UPDATE - my order was for 2:30, they must have made in the morning. The pretzels were cold and tasted stale. Called to see if my order was going to be ready ahead of time and the guy was such a nasty ass. He didn't even let me finish my question. Told me he didn't have time to check and to just come in and if was ready great then hung up! I'm 30 minutes away and didn't just want to sit there f it wasn't ready yet. Jack ass! read more

I will never turn down a soft pretzel ! I love this place. Always hot fresh soft pretzels. Great place for a snack or to get platters for holidays or events. Always friendly and fast. I wish I had one closer but it's nice trip with the kids to grab a snack. They always do specialty pretzels for holidays too which is fun. The cinnamon dip is like crack by the way. Cheese dip and mustards are great also. read more

That'll be the last time I go here unfortunately. Came in from a event where they gave 1 free pretzel coupons to my kid. Showed the coupon and said just want a pretzel , held the coupon up . My child got the coupon from the Easter bunny. Had to wait for them to be made ( which isn't the issue ) the issue was after waiting for a few minutes the guy re asked, ok what did you want - I said oh just a pretzel again . To which I then help up my coupon again. The man then rudely said " oh, you mean a free pretzel! There's a difference . " very nasty like to me . (Ok, sorry I told you just a few minutes ago and showed my coupon didn't realize you forgot. )Then I bought a dip and I grabbed it off the shelf and placed it down and he asked if I wanted any dip. I said just a mustard. He then said "well which type!?" ...again very rude like. Just this one I said. Gave him a dollar and he then threw the .50 cents change on the counter towards me . It's not bread....get it? Stopped at Philly Pretzel Factory on a whim. I've never seen one before and thought "why not?" They have every kind of pretzel you can think of, and all at a low price! I decided to go the boring route and ordered a classic pretzel. The baked pretzel had perfect crisp golden brown exterior with a soft doughy center. The pretzel wasn't overly salty and was served piping hot! I'm glad I stopped in! read more

Just a suggestion that I think would be appreciated. I got one pretzel and was trying to decide what dip would be good. It would have been helpful if she had suggested that one dip was $.75 but I could get 2 for $1.00. I'm sure many people would buy the two. It should at least be mentioned if you see someone that looks like they can't decide. Just a thought. read more

Decided on a whim to stop here to grab a treat to bring to a party. SO glad we did. We asked about a platter of Rivets (small pretzel bites) and were told by the cashier that it would be a short wait as they were just putting a batch into the oven. No problem. Ten minutes later we walked out with a huge platter of warm perfectly baked soft pretzel bites with 2 dipping sauces - very generous portions of melted cheesy goodness and a nice spicy mustard. And all for $20 - and that was the half platter. While we waited the lovely lady at the counter chit chatted with us and told us all about their other offerings. Can't wait to go back and sample some of those. If need a new party treat idea, definitely try this place. You won't regret it. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! The people who run this location are disrespectful and rude! I had never been here before, and decided to stop by today. The woman was hostile because we didn't preorder, even though when we tried to call the message on the phone said they were not taking orders, but they were open. She screamed at us from behind the register, and said maybe next time we will preorder. I don't know your business model, and should not be expected to have to know these things, especially if your website, phone system and location signing do not indicate this. The way this business treats the public is disrespectful and pathetic! I encourage you to NOT patronize this establishment!! read more

Talk about customer service! Wonderful owners. I asked for custom made pretzels for my daughters end of year party and they delivered. We pikes fairy wands and pirate swords. Perfect for the 1st graders! I ordered over the phone and the transaction was super smooth. I highly recommend them for parties! read more

Love these pretzels. Great treat to bring to parties and BBQ's! Buy a dozen, freeze 'em, and heat up as needed. YUM!

There isn't much to say about pretzels but to sum it up, they're quick snacks for cheap. I recently tried the cheese steak pretzel which was pretty good. They have alot of seasonal dips right now too. I gave it three stars because I always get charged a different price when I go in there. read more

Bought a tray of rivets for a party. They came back hard and cold, so I had to reheat them in the oven. The staff was unfriendly as well, and they gave me the wrong dip. They also had run out of cheese sauce. Went here for convenience, but have previously gone to the Livingston store without a problem, so I'll be going back there from now on. Disappointing and an embarrassment for my guests. read more
