DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!! I'm writing this to…read moreshare the REAL experience I had at this shop so other customers can protect themselves. I brought my vehicle here for body work. After picking up the car, multiple new issues appeared that were NOT present before, they completely messed up my car in my opinion. When I returned and asked them to look into it, instead of taking responsibility or checking their own work properly, the shop became defensive and blamed me for problems that clearly appeared right after they handled the vehicle. Later, they started making up lies and trying to blame things on the last mechanic who fixed my car. Typical deflection tactic. Throughout the process, the shop: * Installed parts incorrectly * Caused damage during their work * Denied responsibility * Provided contradictory explanations * Became confrontational instead of professional * Wrote false claims to cover themselves This shop took no accountability for issues clearly caused while the vehicle was in their care. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop for anyone who values honesty, proper workmanship, and professionalism.

Shop is HORRIBLE! Very unprofessional, rude discourteous , inconsiderate, disrespectful OWNER!…read moreThis shop won't be in business much longer, actually I was there 35 minutes, no customer pulled off when I arrived, no "work" was being done on any car. No cars, no customers, & one I assumed employee named Eric came from the back. Eric was very cordial and we small talked after he informed me his brother, the person doing job, would be 15-20 minutes. The job was muffler flange-pipe weld which he told me the muffler was rusting out & it may not last long. He also suggested doing a muffler delte which I agreed to do. So, my wife & I spoke with Eric for 10-15 minutes. Eric went back into the abyss of the shop as my wife smoked a cig , then I lit a smoke after. Now we're waited about 35-40 minutes waiting for the "repair" guy. I went back into shop to tell Eric I would be back later that day or the next when it may be better for them. He didn't seem happy but he wasn't rude. I even said to him, give me a better time today or ANY other day and I will return. His answer was "ANYTIME you come Ill have to call the "repair" guy & it will take 10-15 minutes to get here. As Im pulling off, the "repair" guy shows up, so I turned around & came back to the shop. The "repair" guy was walking out of shop by that time. I asked "are you going to be able to do it?" His response was " NO, NOT TODAY ", which I replied "NOT TOMORROW OR ANY OTHER DAY". I asked who he was and he replied BILL THE OWNER. "Lil" Bill, the "owner", seems very unhappy with his life & declining business. Lil buddy, MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO!
