more

I ordered the pho and it was ok, I have had better pho in Colorado Springs. The brisket had a freezer burn taste. The booths also need to be repaired since the initial booth I sat at had some parts that were torn up and deflated. read more

This USED to be so good when owned by the previous owners. Today my daughter and I went in and we could not even stomache the food. Chicken Pad Thai might as well have been fish sauce soup, it was so fishy. Bun dac biet was no better. The meat was chewy and somewhat a mystery as to wether it was chicken pork or beef. The Vietnamese egg roll was overpowered by ginger. SAVE your $$$$$. This horrible experience set us back $36 and wasn't even palatable:( The owner was not at all friendly. Support any other local business as I'm sure there is no where else as bad. Poor fish in the aquarium in the restaurant couldn't even see out because of the algae. I suppose that should have been our first clue :( Never fun wasting good money on bad food. In my daughters words, it was atrocious. read more

I've eaten here about three times now and each time I am absolutely shock on how over looked this place is. I have order thier pho which is the main thing I have came back for and thier egg drop soups. They are both a 10/10. They have plenty of table for dine in and the service here is direct and great customer service. I love how authentic they are to thier dishes and will definitely be coming here to satisfy my soup cravings. read more

Food is outstanding!!! So fresh!! I have been here twice and it has been a great experience both times. Fresh and amazing food!!! We always get takeout so haven't tried the restaurant experience . read more

Honestly looks sketchy from the outside, but don't let it stop you! This place is such a find with big portions, cheap prices, delicious food and fast/friendly service. It was empty inside when I went (seems like most people do takeout), so there was practically no wait for our dinner. The vegetarian egg rolls are SO crunchy and delicious! It comes with sweet and sour sauce but I'm partial to soy sauce with them. I choose kung pao tofu for my entree with steamed rice, but you can upgrade to fried rice for $1. The flavor was amazing, it wasn't too oily and not too spicy. It was so good I ate everything! Only thing that would complete blow Saigon grill out of the water is fortune cookies :) read more

Saigon grill literally has the best pho that I've ever had and the prices are reasonable. We were there for lunch. Tried to go to Saigon Tapioca, which we love, but they were closed so we ended up a mile away at this horrendous place, after all this place has 4 stars. They deserve the 1 star im giving them. Lets start with the waitress. Im from Dallas and have eaten at Pho places since I was a teen; service can sometimes be lacking as a cultural difference but typically the food makes the experience enjoyable. Not here. Our waitress brought out our ice water with 2 pieces of ice. The warm cloudy water so refreshing. We then asked for straws which she was happy to basically throw them on the table at us. Only one other customer there. Not busy. I could say more but lets move on to the food. Hmmmm, suspect. We ordered Pho Tai and Combination Vietnamese rice plate. The pho was literally the WORST ive ever had. The broth was super cloudy. A previous review by someone stated that the broth tasted like watered down chicken broth. That person must have gone on a good day. Our broth tasted like dirty water. I didnt even try the rare steak because that wasnt my order; I had the rice plate. My rice was fine. They at least cant eff up rice. My meat looked and tasted like 4 day old chinese flavored meat that they pawn off as Vietnamese. The meat was edible if you think in terms of survival and havent eaten in 7 days because theres a zombie apocolypse outside, other than that I would desribe the taste and presentation of my dish as glorified DOG food. We barely ate a few bites then left wondering when NOT if we were gonna get sick. If you want Vietnamese food DO NOT go here. Go to Saigon Tapioca 1 mile away. Maybe this place has decent chinese food but ill never know. This place by no means deserves the rating it has and I question rather or not it should even be open and running. read more

I love their fresh rolls and peanut sauce. Service is kind and fast. It's a regular go-to when the craving hits!

What a nice first visit! Good food, large portions, inexpensive prices, and fast service. It wasn't particularly busy when I arrived. I had a lovely lunch catching up with a friend. I had sesame chicken, which was not too sweet. Quite nice and crispy. I liked that there was dedicated parking for the building! read more

After shopping, was feeling hungry, looked up places around the area and came across this place. Got here, looked at the place, and comes across a little run down. We entered, was greeted, and sat down at a booth. The booths needed some updating. The place is small, has a few booths and tables. The menu is huge to order from. My mom started off with the egg drop soup and we shared the Vietnamese egg rolls. She said that the soup was very good but a little salty. We both really enjoyed the Vietnamese eggrolls. They were fresh, hot, and not drenched in oil. My mom ordered the deep fried seafood combination and I got the sesame shrimp. All the foods came out in decent time. The deep fried seafood combination was very good. I really like how they put the sauce on the side so the fried seafood remained crispy. The sesame shrimp was delicious too. It wasn't heavily breaded and the sauce was not overly sweet. Our entrees were delicious, flavorful, not salty and fresh. We both very much liked the sauces that came and was on our dishes. My mom likes it so much she started scooping the sauces and putting it over her rice. Lol. We enjoyed the food and finished everything we ordered. Don't let the outside of the place fool you. The food is good. It is a Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. I look forward to coming back here again to try something else whenever I'm in the vicinity again. Thanks for a yummy first experience. read more

I first walked in and the waitress seemed to have an attitude when I didn't hear what she said when I first walked in. I ordered steamed dumplings and rare steak and meatball pho, the dumplings were okay but weren't hot/warm. Just felt room temperature. I NEVER leave a bowl of pho full but it just wasn't good.. like at all. I tried to add hoisin and siracha to fix it but the broth tasted like nothing, the meatballs tasted sour/old, and the noodles were so soggy. I was disappointed and didn't care to ask for it to be replaced hence the attitude so I just got up, paid and left. read more

Best pho in Colorado Springs! The broth is so good and we never have to wait long for our food.

