They were very friendly however didn't really seem to care for the client. The products you order there are from the same magazine as every other company. I recently ordered some trophies and when one of my staff went to pick up the order they didn't give us one of our trophies. Even when my staff said they were missing a trophy they told him that everything was there and wouldn't show the order report. Needless to say that we were short the trophy for our #1 person that night. When I spoke to them about it the next day they did nothing to fix the problem they caused. I was a little disappointed that when every company gives the exact same product you should pay a little more attention to the customer service.
