BOOOOOOOOBAAAAA!!! It is an adventure to experience the flavors of another culture! I'd recommend going to ShareTea with an adventurous spirit! You can find classic flavors such as mango, strawberry and coconut. But you can also try taro, lychee, wintermelon, matcha red bean, Hokkaido (a black tea) and ginger! Boba is classically known as a SWEET beverage. I'd highly recommend decreasing the sugar level if you don't like a lot of sweetness. My wife has been so stoked about this tea shop opening! So, today, she saw it was open and asked me to stop in and bring home a couple drinks. She wanted a taro smoothie with Boba. I had a coffee creama. Both drinks were delicious and refreshing! The well-trained crew worked quickly and efficiently to get our drinks prepared and presented very fast. Never coming back. This place made our drinks wrong and rather than fix them they just fought with us and refused to fix it. No thanks. And if you notice the owners response she just proved me right. For being a mediocre Tea place at best. They seem to be very sure that their products are great. To have many excess signs saying that they will not refund a drink due to your taste buds is pretty wild. Ordered a Milk tea and it tasted very watered down. We've been loyal customers of Sharetea in our neighborhood, visiting 2-3 times a week. I always order the same drink and have for the last six visits. This time, the drink was made differently, and when I politely explained the issue, the two staff members working were dismissive, rude, and belittling. It was disappointing to be treated that way -- especially at a place we've supported so consistently. I've loved having this spot close by and really wanted to keep supporting a neighborhood business, but after how I was treated, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. My wife and I have been going to ShareTea since they opened. The staff and owner are awesome. Very friendly and personable. Reading some of the reviews on here are just outright bothersome. As a person with ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis, i can say that i would never rely on a person in a business that uses so many ingredients to know if something may contain/or affect me a certain way. For the last 25+ years, people with disorders really need to step up and do their research nowadays. You're also dealing with younger kids at places like this and their understanding of this kind of stuff is not something on their minds. We also have to remember that while these places offer options for people like us, they cannot guarantee cross contamination so it's really on the customer to do their research on how certain products may affect them. The teas are delicious and refreshing. The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Kim, is very personable and very friendly. She will answer your questions, help you out, etc.... Like with every business, not everything always goes smooth and when there are hiccups, Kim works very hard to make things right. The ambiance of this store is very nice and welcoming. It's small but doesn't seem so once inside. The store is located 2 doors down from the DMV on North Union. Stop in and try a tea. You won't be disappointed. read more

This is our favorite boba place! We've been here a lot, and it's always great service and drinks. The drinks are made fast and accurately, the boba is never grainy and the drinks are creative. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have lots of modifications for sweetness or for if you're dairy free. The drinks aren't cheap, but that's normal. If you're wanting a treat try the cocoa creama! Every business that offers order online knows the point is that you aren't still going to stand in line and wait for everyone else's order to be placed and drinks to be made when you've already ordered and paid. I stood at the pick-up area and was ignored by multiple employees for several minutes (one simply gathering dishes) Finally who I believe is the owner said I can help you at the register. I got my drinks that were not kept cold so the blended one is completely melted at this point. Share Tea as a company is the best boba place and I have been to locations all over the country. This was the first time I was disappointed at a Share Tea. My order was ready and correct, hence the 3 star. read more

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I really wanted to give this place a chance but I just would never come back. The first time I came here I found a long black human hair in my drink. I didn't make a big deal since the employees were nice and made me a new one. However I came in today and the woman at the cash resister who seems to be the owner took cash in her hands and then proceeded to make my drink without washing her hands. She had her hair down too which is also a health violation. Please leave the drink making to the actual employees. This level of carelessness is just disappointing. I'm afraid to see what the kitchen looks like in that place. Won't be coming back here. read more

I love this place! I discovered it about a month ago and I'm already about to get my 2nd free tea (you get 1 free after 10 by entering your phone or email and using the Clover app). My absolute favorite is the Mango & Passion Fruit tea. I also like the Ginger Milk tea. My husband loves the Coffee Milk tea, Mango & Passionfruit tea and today he tried the Golden Retriever. The thing I really like is you can pick the sugar level you want. My husband gets normal sugar (100%) while I prefer no added sugar. He loves to add all the boba and jellies. I like mine without. It's nice to have one place with so many options. Everyone there is so nice. I always ask tons of questions trying to decide which tea to try. They are very patient with me and answer every question. What a great place. Every time I drive by I can't help but stop by. Life is tough - I deserve a nice drink in the middle of a hard day. read more
