They provide the typical toppings, bean sprouts and onions and cilantro. The limes they gave us were pretty dry though, we struggled to squeeze any juice out. There was a small fly in my soup, but probably not from the kitchen - likely just flew in while I was eating. The ambiance was relatively quiet, clean interior and bathroom. We love Pho and are very picky but Pho Hot exceeded our expectations. The broth is rich and flavorful, the meat portions are exceptional compared to other pho joints, and most importantly, this place is well-kept and clean. They wipe their tables with two different cloths, one to clean it with solution, then one to dry it off. When the food is served, they lay down paper on the table. The cleanliness at Pho Hot is quite an upgrade compared to other places where the tables are wiped with dirty wet rags and crumbs/bits of food left behind. On top of all of that, they seat you right away, take your order promptly and bring out the food quickly. Don't think twice, just stop in and you'll be hooked. We will forever be repeat customers and we can't wait to introduce this place to friends and family.
