Robin, the Designer/Technician at Permel is extremely helpful and friendly. He patiently explained to us about different materials, designs, and they way it will look etc. His professionalism towards the whole process, made us feel at ease at this difficult time. No only did they do a good job of the final product, they even accomplished the task in a shorter time then they had previously promised!! Thank you Robin and your team for such a great service! I was told I could have them in 2 or 3 days. "Great" I thought to myself, plenty of time before christmas arrives. I called again after a few days to see if they were ready. They gave me an excuse about not having the layout work all done for them and that it would require more time. I told them i could not prepare the layout myself. They said fine...they would do the layout and it would be ready next week. Again " Great " or so i thought, it would still be ready in time for christmas. They told me they would call me the next week when my fridge magnets were ready. I waited till friday of the following week to call them and when i did they told me....oh gee I haven't made those ...now you will have to wait until after christmas. We dont have the layout and it is so much more work for such a small order. I couldnt believe my ears ! the refrigerator magnet was just a small size business card magnet composed of my name phone number two logos and a little blurb about what i do. It certainly didnt require me to create a layout ....its not rocket science. I gave them a christmas order two weeks in advance, twice i spoke with them on the phone and provided clear instructions in my email describing the look and what i wanted. I provided them everything they needed and they said they would do it in time. They didn't even apologize
