It has the best taste its like sweet but that just right sweet not overboard!!! Our local Pizzeria , Olympia Pizza, In East Norriton uses this bakery for the desserts on their menu. Every now and then, over the past couple of years, I've ordered the slice of chocolate cake or cheesecake. Each time I'm hopeful and think, "The last dessert I tried might have just been a bad batch" and each time I am disappointed. Most recently I tried the cheesecake again. Other reviewers are correct that there is no crust at all where a graham cracker crust should be. There is also an overpowering fake lemon flavor but that's not the worst of it. It's the consistency! I'm sure they are over mixing as the texture is no where close to the wonderful dense and creaminess of a New York Cheesecake. This is closer to a damp dish sponge. You can hear the wet air in the slice as you break a piece off with your fork! Not appetizing at all. To the owner of Dora's - For the love of all that's sacred, and cheesecake is sacred, please go buy yourself a real piece of NY Cheesecake and see how a good cake should taste! The carrot cake is a dry with a rough crumb made with oil not butter. The icing is very oily. The cake is under seasoned; you cannot distinguish the nutmeg. The cinnamon is barely there and the clove, allspice, & ginger are M.I.A. The recipe contains nuts and flour which are not listed in the ingredients. The cake is tolerable but I do not plan on ordering it again. The strawberry shortcake is horrid. Topped with a strawberry flavored gel that has no essence of real fruit but a ton of sugar. The cake is dry and flavorless. The whipped cream was oily and flavorless. This is not a cake you will want to serve anyone read more

I have had their chocolate cake twice from two different fast food establishments. It was dry, crumbly and just NASTY!!! My daughter had the Oreo and it was the same. I now make a note to ask the fast food place where they get their desserts from. They should be ashamed of themselves. So I have previous experience with this bakery through ordering the cheesecake from my local pizza joint and I am a cheesecake lover. But was disappointed when I got it. There is no crust on it and the cheesecake was the worst I've ever tasted the texture and taste were weird and I finished it only because I would have wasted almost $4 ($3.50) with my food and it had a dish sponge like texture and I had to have a chaser with it. I stop ordering dessert for about two years. I recently went back again this time I was looking for something sweet and they had the carrot cake cheesecake strawberry shortcake chocolate cake rice pudding and the Oreo cake in the fridge and I saw the label on it and I immediately had flashbacks of the cheesecake. Even though that's what I want it I opted out and decided to try the shortcake and it tasted better but it still had its problems.
