I am a remote account manager, and timing is important as well as quality service. I can't say that I will visit this location again. I might, but I doubt it. Twice in 3 weeks, my selection was incorrect, I was over charged, I received another customer food and had to return for a refund and my lunch! We had a horrible waitress on my birthday that pretty much declined whatever we asked for down to the "to go" containers! I appreciate the kind gesture of (2) gift cards for the future, and my refund today, but I believe I'll either go to Huntersville or back to SouthPark to use the cards! I stood in awe of the cooks as they fried up the meat. Even made me feel a little like I was back home in jersey to smell the peppers and onions melting all together. The sandwich is literally a giant thou- they are not exaggerating. It's like having four sandwiches at once. The cheese was perfect and I devoured every little bit while we sat out in the sun in the patio. Im exaggerating now - I was able to devour half of the sandwich and I wrapped the other colossal portion to go. I ate it after a late class- warmed it up in my oven and its tastes just as delicious as it had earlier. I could not believe the whole sandwich held up so well. The fish and fries were far darker than they should have been--easily several shades past what you'd expect from fresh oil. When you order fried flounder and fries, you're expecting that golden, crisp look with a light, clean taste. Instead, everything looked overcooked and came out tasting like it had been sitting in old, overused oil far too long. It's frustrating because you go in expecting bright, crispy fries and a tender, well-breaded flounder that feels fresh. That's not what you get here. Spending $34 on a meal like this made it even worse. For that price, quality should not be an issue.
