Long overdue review ! My family and I are regulars here and Eddie takes great care of our Pho needs. Hands down the best Pho in town. I am the outlier in the land of Pho....I am a Vegetarian and I can swear by their Veggie/Tofu Pho. Add a dash of extra onions, spices and Hoisin..and you have a winning combo. It isn't a good start when they run out of spring rolls during lunch service. It could have been saved if the waiter suggested another option, instead he walked off, sat down and checked his phone. We were visiting and based on reviews decided to give this place a try. I had my hopes high. Well first off, it's not clean like few ppl wrote because the dressings on the table were dirty and so was the spoons. The wall mirror was also dirty. They didn't have any pad Thai or anything like that, menu was in Vietnamese with short descriptions underneath in English. The server did not speak English. Hands down. As good as advertised. I've heard the hype and I decided to meet up with a friend to have lunch. There is a reason why this place won "BEST PHO of NOVA". It's THAT GOOD. It's a bit more expensive then most places but man, it's worth it. $10 for a large bowl. But soooo worth it. And their sate sauce trumps Pho Sate's. Sorry Sate', you've been replaced. Pretty good pho here. The restaurant is clean and the staff is welcoming. Service is great and the pho comes out quick. The only thing I didn't really like about my pho was the brisket. On the menu, there's "fatty brisket" and then just regular brisket. So when I ordered the brisket I wasn't expecting their to be any fat on it. Unfortunately, there was a ton of fatty parts that I literally had to pull apart from the rest of the brisket in order to eat. Tried this based on other Yelp reviews. Met with a few coworkers who were skeptical as they have had Pho from other places in the area and were not impressed but we went for lunch and everyone had a great meal. I had the #12 and it was great. The large is no joke. Probably could have had a small but too late now. Service was prompt and attentive,never had to ask for a drink refill. I would highly recommend. This is my favorite pho place that's fairly close to my house. First of all, I'm a bit picky when it come to Viet food because I am Viet myself. I'm always shook when I come across a bad pho place, & there's a bunch of non-Asians around eating it happily (in my head I'm like honey this pho no good, I show you good one). The bun bo hue that I had was not a real bun bo hue. It was a weird pho with different noodles and the meat was all wrong. They had pho meat and pho broth. Bun bo hue is one of my favorite dishes to eat, but I wouldn't ever eat here for bun bo hue. Service was okay. read more

We stumbled onto this restaurant by accident this afternoon and are so glad we did. The pho was outstanding and compares favorably with our favorite pho restaurants. Summer rolls with peanut sauce were delicious as well. Portions were quite generous and we stuffed ourselves for under $20. I will never come here again. We had to ask for water. I was told they can't make a menu item (vegetarian tofu summer rolls) because it was too busy. I ordered vegetarian tofu pho, which I specifically requested tofu, the tofu was forgotten. They gave me a total of 6 tiny tofu pieces. I ordered a large vegetarian tofu pho, which costs $10.50. I have ordered large tofu vegetable pho at several other pho restaurants and for under $9.00. When I requested to speak to the manager to provide feedback about the limited amount of tofu, she was very rude. She took my order and attempted to tell me I did not order tofu in my pho. This was a horrid experience. If you are a vegetarian Good luck eating here. I will not come back here, pho war winners or not! read more

This Pho spot probably has the best broth I have tasted. I will undeniably give Pho 102 a 5* rating if it was just looking at the broth. However, the meat portions (relative to the price) felt a bit skimpy, especially when compared to the portions at Pho 75's Rosslyn location. It's also very nice that 102 has items other than pho (their summer rolls were great) The trade off for the meat portions is that Pho 102 has a significantly nicer and cleaner restaurant compared to Pho 75. You won't have to battle fruit flies while having your pho here. The staff at Pho 102 were very friendly and checked in periodically to see how we were doing. Main drawback is truly the quantity of meat that came with the pho. Definitely at the top of my pho list in the Fair Lakes/Centreville/Chantilly area. read more

The pho is okay. I think Pho 75 is more flavorful. By comparison to other pho restaurants, the wait time for pho to be served was slow. The spoons and chopsticks available for you to use at the table are sticky. The bean sprouts that were served with the pho did not look fresh. They were brown on the ends. we had bun bo hue and it was very good. a small bowl has a huge amount of meat, but we had to ask for the pig feet which should have been included! the spring roll was a different story. absolutely terrible! shortly after we ordered the rolls were served. it was pretty obvious the they were cooked much earlier and sat there. they were served cold! spring rolls should be served hot and drained of oil. these rolls were very greasy and did not taste right. later my wife had lots of diarrhea and i had an upset stomach. first time i was ever served cold spring rolls! read more

I've come to Pho 102 multiple times, and I've been 100% satisfied every single time. The amount of food you get is 100% worth the money and the quality is excellent. I've been here like 8/9 times already, and I've been extremely happy each time so far. Their lunch special is $10 bucks and you get a regular bowl of pho, a really tasty LARGE spring roll, and soda. Pho is all about the broth.....im from Philly and there's a lot of great Pho places there. I think im a little spoiled. This broth in my opinion is a little sweet which i dont prefer. It's still good broth but not great for my taste. Had to add some chili paste which is normal but when u start adding more to ur preferences then the broth aint what u like. Great broth is when u dont add anything but the basile, jalapeño, lime and bean sprouts. Again it's all preference in the taste of the broth. It was not amazing as I was anticipating it'd taste like people say but it wasn't bad . It was light and not too salty but I have eaten thicker and heavier tasting pho in my area which probably explains why I thought this was different . My sister and I went here after reading all the great reviews about a year ago. We only went that one time and have not been back since because we weren't very impressed. My sister got the pho bo vien which she thought was no better than most pho places. My bun bo hue was disappointing because it was not spicy at all and the flavor was very different from my family's homemade BBH and the BBH I've had at other restaurants. The customer service was good though. Overall, I disagree that this is the best pho restaurant in the region. At best, I would rate it as average. read more
