There is a sense of delicacy in the cuisine, and I can appreciate that much, but they do not necessarily work out for me. I bet this appreciation will depend quite a lot depending on the person. Like a joke, if you get it, it's funny, if you miss the point, you fail to appreciate even after an elaborate explanation. They do prepare the food with care. I like the soups served here.
