I have been getting facials since I was 18 years old. Yes, that is all I'm going to say about my age. Let's get back to the review. Anyways, Cheri is amazing, she does wonders to your face. With any age and ethnicity she can work with you. She is educated and educates you as well. Her philosophy about skin care is different and makes you want to take care of yourself. She does not sell you anything, she just educates you. She has been in this business for a long time, so she knows how to market her self well. Great job Cheri! What I love about Cheri: 1) I love her skin care line. It's a great medical line, you can't buy from any drugstore or Sephora. It's only been a day and I already have seen a difference in my skin. She does individual self reports and emails it to you about your skin. 2) Love, love, love her customer service. These days, eustachians sell, sell, sell their products and services. Not Cheri, she educates and makes you feel beautiful. Her services are pretty long. For a first time client its about 2 1/2 hrs. Mine went to 4 hrs. Yay, I know. It sounds like I was obsessed by her but really her studio makes you feel so relax and comfortable, I didn't want to leave. 3) Her treatments are so new to me, too a machine called untrasound spatula, instead of the usual cruel extractions you get from the typical facial, its much better and better results. Also, while your still in treatment waiting, she stays in the room, not like other estuticians leaving while your mask sets, she provides a great paraffin hand massage. Which also give great end results. My hands are like butter! 4) Her place is defiantly clean and sterile. She will ask you so many questions about your skin and how you take care of it and if your allergic to anything. I can finally say, I have found my estutican that will be doing my face for many many years, no other can touch this face but Cheri. She is Amazing. I started going to Cherie a couple months ago to get some pigment removed/lightened before my wedding at the end of July. (I mean, there are so many pictures being taken on that day I want to look my best) We are half way through the sessions right now and I am in love with the results. I don't even need to wear makeup anymore. I roll out of bed and just put sunscreen on! I wish I had taken a before picture to showcase the results for you - and it's only going to get better. WOW, what a great decision that was!! I've been a "Gold Member" for a few years now, and I can't say enough great things about Cherie! She explains everything, every product she's using on you and why it's important. Every facial was custom to what I needed at that moment, and she doesn't hesitate to use any product in her studio to get you in the best shape (and still charges her one fee, doesn't add on for each extra step she may do). She made me look at my skin and getting facials as more than pampering, as a once a month step to help reevaluate where I'm at so I can best care for my skin the rest of the month. And her prices are very reasonable, and the discounts on products for Gold Members is really helpful. I am 37 years old and have always been told that I look like I am younger. I am slightly vain about my appearance but it doesn't run my life. This review is long overdue! I've been a Gold Member w/ Cherie for 4 + years now and I don't trust anyone else with my skin. As a teen I had oily skin and bad breakouts. As an adult I had oily AND dry skin, texture and tone was terrible and had scars from prior breakouts (Yay for me!). =/ That was all before meeting Cherie. Cherie takes her time getting to know your skin. As a Gold Member she has tailored all my facials and products, depending on what is going on w/ my skin and lifestyle (i.e if I'm going on vacation and will be in the sun, or if I have a special event coming up and don't want downtime, etc). She definitely does NOT do the typical cookie cutter facials at a regular spa. She goes above and beyond and will address individual and specific skin issues! Like many reviewers have said, she explains everything and educates you about what she's doing and why. She is always current on what the new skin 'trends' are and will recommend IF appropriate. But never have I felt pressured to do or buy anything. She's not only passionate about skin care, but about helping people in general. I was first introduced to Cherie via my daughter. She was saying how great her facial was. I am not one to pamper myself...but since I am getting up there in age(early 60's)...i figure I should start taking better care of myself. I love the care and attention given by Cherie. Wow. I just finished a body micro current series with Cherie and can not believe the results . I lost 7 inches from my waist without any dieting . And that is only the beginning . She got me ready for my kauai vacation (bathing suit after all the holiday food ) in 2 months . This treatment activated muscles in my core that feel asleep years ago . I am a 63 year old women who gets moderate exercise and tries to eat purposefully , but I am not a saint when it comes to that glass of wine or occasional desert . So this was amazing . There is no other facial quite like Cherie's. I started to go to Cherie after a client told me about her facials and philosophy and how she made such a difference in her skin. Previous to this, I used to treat myself to expensive "spa" facials now and then, not knowing really what my skin needed. After many years of sun damage, pigmentation was becoming a problem and I was breaking out for unknown reasons. Since I've started on a regular facial program that Cherie tailored to my specific skin type, I have the clearest skin I have had in years. I hardly have to wear makeup, my skin tone has totally evened out, and I can hardly wait until the next facial...the ultrasound treatment is absolutely the best. Let me start off by saying after working at a spa, I rarely would go and get facials, only because I knew half of the estheticians had no clue what they were doing and would only push the product on me. I found Cherie about a year in a half ago and instantly knew she was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about skin care. She doesn't push any product on you. She WILL recommend product but it's not pushy at all.. It was love at first sight! LOL.. A while back Cherie told me about a new organic line that has a peel series (Bio Peel) that has no down time. I thought this sound great but unheard of. I decided since I am getting married I'm going to treat myself! All I can say is WOW, this is a amazing. There REALLY isn't any down time. My face was little dusty for a day or so but only I could notice it. All my acne scaring as well as pigmentation is literally almost gone. My face is glowing and for the first time in my life I really only need a tinted moisturizer (with SPF of course). My fiancé comments on how great my skin looks. And as you know for a guy to even notice that kind of stuff is amazing in itself. LOL jk.. no but honestly I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone especially brides. I just don't know where to begin. She goes above and beyond anything I have EVER experienced in my many trips to get a facial. The careful treatment and extras you get with Cherie are something I would imagine royalty or famous people get from their personal esthetician. She sets the bar far above the rest.