Great small business that lasted through COVID! My MIL put me onto this spot and I love it! Their cheese ragoons are amazing!

Not sure why this place is called Saigon Grill since the majority of the menu was Chinese food. Should have take that as a hint and not order pho, grilled pork vermicelli and rice . The pho doesn't taste fresh and tasted sour. Soup was bland. The grilled meat was tough. The fish sauce tasted like it came from the bottle you bought from the store except those tasted better. They was only 1 lady serving and going inside to help cook . Took forever to get our food. The place also looks sketchy so never coming back ever again. read more

Got sick !!!!!! and the service was terrible! The dining area is dirty, so should have known then the kitchen would be filthy too!!!

Food was great, love the flavor of the chicken wings. I had a combination plate and all of the meats were good and fresh, I especially enjoyed the salad with the meal. It's just too expensive and the prices are not worth the food you get. Also, order ahead because it takes a long time to get your food. If you're late picking up your order they will blow your phone up with calls. They change ownership a lot so by now they may have changed owners, hopefully for the better. read more

Seriously one of our all time favorites. I've never left a follow up review but this place has proven consistently great. My partner and I are rather picky (both of us are chefs), and I have to point out the care taken in the food. You can tell the ingredients are all well chosen, and that whoever makes the food really puts care into it. I usually never ever eat shrimp unless I prep it myself, but I was very surprised to see the shrimp inside the spring rolls was so carefully cleaned and trimmed- the attention to detail definitely makes for delicious food. read more

The waitress is friendly, but their English is limited. Their prices have increased but their menu prices reflect old pricing. There was no indication of increased prices until we got our bill. Although Yelp features this as Pho restaurant, the menu is almost all Chinese except for Pho and Noodle Bowls. The Pho is ok; actually the waitress mentioned that they just started offering Vietnamese food. The grilled pork in their noodle bowls was a little tough in texture. Their Mongolian Beef was pretty good. On our way out, the owner stopped us and accused us of not paying our bill. The waitress had to intervene and assure him that we paid. They must have a lot of dine and dash customers I guess. Kind of weird. read more

We came for the Vietnamese food, but it was the whole menu of Chinese dishes. The Pho was tasteless. We got combo Pho with tripe . That tripe thing wasn't chewable at all. Do not recommend this place for Pho. The spring rolls had way to much noodles, and were to bland. read more

Once we walked in there was no wait. Which was a plus, however, once we ordered the food and received it that was a different story. The food was mediocre, nothing special I order the shrimp pad Thai and the shrimp smelled so stinky. I did not finish the food, but did order a coconut smoothie with boba. The boba smoothie was the only good thing to the restaurant. read more

I thought the food was fine. I ordered something that surprised the waitress, and she asked me if I'd ever had it before. That got me a little wary, but what the heck. I had to assemble the food, but both the waitress and owner came over to make sure I was doing it right. It was kind of fun, but the bottom line was that it was delicious. read more

I ordered the pork and egg roll noodle bowl. The description said there would be lettuce in addition to the other ingredients (there was none) and the Vietnamese egg roll was surprisingly bland. All I could taste was ground meat and no seasoning. The entire flavor profile was light in seasoning that I would expect for this type of cuisine. read more

New ownership. I will miss the Crab Asparagus soup, the Bo Quon Tom, and the dishes beyond the usual Pho and Noodle Bowls that the old ownership did so well. The men's restroom is definately not as clean as it should be, and when we walked in, most of the tables needed bussed. That has kept my review below 5 star. Unfortunately, they were also out of the Hoan Thanh Mi soup, so I had to switch to the combination Noodle Bowl. Nonetheless, the food was lrepared well and the Nuoc Cham was quite good. Delicate and not over sweetened (though it could have used a smidge more lime) It is a little out of the way for me, though and without the menu going much beyond Pho and Noodle Bowls, it is unlikely that I will.continue to go out of my way to come here in the future. If they get the dining area issues and restroom cleanliness taken care of, though, this will be a fantastic place to visit! read more

Absolutely incredible. The service alone was impeccable. We had just finished visiting Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods and my husband did not feel well. Our waitress went above and beyond for him by packing us extra soup for him to feel better. She was kind and attentive to a group of seven people. Each one of us were impressed with her service. The spring rolls were fresh and delicious. The steak and brisket pho hit the spot and was a huge portion. I've tried both the combination rice noodle bowl and the combination rice bowl. Both are delicious, just depends on if you're in the mood for rice, or rice noodles. The combination bowls come with chicken, grilled pork and shrimp. The grilled pork is absolutely incredible. And I will only eat shrimp from here, nowhere else. So that says a lot. The meals also come with a egg-roll, which is by far the best egg-roll you will ever try! The rice bowls come with a fried egg, which I am not a fan of, but my dad is so he ended up with two eggs. Portions are large for the price. We ended up ordering extra egg-rolls as well. Only reason we gave 4 stars is because wait time is pretty long and it's hard to order over the phone. read more

My favorite pho place! I absolutely love their pho here! As I travel across the U.S. I always look for the best pho. It's comfort food for me and I finally found a place I will return to every week. I know! I love it that much! I tried 3 others in Colorado Springs and thought there was nothing else so I thought I would just have to settle. I am happy I decided to try another place. The new owner is so sweet and wonderful and she remembers my order all the time. I am not the type that covers my pho with condiments and if the broth is perfect, I come back. Especially when the customer service is wonderful. Thai tea and fresh spring rolls (AKA summer rolls) is great too. I would call this place a "hole in the wall" type of place that deserves recognition for great food. This is the type of place that would have a Saigon Grill 1, 2, and 3! read more
