It was a very warm afternoon, and it felt like the AC might not have been working well,I found myself sweating a bit during the meal, which made it hard to fully relax. Also, the chairs weren't the most comfortable, but the stylish decor made up for it somewhat. I ordered the prime rib, which was cooked well and tasted great. The rest of the food was decent, but for the price point, the portion size felt a bit underwhelming. Beautiful presentation though! Would come back again, especially if the comfort level is improved, there's definitely potential here with the friendly service and thoughtful dishes.

They were juicy, flavorful, and the buns were soft. It's easy for a smashed patty to end up dry, but they got it right. I wasn't a fan of the sauce on the burger. It was a little too sweet for me. The smackin ranch was actually really good on the fries, but the portion is pretty small for $0.75. The fries themselves were delicious though.

The food has popularity for being great tasting junk food, but not at the expense of waiting 30+ minutes. Looks like it's way faster to order food to go for pick up than it is to sit here to dine. Terrible. Junk food is not worth this much time. Thank God I wasn't eating but the party I was with decided on this place. 2 maicitos, with two drinks, $30. F that. For those of you that don't know, maicitos is a bowl of corn, and with shredded chicken or beef and mayo/ketchup sauce. That shit ain't worth $15. Add the terrible service and they should be giving food away. The staff, the entire staff, sucked. Burn, it, dooooowwwwnnnnnnnn!! After the car in front of me finished ordering, I pulled up and was asked what I'd like. Since I don't frequent Burger King, I asked for a moment please. The employee said, "Ok, actually we're closing then," then refused to take my order. When I asked if he could still take it since I was already at the speaker, and could just order quickly so I had something, he said no, shut off the microphone, then ignored me. It was 2:51 a.m. when I drove away, so he closed at approximately 2:45 a.m. Closing after I'd already waited in line and then asking what I'd like simply because I needed a moment to look at the menu is extremely unprofessional. I was not rude or demanding, I left after he shut off the speaker and ignored me. For reference, this was New Years Eve, I don't drink and I'm an attorney

They profusely apologized for the poor attitude of the young lady at the window, stating that she is no longer with the company as that is not the type of behavior that should represent the Wendy's franchise. Apparently, she's been causing issues for quite sometime and I was the "tipping point"/last straw for her employment. I am extremely pleased with the professional attitude from both the DM and the GM, as well as their ability to assess my situation in a positive, customer-centric way. They have invited me back to this Wendy's location for a free meal as a token of their appreciation for my continued patronage. But, of course, I'm leaving out one star due to the high price of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich (at this franchise.) Thank you for being professionals! :)

In my way home I was drinking the coke and eating those delicious, and addictive fries. I didn't toach the sandwich. I got really sick from one of those two items. I was glad I got home on-time. Well; long story short our whopper and imposible whopper meals were made to perfection! Veggies were all fresh and crunchy and meat (and non-meat) was juicy. I can't decide which I like better but I'm a traditionalist so I go with the beef version. They're both delicious tho! Side note: when did the impossible burger meal get to be so expensive! It's $10! When I arrived ten minutes later, the food was not ready. I sent my daughter inside to do the pickup and she comes out with a bag with the name "Joshua" on it. I went inside and told the young man the order was incorrect. I even showed him my receipt. He politely told me he got it and the hands my daughter a bag with one burger: a whopper with no onions, pickles or tomatoes. Then the lady making the burgers comes around to the front and starts arguing with him in Creole so I have no idea what they were saying. My daughter said she is okay with the burger he handed her so I told him we were just waiting on the double whopper. He said okay and then told me that is what she has in the bag. It CLEARLY stated whopper on the packaging and when I opened it in front of him, that is exactly what it was! The food preparer hands him a single whopper and he tries to hand it to me...."Sir, I ordered a DOUBLE whopper with cheese!" He then tells the lady it should be a double and she fixed it. This was too much trouble for two sandwiches. They weren't busy (we were the only ones in the restaurant and there was no car in drive thru) so I don't understand why these people felt the need to stress me out. Two days in a row I have had bad luck with restaurant food. Maybe I need to fast for a couple of days as to not be disappointed.
