My husband and I were at the Brick to find him a new TV and a freezer. PANKAJ V was very patient and a wonderful help. Thank you so much.

It took 10 days for a repair person to come out. They decided, for whatever reason, that it was the motherboard that had gone on it. He said he would order the part and be back within a week to 10 days to repair it. Eight days later the repair place called to say they have the part and it would be another week to 10 days before they could send someone to install it. As this was completely unacceptable, we called the store. Natasha spoke with my husband and could only give him the service departments phone number and that there was nothing else she could do, as she was going on holidays. He called the repair department and they put us on a cancellation list, but it would still probably be a week to 10 days. I called the repair place the next day and told them this was unacceptable. They had told us a week to 10 day and they would be back to install. They needed to stick with that time frame. They came 3 days later. Only to find out that their guess about it being the motherboard was incorrect and now they had to contact the manufacturer to get the schematic, why they didn't have this prior to diagnosing it in the first place is beyond me. So another couple days go by and the repair guy comes back and decides it's the motor. On a dryer that was 2 months old when it died. At that point we told the repair person, we do not want this dryer. We want to return it. He said they would probably just replace it. I called the Abbotsford store the next day, and lo and behold, it's Natasha that answers the phone. She knew who we were, as she referred to it as "the McMaster dryer". She immediately started making excuses, which pissed off an already pissed off customer even more. When I said, we just want to return it and get our money back, her immediate response was, we don't do refunds. When I said you make sure to get your vacations though right, who cares about your unhappy customers. Her response was, I am entitled to time off. I guess her customers being entitled to a dryer that works, was asking for too much. I told her I would be writing a bad review, she told me she didn't care. I gave her my email address and asked that she email me the contact information for her manager and the number for the service department, which she said she would, but 3 weeks later she never has. No one contacted us to let us know that you had decided to just put in a new motor until we contacted the store. At which time my husband stated we want our money back and Natasha again said, we don't do refunds. The repair, of course, was scheduled for the usual week to 10 days. We had already waited the week to 10 days, why did we have to wait another week to 10 days to have a repair person come out? They made the incorrect diagnoses. Today, almost six weeks after the dryer died, the repair person came with a new motor, unfortunately(for us), it was the wrong motor. So here we sit with a dryer that does not work and a company that doesn't care. Three more weeks and it will have been broken for as long as it ever worked. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

I was told only the store manager could do it, but he was not in the store that day. Told he would call, never did. Called the store to find out that their phone doesn't work anymmore. Told in the store they were having "systems" issues. Finally got a hold of someone in customer care outside of BC to be told that I didn't cancel fast enough and now am being charged a 10% admin fee totalling approx. $600 for furniture that isn't being delivered from a store that doesn't have a working phone line or in-store manager to process customers when they come inside. Disappointed & will never buy from this store again. Looking through the reviews I see I am not the only person scammed.

We contacted customer care and were instructed to use a fabric shaver to fix the issue. My wife did as they had said, and it resulted in the fabric tearing and leaving a tear about 3 inches long. We reached out to customer care again, just to be told it wasn't their problem. We went I to the store to speak to the manager. He seemed more than eager to help. We forwarded him the email chain and photos. He assured us that our issue would be corrected. He told us someone would reach out to us in the next few days. We didn't hear from anyone. We contacted the store again and at that time we were told that we would have to pay to fix it ourselves. We told the manager that that was unacceptable and that he needed to make this right. That's when the store went radio silent. They would not return our calls over the next several weeks. My wife decided to call again on a random Saturday morning, and no one answered right away, but a few minutes later, the manager called back. I answered the phone and asked a very simple question, "Where do you want me to leave this furniture? Inside your front door, outside your front door or just out in the parking lot?". The manager hung up. So, we threw a couple of the cushions in my truck, which showed an abundance of fraying and headed to the store so they could see the terrible craftsmanship for themselves. As we walked in the door of Ashley's, the manager started yelling that we needed to leave. He made a complete scene, saying that we had threatened HIM and demanded that we get out or he would call the cops. We eventually did walk out, taking our cushions with us... off to small claims court we go. If I could have left zero stars, I would have.

I thought it would be a quick in and out with some help from the staff but boy was I wrong. I couldn't find anyone to help me in regards to what I was looking for but a fellow who was on one of those high step ladders directed me to the appropriate aisle and where the product was specifically. Kudos to him!!!! The part came in two sizes being 24 and 30 inch and I had to look around to find someone who would be able to help. There was a guy in the plumbing area but he already had two pain in the ass customers he was helping so I walked around that department with my daughter for about 15 minutes until I finally flagged someone down. Sadly the guy I asked said the worked in the paint department, said he was going on his lunch break, and then walked away. Thanks for nothing!!!!!! With that being an epic failure I proceeded to the customer service desk to see if they knew anything about the correct size and if they can look up the model and serial number in the computer. Instead of assisting me with my question the girl who was helping me pretty much told me that I should just buy a new hot water tank because mine is old and outdated and I can get one from them with a rebate for $300 providing it is installed by them. Using my logic I thought $10 part as opposed to a $300 + hot water tank? that was a no brainer. Go to Andrew Sheret plumbing wholesale instead as they have actual experienced tradespeople there as to some sale lady trying to upsell you something you don't need.
