Sandwiches were good but they messed up both of our orders. Hopefully they can get a handle on that because they do make a good cheesesteak.

Must try when in Nashville…read more This spot is inside Cyanide Cider, which is a really cool combo. As a tourist this is a grest spot to check out. You can have some great food, cider and even hang and play some board or card games. Everyone is super nice and welcoming both at Cyanide and Birria Babe. The food was great. We tried the Birria Trio (chicken, beef, lamb) tacos. All were great but the lamb was my favorite. It's a little more fatty ans softer. The beef and chicken were great as well. We also tried the Birria Ramen which i thought was great. They provide a good amount of beef and the broth is rich and flavorful. The pizza was bit too cheesy for me but I love trying new things so Im glad I did. We were told that they experiment and rotate different fun birra specials often. The salsas are all great. I like the spicy which has strong garlic and very unique flavor to it. The avocado salsa also stood out, almost a guac like flavor. All sauces were very unique and amazing. The cashier was super nice and we spent some time talking to the owner, drinking cider and hanging and pigging out. An afternoon well accomplished...

Hot chicken sandwich and pesto chicken wrap were GREAT…read more The level 5 heat was just a perfect amount of heat and the chicken was juicy (mine was dark meat which I'm not mad about). The pesto chicken sandwich was also bigger than I thought! Fries were also crispy, good amount as a side. The burger was unexpectedly good too. The only reason why it's not a 5/5 for me is because of the location and seating. I don't mind bars (got a good draft beer) but it's shared space outdoor space. Seating is ok, but not the cleanest and the visuals around you and smell of left over cigs weren't it... Other than that - 5/5 food!

They operate out of a food truck, which means prep times may be longer than they would out of brick and mortar. If time is NOT on your side just wait until you have time to spare. You won't be disappointed believe me. I'm prob wha you call a wimp when it comes to spice levels. The highest I've gone is a 5, but I believe they go up to 10/11. Some things you have to ease into. After hearing them explain the levels of heat, 5 was a safe spot for me. The tenders are juicy and coated entirely by breading and spice level of choice. The juiciest tenders you ever put in your mouth. They do have dipping sauces available (ranch, spicy ranch, maple honey (their spin on honey mustard). For sides you can choose fries or pasta salad. Both are good. I just prefer a little fry action with my tenders. If you've been contemplating on going, DON'T. Just go! Oh yeah the chicken sandwich is also great too. I still need to try the burger!

They have subs, Chicken and Eggplant parmesan and Meatball. All maybe a plate which comes with a salad and pasta and Italian bread. My lunch partners had the meatballs and said they were very tasty. I am hoping to try them soon. I had the eggplant parmesan and loved it. The bread and salad were fresh too. They have Italian sodas, very nice touch and also cannoli. She even has the pregnant cannoli you can order online. It is a giant cannoli shells filled with 48 little baby cannoli for $100. Per her website, great for parties, showers, offices, birthdays, holidays or just your normal Wednesday night at home! Add more cannoli for $24/dozen. She keeps her schedule updated monthly and also caters. Living the dream and keeping lunch time people in a food coma. Awesome Italian!

When I made my way to the truck I saw that the meatball sub was sold out. That's okay, there was a chicken parm instead. Then I discovered that any sub can be turned into a pasta bowl for $1.00 more. Sold! I do love my carbs in the form of pasta. Service was quick, pleasant and efficient. The food you ask? My pasta was al dente, the chicken parm was moist and well-seasoned and the sauce didn't overwhelm the dish. It came with a small side of salad dressed with oil and vinegar as well as a piece of bread. I thoroughly enjoyed noshing at my desk.

Food trucks can always be hit or miss with the wait time, food quality and prices. I think that Busan Bop does a fine job with their food and menu but my particular choice of food wasn't so impressive I would order again or even from this food truck again. My coworkers and I were incredibly excited that this truck was going to be at Vanderbilt's staff appreciation event. Most of us intended to order the bibimbop but by the time we got to the front of the line they had sold out of the bacon fried rice and the bibimbop. I ordered the japchae with the beef brisket. The beef brisket was the best thing on that dish. The rest was a little underwhelming. The vegetables in the dish (mushrooms, green onions, carrots and red peppers) were sparse and the noodles didn't retain any of the flavor of the sauce they had sauteed it in. The kimchi on top of the dish added some more flavor and spice which I enjoyed. They did give hot sauce out to us when we asked for it as well. I think if I had gotten to try the bibimbop I would've enjoyed it more. The japchae was not very filling nor satisfying but the taste and flavor was pretty good.

Offerings include…read morejapchae, a sweet potato glass noodle dish, and bibimbap, a rice bowl with veggies, and poached egg. Both dishes can be served with spicy chicken, Korean bbq beef brisket, and sauteed mushrooms. The truck owner noted that she sometimes adds other dishes to the menu as well, such as kimchi fried rice with smoked bacon. For drinks, the Bop offers sodas, Korean specialty drinks, and peach tea. I was lucky to find the Bop near my workplace to test out the food. I ordered the japchae with spicy chicken, which was short-cut sweet potato glass noodles cooked perfectly in a tasty sauce with a variety of vegetables. The sauce is more cooked into the noodles than it is poured on top. It had less sesame oil than what I was used to in japchae, but it was still quite delicious. The spicy chicken was not very spicy at all (I asked for it that way). I imagine if I had asked for it to be spicier, she would have been able to make it so. The peach tea, which was a black tea that seemed to be sweetened and flavored with peach juice, was the perfect companion to the meal. A coworker ordered the bibimbap, and it looked delicious as well! If you have the good fortune to stumble upon the Bop, definitely give it a try!

The staff were super nice and gave me helpful recommendations for what to ha have. I had the harvest melt sandwich which is a turkey sandwich with brie, squash, turkey, seed pesto, and a sage leaf on sourdough bread. when I went, though, they were out of sage leaves which was fine by me and were also out of turkey so I had it with chicken instead. I haven't had this sandwich with turkey, but I thought it was excellent (and dare I say, better) with the chicken. The bread was perfectly golden brown and crispy and which went super well with the soft texture of the squash and chicken and the tangyness of the brie and pesto. It was just such a delicious sandwich and I can't wait to have it again!

I tried this place 3 years ago when I was passing through Nashville on my way to Texas. I loved the grilled cheese so much I had to stop again on my way back through Nashville. Thankfully, the quality and taste of the food has not changed since my last visit 3 years ago. Which is an unfortunate common situation. Everyone in my party ordered something different, so I was lucky enough to try a bit of everyone's food. As I said before, I got the pimento mac and cheese grilled cheese, it was the perfect blend of all flavors. Others got the classic grilled cheese which had massive cheese pulls, and chicken pesto grilled cheese. They have a milkshake bar with a variety of flavors, the restaurant is designed in that classic "old school diner" style. The milkshakes were big, they even give you the extra that doesn't fit in the mug. Everyone in my party had raving reviews which only confirmed that this place has not changed. Will be looking forward to coming back here on my next visit.
