This review is to state my concern about doing business with or receiving services at Vitality Med…read moreSpa. It's unfortunate that I must write this review. I used to go here for years until my favorite nurse left their practice. Today, after calling in to book a consultation, I spent over an hour completing their medical history form online. After completing this history, I discovered on a separate form that Vitality charges a fee if you do not end up purchasing products. While this is not unreasonable, it is Discourteous for Vitality to not transparently inform their prospects up front, so I called and stated my concern. The employee did not apologize and said clients can discover this information in the forms. (Does everyone read every line of every form they complete for medical offices?!) I suggested that it would be fairer and more respectful to be transparent about fees up front so that no one's time is wasted. She argued with me and showed no understanding of my concern; the aggressiveness surprised me and I immediately felt that something here was very wrong. I said that if Vitality doesn't respect my time then I can't make them, and then I cancelled the appointment. This conduct by Vitality is a Deceptive Marketing Tactic where Seller makes an attractive initial offer, Buyer expresses interest, Seller then delays vital information while the Buyer makes an investment of time and resources, Buyer then discovers the vital information yet feels pressure to move forward because of their time & resource investment in spite of the distrust which has been fostered by the seller's tactic. The combination of the tactic together with the employee's unapologetic defense of the tactic and failure to acknowledge its impact on me, made it clear that I should not trust doing business with Vitality, much less trust them to provide medical services. As the saying goes, "If you can't trust a person in small things, you cannot trust them with big things."

Never have I asked for either. I pay a high price for services to enhance my beauty - not to leave feeling insecure. I even told Brandi (I believe is her name?) that I did not care as I am only 25! She laughed it off with awkwardness as she probably assumed that I was not falling for her bad business practices and marketing schemes. I will unfortunately never return here due to this experience. Plus, the best injectors and aestheticians no longer work here. Good work is done here, but bad business will not receive my money!

I was taken care by an aesthetician who had recently just moved to Arizona this year she was very lovely and was super informative. There was also another girl in there who was shadowing my treatment for learning experience. I walked in and was greeted at the front door and then took a seat. I filled out the paperwork before hand so check in was a breeze. I communicated my skin care regimen and basically gave them the rundown of what products I've been using and what issues my skin was currently having. I let the aesthetician take the lead in regards to what treatment she would recommend on my visit. We started with a cleanse and then did light extractions. We continued with an enzyme and then heat compressions with a towel, then they applied a gel to my face and gave me an oxygen treatment which basically infused my skin with oxygen and a cocktail of other great ingredients. I love the oxygen because it feels like someone is paint brushing your skin and it's really cooling. After that we finished off with some SPF and did some high frequency with a wand which they communicated that it killed Bacteria and helps with texture, tone and glow. My stay lasted about an hour; they also offered me a really good price for my second visit and I took it. I have my appointment booked and I'm feeling great!!!
