Unfortunately very rough. I needed to pop in the bank and get back to work and thought this would be ok. Walked in and the building was dirty, there was a smell of old grease in the air and at noon no one else was in the building. In a hurry I made the mistake of staying and ordering. I ordered a cheesesteak and fries. When I took my first bite of the steak it tasted old, of poor quality and inedible. The fries had the taste of the weeks old grease. I have been to a few philly connection chains where the food is incredible! First they don't make the philly meat is not prepared fresh..it is just slopped on the grille with pre cooked vegetables(and trust me it tastes premade). It looks like a hole in the wall mom and pop shop and not a chain restaurant. The way the food is sat out in the open uncovered it just doesn't look sanitary. Also the bread toaster seems to be broken bc it just toasts a little on the edge and I saw them serve one lady a bun that was half black. I also order A1 at the time of ordering...then asked the cook again to put a1 on...they had a bottle which I saw..but did they use it...no....they put a packet of Hines sauce in my bag. I'm surprised by the bad reviews as I had a good experience. I ordered a sandwich for my boyfriend to bring home. 10inch chicken Philly with provolone, mushrooms, peppers and lettuce...MmmMMmMmMMm SOOO good. I took a few bites and was really wishing I had gotten myself one. The fries that came with it were REALLY good. Not too skinny, not too fat, perfectly fried and held up on the way home. The food was just bad. I think their "Philly Cheese-steaks" need to have quotes around them because they are bad imitations. I could have lived with a subpar cheese-steak but there was practically no meat or cheese on my sub, it was all bread. My wife had the Chicken Parmesan sandwich and the marinara sauce was ladled on cold. The fries were good. Free refills on drinks. Just went there on 11/20/18. I never post review comments, but with this experience I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN!!! First of all I called the order in , arrived and they never started the order. The female who took the order apparently cannot speak or clearly understood English. I had to repeat my order at least 4 times. Then upon receiving the order it was was made incorrectly and over priced. I tried calling back up there and no one answered the phone. If I could give this place a lower rating I personally would take time out of my day to see if yelp will put a -5 star review because this place along with his food matches your experience: TERRIBLE. I went in today not even anticipating the food to be great just hoping it would be subpar or decent at best and it was not even that. The food well it was terrible my cheesesteak was extremely cold the bread was stale there was no seasoning whatsoever in the cheese wasn't even melted on. As far as the service goes they were nice enough and got my order quick but the food had me so disgusted that I forgot they even got decent service almost immediately when you walk in you see the overprice food then if you decide to make the dumb decision like I did to try that food you are then greeted with bland cold fries over seasoned burnt wings and an underwhelming cheesesteak. Worst customer experience ever! First time going to this place and I ordered an Italian sub. I got my food and took it home only to find that they made the wrong sandwich. I drove back and asked what sandwich he made me and he said he made me a cheesesteak. He said I ordered that, which I know I did not because I hate cheesesteak sandwiches. I order a Philly with extra cheese and as he is making the sandwich I noticed that he didn't put the extra cheese on there(that I was charged for). First of all, there is not one representative from Philadelphia in this poorly managed and run establishment, nor anyone who seems to have the slightest grasp on what a Philly cheesesteak actually is. Secondly, the customer service, as I have widely experienced throughout Georgia, was extremely rude and impersonal. When my wife entered to pick up our order, she was asked twice what she could be helped with after clearly stating she was there for our pick up order. To this she was then met with an unfriendly and undeserving guttural grunt in response. Thirdly, and most importantly, the food left my wife & I with much to be desired. Both of our sandwiches were cold, tasteless, and missing ingredients. The bread was hard. I ordered curly fries, at an extra charge, and received regular fries instead. Went there a couple of weeks ago and noticed they were using a small cooler behind grill with raw meat and veggies mixed together and inside cooler top was covered with mildew.
