I had a great experience at Peach Skin & Laser with my cousin, and I honestly went in a little skeptical at first. We both got Botox (Xeomin, to be exact) and were taking advantage of one of their sales/Groupon offers. I've been getting neurotoxin for a while now and regularly go to med spas, so when I saw the pricing, I was definitely thinking it might be too good to be true. It wasn't. The nurse who did my injections was extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain things in detail and actually corrected some assumptions I had based on past treatments. At first I was unsure, but when I went home and looked everything up, she was absolutely right. It honestly made me realize that in the past I may have been given unnecessary units not out of malice, but lack of expertise. What I appreciated most is that she did not over-unit me or push extra product "just because." She was very intentional with placement and dosing. I had my treatment done in mid-November, and it's now January my face is still frozen with minimal movement, which speaks for itself when it comes to product quality and technique. The appointment itself was super quick and efficient, which I actually loved. This isn't a place with a million services it's more of an in-and-out, no-nonsense spot if you know what you want and want it done well. Perfect for a quick refresh without a long, drawn-out appointment. My cousin also had a great experience, and we both left really happy. They also offer Klarna, which is convenient (and honestly a little dangerous in the best way). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised in the best way. My experience was fantastic! I had taken advantage of the Groupon for Xeomin & was booked with Gianna. Now I read the negative reviews here & first off, the injectors are licensed cause it's the law. So there's that. Gianna is an ER nurse full time. She spent 10 minutes answering all my questions prior to any tox being administered. And let me say, YOU are responsible for doing your research. It's YOUR face. If I wasn't comfortable, I would have respectfully declined the treatment. My results took about a week to kick in & I can say I am beyond pleased! Worst decision ever. Went in for Botox and came out looking like my eyelids gave up on life. Completely over injected and ruined the natural look I asked for. The negative reviews here really surprise me. I've been getting Xeomin injections at Peach every 4-6 months for the past few years, and I have great results with only 20 units, every time. Even better, they always price match the Groupon price and never try to upsell me on more units I don't need, so I know I'm paying a fraction of what most people pay pretty much anywhere else. I schedule easily over email and have never had them cancel on me. I really couldn't say better things so, even though I don't leave reviews on Yelp very often, I feel like I need to come on here and defend them, because they really are great! read more

I visited Peach Skin and Laser in Tempe three weeks ago and was told I needed 47 units of Botox -- which is significantly more than I've ever needed before. While the injection process itself was fine and the injector was knowledgeable, personable, and very sweet, the front desk staff was the opposite: cold, unwelcoming, and dismissive. I was barely greeted -- just a curt "You're checked in, take a seat." Three weeks later, I returned for a touch-up because I still had the same lines I originally came in to treat. The injector kindly reviewed the before-and-after photos with me, and it was clear there was no improvement in the treated areas. She expressed that she wanted to offer the touch-up complimentary, which made sense -- I had just spent hundreds of dollars with no real results. However, the front office staff refused to offer even a partial courtesy touch-up. Not even a gesture like "We'll cover a few units, and you can pay for the rest." That would've shown they care about client satisfaction. Instead, I was met with inflexibility and a lack of empathy. At this point, I genuinely question whether the Botox is overly diluted. The whole experience felt shady and left me feeling like I wasted my time, money, and trust. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I visited Leslie at this location this past Friday for lip filler. This was the first time ever receiving lip filler (I've had Botox in the past). I was very nervous about what to expect and how painful it might be. Leslie did an amazing job making me feel at ease and answering any questions I had. She began with a numbing cream and explaining the procedure. Once I was numbed up she started injecting. I'd give the overall experience a 10/10. Pain was minimal. I would compare it to that feeling each time you get a lidocaine injection at the dentist, you feel the prick but it's not horrible. Once I saw the results I forgot all about it and was sooo happy with the results.. my post-filler swelling was minimal and I have 1 small bruise (I prepped with arnica tabs a week up to the day). Overall very satisfied, I will definitely be back. The before and after is 2 days after the lip filler once most the swelling went down. read more

I will not be coming back. I have received botox before from a professional aestheticians, and have never been disappointed, never needed to go back for touch ups. However I had to come back, they were blaming me for not getting the optimal injections which is what i thought i was getting then in the same breathe saying they couldn't do any touch ups on forehead because I had the optimal injections... whatever! I read the reviews prior to goin in and read many reviews saying don't do the injections "scam"I called spoke to mgr, she convinced me that wasn't the case. I SHOULD have listened to the reviews. I had a couple new spots appear recently so I bought 2 IPLs here. Tech was nice but only 2 years of Laser experience. I explained I've had several IPLs and wanted to see results on these spots. She said no problem. After the first session, absolutely no results. At the second session, we looked at photos and confirmed no change. She said she'd go stronger; 4 weeks later, I looked the same as before I began. I spoke to the regional manager, who told me that I already had good skin (?) and that their lasers take longer to show results, ie, they are weak and less effective than others. The only concession she made was to offer me a chemical peel--at a reduced cost. I wasn't going to spend more money with no guarantee of improvement. Poor service, poor results. Beware, Fraud. SCAM!! I purchased a Groupon for 40 units and the Botox didn't take. I told the nurse immediately something was wrong has I had seen results in 4 days which was strange. They said not to worry it could take up to two weeks which was weird because I actually purchase 2x what I normally received (before covid, as I hadn't gotten Botox in about 2 years due to working from home) Spent well over $300 completely down the drain. After 2 weeks I finally saw the slightest change then ask if I could come back in to have them seem what happened they said no. Refused to refund me money and refused to accept the photos or the previous records from my old med salon back in Cali showing before and after photo and a face chart (how many units and where) and REFUSED TO KEEP MY FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT!! Lol total scam their excuse was that I did receive the Botox and I even though my results didn't last as long as I'd like (2 weeks) yes I told here two week it still worked. Lol not 40 unit.
