The place is in a bit uncomfortable part of town, but they can't really help that. The food was good and service was fast and enjoyable. A bit of a language barrier but not enough to prevent us from ordering food. The menu doesn't really explain well what the items are on it, but even so, taking a gamble is alright as the dish I got was still good regardless. I would recommend trying it for yourself as admittedly this might not be someone's forte and it might others.

Ack! Easily the worst meal we've had in Colorado. We were a party of 8 and found the service very confusing and difficult. First, we placed the order at the counter (as advised when we walked in) and were told they would bring water to the table. 25 minutes later we stepped up again and asked for water again. They reiterated that they would be by with water soon. 35 minutes into our stay, no water, no food. It was very hot inside (heat wave) and my daughter was feeling ill from the heat. We came up one more time and they finally just gave us a small jug of water (which wasn't enough for 8 people). 45 minutes into our stay, no food, and we needed more water. No one around the counter to help. At this point there were a few more patrons (we were the only ones there for the first 40 minutes). We received our meals almost an hour into it. The food was really just appallingly awful. We could have forgiven bad service for good food, but this was just beyond any reasonable explanation. The spring rolls are made up of bagged shredded lettuce and mushy shrimp. The Pho did not come with any accoutrements (like basil, lemon/lime, bean sprouts). The broth was decent enough, but did have a lot of MSG as the main flavoring. Surprisingly, on the way out, other tables who just arrived were being served water and the plates of lime, basil, etc.!

Yikes. I get the same thing at every Vietnamese restaurant- combination bun bowl and see how they compare. This was by far the worst. The meat was not marinated - literally tasted like they opened up a salad with chicken breast from the grocery store and plopped it on top. The shrimp and beef were even worse. The lettuce and carrots were also grocery store style and not the thick cut you generally see at a Vietnamese restaurant. No cucumber in the bowl which is a key ingredient. Even the fish sauce that goes on top was funky. The reason this gets two stars and not just one is because the egg roll was good. My bf thought the pho was ok (he said 2.5 stars/5). But he tried my bowl and agreed. I came to the restaurant starving so I did eat some of the bowl but the second picture is what I left- I just couldn't stomach it. Had to go get lunch somewhere else after leaving. Oh, and I did tell the staff but he just smiled and nodded, not understanding a word I said. You could not pay me to go back.

Such a delicious place! We pride ourselves on finding good pho in every city and this place did not disappoint. First, the service was outstanding!! The atmosphere was calming and the food was delicious! Would strongly recommend, looking forward to going back to try the other options.

Don't let the location fool you this food is top notch and quick. It's also bigger inside than it looks outside so don't fear large groups. Service was friendly and inviting. I like the party before method that a say you eat and then you're done.

Pho was delicious and crab rangoon's. There was no AC when I went inside for dine in, I didn't mind it too much. I did ask for to-go chopsticks because they had all their silverware (unwrapped) already on the table in bundles. I did find that unsanitary. I would try again!

Meatball

We ordered beef pho and meatball pho. It tasted very sweet and no beef bone flavor at all. Meatball tasted very tough and chewey. We are very disappointed at the experience. We dont know if we were eating pho or something else. The service and the staff were nice and friendly.

A lovely family-owned small business just on the outskirts of downtown Colorado Springs. This used to be Pho Brother, but ownership shifted to the sister. The area isn't the best and parking can be a little tight depending on the day, but the owners are really sweet. I ordered pho with steak. They don't offer tripe, tendon, or any of those other "fancier" meat options unfortunately, but the pho itself was good. The broth was pretty good as well and the portions are decent. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way for this again (just because I'm a huge fan of the tripe, tendon, meatballs, and whatnot), but I'd swing by again if I were in the area. My friend ordered a bowl-see picture (although I don't remember what it was exactly) but he said it was good.

A hole in the wall restaurant in a bad neighborhood with pretty good pho, the broth could be a little more flavorful.

He talked about warm boba, we are familiar with popping boba, but not this new "chewy" type. Upon entry we were greeted, and the gentleman asked how he could help. My son ordered 3 Large Thai Milk Tea w/Boba. We sat at one of the tables, just as other people began to stop in. The place is very clean, there are a couple "games" to the side for kids to play. Our beverages were complete really quickly, he directed where to get straws, told us to have a good day and continued to the next customer. The flavor of this beverage was incredible and the boba is a new favorite. I loved that they were warm in the bottom and they were chewy and delicious. We all enjoyed them very much!!!! I cannot wait to return and shew this treasure with others!!!

I opted to try a Thai tea at 70% sweetness with boba, with lite ice. However, they have different types of matcha (strawberry, mango, lemonade, peach) and different teas including peach green, honey Thai, apple green, apple oolong, and various malted versions, in addition to classic tea flavors. While I got the regular boba, there are several boba options like brown sugar boba, strawberry/coffee/grape popping boba, herbal jelly, and much more. One of these days, I'll be brave enough to try one of these other types of boba but I've always gotten and enjoyed the regular boba. My Thai tea was lovely, refreshing, and exactly what I needed to survive these warmer months. My only issue is that the large was not large enough to quench my Thai tea cravings ! Cheers!
