And they do not explain anything about the furniture unless asked directly. If we knew that there was no bottom to the frame we would not have purchased it. We could have just placed a mattress on the floor by itself and have the same thing without the hassle. So word of advice - check everything about the furniture you might be getting to make sure it is what you want.

She took the time to listen and learn and didn't try to upsell us. Eventually her "boss" (husband actually, so who then really is the boss? ) came and helped her do the final deal. They were more than willing to bargain, I'm a Dutchman, and a bargain is a #1 requirement with me and we worked out a great deal. Turns out "the boss" really was the boss, as he was part owner in the business. I was able to do a great deal with him that saved my daughter a bunch of money. The furniture we chose was locally made of REAL wood, not partial board. It is a very pleasing design and they delivered and set the whole room up too and took away the packaging. If you're looking for new furniture you will not be disappointed, shop local and get personable old fashioned service with a smile and a handshake. Places like Ashley's, Leon's and The Brick haven't got a hope of matching the pleasant experience we had at Fraser Furniture in Abbotsford. Keep your dollars in Canada with small local businesses instead of sending it to the large corporations outside the country !

During my most recent visit, I got a beautiful new bread basket, a 1969 Life magazine detailing the moon landing, and some new Christmas decorations. It's all over the place, as any good antique shop should be. The woman at the counter (I presume she is the owner) is super friendly too. They seem to run a fair amount of sales, so you might find something old you love at the perfect price. Have fun, take your time, and check this shop out!

She then told us that we could have a sofa & love seat custom made and within our budget! So after confirming our house measurements, and having decided what we wanted in fabric and colour, Manjeet forwarded our request to their Supplier. We went in there and they let 2 dogs in the store in front of us. They had treats on the able AND a water dish on the floor no sign saying no dogs and the fact that he let other dogs in and on the floor mine couldn't even be in my arms in the store. He said since they knew about that tiger who got covid and tried telling me someone was given covid from a dog. I had told him that it can NOT but still kept him outside. He was waiting for my mom who went in the store too and he was crying outside cause he wanted to be with her. How dare they be so rude And disrespectful to customers. BEWARE of the 10% Admin Fee hidden clause in your purchase. Ordered furniture 3 weeks ago, still…read moredidn't receive any notification of a potential delivery date despite expensive delivery fees. Tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't do it at first. I was told only the store manager could do it, but he was not in the store that day. Told he would call, never did. Called the store to find out that their phone doesn't work anymmore. Told in the store they were having "systems" issues. Finally got a hold of someone in customer care outside of BC to be told that I didn't cancel fast enough and now am being charged a 10% admin fee totalling approx. $600 for furniture that isn't being delivered from a store that doesn't have a working phone line or in-store manager to process customers when they come inside. Disappointed & will never buy from this store again. Looking through the reviews I see I am not the only person scammed.

When buying a mattress he was more concerned with our needs, what we required in a mattress. He gave us honest advice, never rushed us but rather he encouraged us to take our time trying various, similar mattresses. We never felt pushed to buy a more expensive one but rather encouraged us to purchase one that met our needs. Vipul could certainly teach others the art of customer service. We were so impressed that we then decided that we would buy a mattress protector, pillow and new stove from Vipul at the same time. Matress has has been delivered and we are adjusting to the newness of it. We have been assured that we have a number of weeks to be sure that it is the set for us or else they will exchange. Looking forward to doing more business with Vipul in the future, perhaps he will be the manager by then.

On top of this, their supervisor is incredibly rude and relies on intimidation tactics. The store manager completely ignores customer emails and hides behind incompetent supervisors.
