While probably being rooted in the same humble beginnings, the team over at Minuteman Surrey has grown and changed rapidly over the past 7 years. I've watched as they increased their footprint and added on some solid specialty equipment (custom key cards, anyone?)
The level of service and professionalism I've experienced has been absolutely refreshing, with the team frequently going above and beyond for me. If I need something adjusted or fixed, they have always worked to make it right.
The pricing, from what I've experienced has been fair, very often being up to 20% less than other print houses for the same product (when comparing the same processing and stock).
Finally, as I've used them for many years, my needs and requirements have changed, and they've changed with me.
