Good product but can't handle Super Bowl Sunday. The wait for a 4pm pickup was over 45 minutes.

I always have to knock off salt cause they're a bit too salty for me but that's just my preference.

This place is outstanding!…read more The Silver Spring Mining Company in Bel Air has the ultimate best sour beef and dumplings. The dumplings were light, airy and melts in your mouth. The ginger snap gravy is without a doubt the best on the planet. The meat was perfection. I cannot say enough about this meal. Almost as good as my mother's. They have a special lady in the back that makes the potato dumplings. She's been there for 19 years and has perfected the potato dumpling. This dish is absolutely outstanding. I took crab cakes home and they were just fantastic. You cannot go wrong with their crab cake. Their raspberry walnut salad is undeniably fantastic. Raspberries, candied walnuts, Mandarin orange slices over a bed of lettuce topped with a homemade rather restaurant made raspberry vinaigrette which I could just drink out of the bottle. The crab pretzel was undeniably excellent. They have a nice big indoor fireplace which permeates heat throughout very nice. The service was great. Our waitress had been there for 19 years. Very well versed in the menu very sweet and likeable. This is the place to go to for all kinds of meals. If you haven't been there, you're doing yourself a disservice. This would be a place to take out of towners to for dinner.

As someone who knows what a real Maryland crabcake should taste like, this was embarrassing. My hamburger arrived RAW, and my daughter's wings were greasy, tasteless, and barely edible. The bill? $144. What made things even worse was the complete lack of customer service afterward. I submitted SIX messages through their website contact form over several weeks and never received a single response. I also reached out directly to management and was ignored. When I finally called them myself after nearly a month of trying to communicate, the manager simply said, "We didn't see anything wrong with the evening," and refused to refund even part of the meal. So not only was the food terrible, but management clearly could not care less about customer satisfaction or even basic courtesy. There are far too many good restaurants in Maryland to waste your money here. I will never return.

I love a good hot dog, I don't care why they're made of, you can never make me hate hot dogs. And when I want a good hot dog that I know is gonna be amazing every time, I'm gonna get the pretzel dog. So here I was on a Saturday night and I smell that delicious pretzel dough, I hadn't eaten like all day so I got 3 pretzel dogs. I was full after 2 and just stashed the 3rd in my coat pocket because it was wrapped in foil and who's gonna know ?? Right, right. So I probably went to like 3 more bars after that. Got home, crashed. Woke up and was like "why is there a hot dog in my pocket?" And did I eat it? Yes I did and it was still delicious. Truly an ode to yet another fun night in fells. Not to mention the service is always friendly and fast. It's so convenient and it's right in the heart of the little square area. So it's always there if you need a little pick me up while hitting the bars or checking out some of the local shops, or even just sitting by the water and enjoying the weather. It's simple and it's yummy.

HOT DOG sold to you from friendly faces in the shack. What more could you want? I also want to try their lemonade and sweet pretzels on my next trip. But truly you're here for the DAWGS. Glizzy goodness with a view of the harbor for the low low price of $6. I am lucky to have friends who live in Fells Point, and getting to know this neighborhood has been a joy. Grab your treat, enjoy the views, take walk! Dreamy day in Fells.

Owned and operated by Bavarian natives, the restaurant has been serving up authentic German/Bavarian food and culture since 1998! So this menu has a lot more than your typical German-American biergarten offerings. We went for a couple of their specialties - Sauerbraten (sour beef) and Goulash - which were both fantastic. My husband enjoyed a German beer (he always loves a German Hefeweizen), and I had Gluehwein (red wine served warming and steeped with warming spices). Everything tasted great, but it was also just a wonderful place to enjoy a meal: music (an accordionist played throughout our meal), children dancing to the music, classic German decor (including some Christmas touches), and great service! I'd be happy to return. In fact, I look forward to it!
