I've been getting neurotoxin for a while now and regularly go to med spas, so when I saw the pricing, I was definitely thinking it might be too good to be true. It wasn't. The nurse who did my injections was extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain things in detail and actually corrected some assumptions I had based on past treatments. At first I was unsure, but when I went home and looked everything up, she was absolutely right. It honestly made me realize that in the past I may have been given unnecessary units not out of malice, but lack of expertise. What I appreciated most is that she did not over-unit me or push extra product "just because." She was very intentional with placement and dosing. I had my treatment done in mid-November, and it's now January my face is still frozen with minimal movement, which speaks for itself when it comes to product quality and technique. The appointment itself was super quick and efficient, which I actually loved. This isn't a place with a million services it's more of an in-and-out, no-nonsense spot if you know what you want and want it done well. Perfect for a quick refresh without a long, drawn-out appointment. My cousin also had a great experience, and we both left really happy. They also offer Klarna, which is convenient (and honestly a little dangerous in the best way). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised in the best way. It wasn't easy for me to look in the mirror one day and noticed all the fine lines and damage I did to my skin from so many years of indoor bed tanning to just not keeping up with a solid skincare regimen. On top of that, being past my mid thirties now, I needed some damage control pronto. Reached out to Nancy for an initial consultation. Once I had the consultation, it was amazing how much I learned in such a short appointment. It was actually pretty comical when Nancy pointed out how expressive I was (these lines all over my face is definitely from too much over-the-top laughing versus a RBF fo sho). Nancy is not only knowledgeable, but also sensitively impeccable with her craft when it comes to injections. She kept me looking fresh, still my natural self with the hint of youthful glow I needed. Finally my face matched my personality again. I had a few appointments with Nancy for a good amount of time before I got pregnant with my second child. Now I'm back in the throws of breastfeeding mom mode for the next few years.
