Hands down the worst customer service we've ever received. We placed our order online and arrived 25 minutes later to pickup. My husband was told the order wasn't received and sent NEXT DOOR to the neighboring business to retrieve our order. The lady at the counter there found our order right away then proceeds to call the Phillyman restaurant to place our order. My husband and I waited another 45 minutes watching other customers come and go. Not being made a priority for food we'd already paid for was a disappointment. When we arrived home we found that neither of our orders were made to our specifications no regard whatsoever to the toppings we'd asked for. We really loved this place the food is delicious but the customer service is really unacceptable. Paying customers shouldnt be doing the leg work to get their own orders filled. You get a lot of fries as well. Very cramped inside, so you might want to consider getting it to go.
